    Использование метода сценарного планирования в деятельности российских авиакомпаний

    The article examines scenario planning as a tool for long-term forecasting of airlines activity in an uncertainty. This method is compared to linear programming (linear scheduling method) with their advantages and disadvantages being discussed. Scenario analysis is shown as a main tool in scenario-based forecasting. The scheme of scenario development is performed. Scenario planning experience in European airlines is considered. Uncertainty factors faced by Russian airlines are analysed. In the conclusion the author proposes to apply scenario planning widely as it will be useful for long-term planning in Russian airlines and will sustain their competitiveness and efficiency.Рассматривается сценарное планирование как метод долгосрочного прогнозирования основной деятельности авиакомпаний в условиях неопределенности. Сравнивается с линейным планированием, и выявляются преимущества и недостатки этих методов. Приводится пример сценарного анализа как главного инструмента сценарного прогнозирования. Представлены приемы разработки сценариев. Дан анализ использования метода сценарного планирования европейскими авиакомпаниями. Рассматриваются факторы неопределенности, с которыми приходится сталкиваться российским авиаперевозчикам. В заключение предлагается применять сценарное планирования, так как это обеспечит составление гибких долгосрочных планов российскими авиакомпаниями и позволит им быть эффективными и конкурентоспобными

    Now in any social - economic system including in Mary El Republic, the concept of economic development and competitiveness is actual. Quantity and quality growth of clusters in republic is confirmed with viability of the given model of development of business and territory. The cluster approach in system gives a number of advantages (institutional, innovative, increase of efficiency of production activity) for which account probably to achieve increase in economic growth, change of structural shifts of region, increase in volume of involved direct investments, employment solutions of a problem. Effective realisation of cluster structure demands creation of adequate system of monitoring and a realisation estimation of cluster initiatives. Their continuity should be an important condition of functioning of systems of monitoring, i.e. possibility in real time to trace growth and the barriers interfering development of clusters. It is obvious that cluster structures can be formed both within the limits of one industry, and between industries. Availability of close interrelations between region industries - buyers and manufacturers of goods - testifies to communication of the enterprises of the given industries on a chain of creation of value added and reflects possibility synergetic effect at deepening and expansion of their partner relations.     Influence of Factors of Production on Efficiency of Production Systems

    In the course of functioning of firms the uncountable set of variants of use of factors in various combinations is supposed. Diversification of combinations is caused by scientific and technical progress and a condition of the market of factors of production. Scientific and technical progress and technical revolutions lead to occurrence new (interchanged) factors and a new product. Possibility by means of the factor as a result increases to produce a product so much, how many it is necessary for compensation of the factor and an additional product which is not necessary for factor compensation. This additional stock of a product, as a matter of fact, is an additional product. With its production probably further increase in production. The conclusion from here follows: the best use of incomes of production is a condition of the further increase in its scales, a condition of expansion of reproduction. Thus, as a result of connection of factors of production work products, set of material benefits are created. The quantitative relation of volume (weight) of the received product to the work spent for its production, characterises labour productivity.     Detection of symptom-related coronary arteries in patients with coronary artery disease using real-time three-dimensional stress echocardiography with adenosine triphosphate

    Aim 1) To develop normative values of global and regional left ventricular longitudinal deformation (LVLD) during real time three-dimensional stress echocardiography with adenosine triphosphate (ATP) and utilization of automated function imaging technology (4D Stress-Echo + LVLD with ATP); 2) to compare the effectiveness of detection of symptom-related coronary arteries during 4D Stress-Echo with ATP using: a) traditional visual assessment of regional myocardial contractility and b) step-by-step analysis of segmental LVLD.Material and Methods 15 healthy subjects and 32 patients with coronary artery disease (CAD) were examined after coronary angiography. All individuals underwent 4D Stress-Echo + LVLD with ATP (Vivid E95, General Electric).Results The normative values of global LVLD at three stages of the pharmacological stress-test (before, during and after ATP infusion) were –19.5 (95% CI: -20.4 – -19.0), –21.6 (95% CI: -22.8 – -20.4) and –19.5 (95% CI: -20.3 – -18.6), respectively; the values of LVLD in each of the 17 segments of left ventricular myocardium in healthy subjects were also determined. In patients with CAD visual control of contractility during stress test revealed dynamic decrease in local thickening of the myocardium, appearance of new zones of contractility disorders and expansion of previously noted in 31.2% of cases, while analysis of deformation detected the appearance of new zones of deformation disturbances and expansion of previously found – in 68.7% (р = 0.0055). Stress-induced worsening of myocardial deformation during ATP infusion in the zones of blood supply of left anterior descending coronary artery, circumflex artery and right coronary artery (with presence of hemodynamically significant stenoses and occlusions detected during coronary angiography) were found in 28.0, 77.7 and 65.2% respectively (р1-3 = 0.0194; р1-2 = 0.0019; р2-3 = 0.2864).Conclusion The normal values of global and segmental LVLD for each stage of 4D Stress-Echo + LVLD with ATP were determined. 4D Stress-Echo + LVLD with ATP can significantly increase the effectiveness of symptom-related coronary arteries identification in patients with CAD in comparison with traditional Stress-Echo with visual assessment of local myocardial contractility
