    Artyku艂 stanowi przegl膮d i charakterystyk臋 kompozytowych materia艂贸w elektrodowych zbudowanych na bazie polianiliny i PEDOT. Przedstawiono w艂asno艣ci opisywanych polimer贸w przewodz膮cych, oraz r贸偶ne rodzaje materia艂贸w kompozytowych otrzymywanych z ich u偶yciem. Opisano mo偶liwo艣ci stosowania takich materia艂贸w do modyfikowania elektrod stosowanych w bioelektroanalizie jako sensory chemiczne. Przedstawiono r贸wnie偶 zastosowanie warstw kompozytowych do unieruchamiania enzym贸w i tworzenia biosensor贸w. Om贸wiono trzy podstawowe rodzaje biosensor贸w z unieruchomion膮 oksydaz膮 glukozow膮. Przedstawiono te偶 mo偶liwo艣ci stosowania warstw polimer贸w i kompozyt贸w do budowy elektrod mikostrukturalnych do zastosowa艅 w bioelektroanalizie.This paper provides an overview and characterization of composite electrode materials built on the basis of polyaniline and PEDOT. Properties of described conducting polymers and various types of composite materials obtained from them have been presented. Also the applicability of these materials to modify electrodes used in bioelectroanalysis as chemical sensors Has been described as well as the composite layers for enzymes immmobilization and biosensors production. Three basic types of biosensors with immobilized glucose oxidase have been discussed. Moreover the possibility to employ polymers and composites layers to construct microstructural electrodes for bioelectroanalysis have been described

    Artyku艂 stanowi przegl膮d zagadnie艅 dotycz膮cych elektrod nano- i mikrostrukturalnych. Przedstawiono problem definiowania nano鈥搃 mikroelektrod. Opisano zwi膮zek rozmiaru elektrody z rodzajem dyfuzji stosowanym do opisu pr膮du procesu elektrodowego. Om贸wiono wybrane grupy materia艂贸w wykorzystywane do tworzenia mikroelektrod, oraz przedstawiono wybrane techniki, w kt贸rych s膮 one stosowane. Omawiano tak偶e g艂贸wne zastosowania nano- i mikroelektrod.This paper is a review of issues on nano- and microstructure electrodes. The problem of defining micro- and nanoelectrodes has been presented. Moreover, the connection between the size of electrode and the diffusion type used to describe the electrode processes has also been demonstrated. The selected group of materials used to construct microelectrodes has been described and selected techniques in which they are applied have been presented. This paper also discusses the main applications of micro- and nanoelectrodes

    cited By 1International audienceDiastereoselective additions of dialkyl phosphites to three diimines bearing DACH moiety and thiophene, furan or pyrrole rings were studied in the aspect of their stereochemistry, structure of predominant products and mechanism. For these reasons, analysis of reaction mixture, X-ray studies of products, UV-photoelectron spectroscopy and ionization energies of the starting imines were performed experimentally while reaction profiles were calculated at the CAM-B3LYP/6-311G(d,p) level of theory. The calculated energy barriers corresponding to the gas phase are significantly low and seem to explain why the products are formed relatively easily
