TENCompetence.The goal of this deliverable is to serve as a getting started source for organizations adopting the TENCompetence infrastructure to implement competence development solutions in the domains of eLearning, Personal Competence Development and Knowledge Management. In particular, this document describes a set of real scenarios (pilots and business demonstrators) implemented with previous versions of the TENCompetence tools. These scenarios are useful examples focused on one of the three domains or on combinations of them. The deliverable also provides some methodological indications that take into account the experience learned from pilots / demonstrators and the latest version of the tooling. The methodological indications also refer to other TENCompetence outcomes and deliverables for further reading. TENCompetence.This document includes the evaluation results of the Cycle 3 real-life evaluation activities. A cross-analysis of the results is compiled in order to present the impact indicators of the project in terms of outreach, learning benefits, organizational implications, and business opportunities identified in these experiences. The implementations and eight business/market-relevant demonstrators conducted in collaboration with external "adopter organizations" from different countries in Europe. These external organizations are Associated Partners or different units within the partners'organization. The revised pilots and the demonstrators test the tooling achieved along DIP-3. Both pilots and business demonstrators show to provide benefits to socially- and industrially-relevant scenarios. Cycle-3 demonstrators development and implementation tool set

This document presents an implementation methodology for the preparation and execution of TENCompetence cycle 3 demonstrator pilots according to the infrastructure currently available. The methodology includes the description of the tasks and procedures needed to be considered from describing the training in terms of competences and selecting the usage profiles more useful for the pilot, to the evaluation of the pilot success. It also reports the plans for the business demonstrators that will be executed by Associate Partners (with support of the eight larger consortium partners) in cycle 3
