Морфологические особенности аллювиальных луговых темноцветных почв дельты реки Волги и их микростроение

Morphological descriptions of soil profiles of alluvial meadow dark-coloured soils and feature of their microstructure are resulted. Profiles of studied soils have structure common features. They are accurately differentiated on arable horizon of 28-30 sm and underlaying layers. Diversity in distribution of layers is observed. Plaster educations in a kind линзообразных crystals are had. Long agricultural use essentially has not affected an initial structure of soils.Приведены морфологические описания почвенных профилей аллювиальных луговых темноцветных почв и особенности их микростроения. Профили изучаемых почв имеют общие черты строения. Они четко дифференцированы на пахотный горизонт 28-30 см и нижележащие слои. Наблюдается пестрота в распределении слоев. Имеются гипсовые образования в виде линзообразных кристаллов. Длительное сельскохозяйственное использование не повлияло существенно на исходное строение почв

Results of research of petrographic and mineralogical structure of alluvial meadow dark-coloured soils are resulted. Studying soil parts has allowed to receive the qualitative and quantitative characteristic of clay minerals. Their influence on physical properties is established. At an intensive irrigation of cultivated cultures mobili-sation possibilities of K and other biogene elements from soil decrease.Приведены результаты исследования петрографического и минералогического состава аллювиальных луговых темноцветных почв дельты реки Волги. The article submits the results of the analysis of the psychological structure of sociability in the Russian and Latin American students which revealed the specificity of the factorial organization of sociability in the investigated groups of students. Determinants of Profitability of Commercial Banks

The paper is devoted to the identification of key factors which influence commercial banks’ economic profit. The data of 50 Russian banks from 2011 to 2020 are analysed. Among the determinants of banks’ profitability, the factors of operational, financial, and macroeconomic profile are investigated with the use the system generalized method of moments (GMM). The novelty of the study concerns the expansion of the existing list of determinants which influence the banks’ profitability with additional factors, such as the level of service, the type of business model, insolvency risk. Also, the paper implies the use of spread of Economic Value Added as a measure of banks’ profitability, which relates to rather new and less studied economic approach in the existing literature compared with traditional ROA and ROE indicators. It is important to establish that there are no actual studies of Russian banking sector in the existing literature. The obtained results of the current study of Russian commercial banks can be used for both internal and external purposes

Approaches to improve wheat grain quality: breeding for falling number

Falling number (FN) reflects the level of alpha amylase activity in grain. The main factor responsible for high α amylase levels and low FN values is visible or hidden preharvest sprouting (PHS) under adverse weather conditions. In recent decades, great progress has been made in the understanding of biochemical and molecular processes accompanying PHS and the genetic control of preharvest sprouting resistance (PHSR) and FN, as well as in the development of methods of breeding for PHSR and FN. However, breeding for these traits and the corresponding theoretical studies have not yet been properly developed or reflected in the Russian literature. The purpose of the review is to fill this gap. It illustrates the genetic complexity and context dependence of the PHSR and FN traits and of major factors impairing FN. A specific feature of breeding for high PHSR and FN is that it involves elimination of late maturity α-amylase (LMA) genotypes in choosing parents for crossing and from early hybrid generations; choice of donors of target traits with regard to their genetic diversity; methods of evaluation of varieties and lines for PHSR and FN under different environmental conditions; determination of F2 population size with regard to combination of PHSR, FN, high performance, grain quality, and other commercial traits. New methods and approaches in breeding open new prospects. They include the doubled haploid (DH) method, allowing homozygotes to be obtained from early hybrid generations; and DNA technologies, which permit genetically reasonable selection of PHSR and FN donors, pyramiding of desirable alleles, and efficient selection of desired offspring using closely linked molecular markers
