Legislation for labor relation in Kosovo administered by UNMIK but even after the country’s independence, especially its implementation and efforts to reform them are subjects and issues which preoccupies the society and the employees in Kosovo. Establishment, enforcement and reformation of Labor Legislation in Kosovo after 1999 can be clearly divided into two periods such as: The period of UNMIK Administration until the entry into force of the labor legislation in the Republic of Kosovo and the second period the strengthening of labor legislations after the country’s independence. The process of reformation of labor legislation has indicated few tendencies for reformation which have not been reached the adequate level of development. In opinion, is described the fact that labor legislation in Kosovo is facing to many difficulties, which occasionally are reported and elaborated in different reports and researches. The reports made on this issue seclude particularly the legislation being not full in the labor field and certain mechanisms which will ensure the adequate enforcement of legislation and legal protection for employees.
The issue which is elaborated in this project is the fact that enforcement of legislation and certain implementing mechanisms as well as its further reformation, is it a problem which continues to challenge its adequate enforcement? Regarding to this, by analyzing the positive legislation and pertinent literature, the item aims to treat the aspect of implementation in practice of labor legislation, respectively how much and how mechanisms for implementation performs, and what is the dedication of government and society overall to move forward on this direction

Energy Efficiency Optimization by Spectral Efficiency Maximization in 5G Networks
Energy and spectral efficiency are the mainchallenges in 5th generation of mobile cellular networks. In this paper, we propose an optimization algorithmto optimize the energy efficiency by maximizing thespectral efficiency. Our simulation results show a significantincrease in terms of spectral efficiency as well asenergy efficiency whenever the mobile user is connectedto a low power indoor base station. By applying theproposed algorithm, we show the network performanceimprovements up to 9 bit/s/Hz in spectral efficiency and20 Gbit/Joule increase in energy efficiency for the mobileuser served by the indoor base station rather than by theoutdoor base station
The Asymmetric Effect of Foreign Direct Investment on the Net Average Wages of Southeastern European Countries
There is a widespread belief in transition and growing economies that the relationship between FDI and wages is symmetrical. On the other hand, the problem of the nonlinear impact of FDI on wages has remained insufficiently explored. Therefore, this paper aims to determine whether there is an asymmetric effect of FDI stock on the net average wages within the eight SEE (Southeastern European countries) economies. We used the nonlinear autoregressive distributed lag (NARDL) and as well on the annual data for the period from 2000 to 2018. We found that there is an asymmetric impact of FDI stock on the net average wages of Bulgaria and Slovenia. In addition, we found that the symmetric effect is stronger compared to the asymmetric effect that the FDI stock has on the net average wages of Bulgaria, N. Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia and Slovenia. Finally, we found that productivity, employment and education significantly affect solely Slovenia's net average wages
Medical Causes and Emergency Basic Care in the Place of Accidents in Road Traffic
Road traffic accidents in Kosovo and around the world are taking many lives, causing casualties; injuries, disability, health problem, suffering, economic problems, family problems and death. Medical causes of road traffic accidents are caused; acute illnesses. Chronic, drugs, alcohol and fatigue etc. The Integrated Education Network of the first medical staff education and training is legally obliged to provide medical care at the scene of the accident to ensure and improve the quality of emergency medical care for victims of road traffic accident. The main purpose of this retrospective research is to identify the main causes of health problems that affect road traffic accidents, reducing morbidity, disability and mortality by implementing first aid measures at the scene of the accident. The research material was taken from the medical documentation of injured in road traffic accidents at the UCCK Emergency Clinic for the period January - December 2019. The research samples were the only injured in road traffic accidents. In the research 5254 cases of road traffic accidents were investigated, the research is of retrospective type, where the medical causes in causing traffic accidents were identified. According to the January - December 2019 patient numbers, there were 86,690 cases requiring medical assistance and 5254 of them being injured in road traffic accidents or 6.06. Medical causes of traffic accidents, 904 cases or 17.20% with diabetes, 680 cases or 12.94% with hypertension, 160 cases or 3.04% with visual problems and other cases with numbers the smallest of cases.
Outbreaks with a non-health problem were 3152 cases or 59.99%. finally; Medical Problems Drugs, alcohol can have a direct impact on causing road traffic accidents to a large extent, which need to be timely intervened. The US Integrated Education Network training and training of first medical staff are legally obliged to provide medical care at the scene of the accident to provide and improve the quality of emergency medical care to victims in the event of a road traffic accident
Prevalence of Coxitis and its Correlation with Inflammatory Activity in Rheumatoid Arthritis
BACKGROUND: Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is an autoimmune inflammatory disease characterised by intra-articular and extra-articular manifestations but very rarely with coxitis.AIM: This study aimed to investigate the prevalence of coxitis, clinical changes, and its correlation with the parameters of inflammatory activity.METHODS: A cohort of 951 patients diagnosed with ACR/EULAR (American College of Rheumatology/European League against Rheumatism) 2010 criteria was enrolled in this prospective, observational and analytic research study. The CBC (Complete Blood Count), ESR (Erythrocyte sedimentation rate), CRP(C - reactive protein), Anti CCP (Antibodies to cyclic citrullinated peptides), X-ray examination of palms and pelvis, and the activity of the disease as measured by DAS - 28 (28 - joint disease activity score) were carried out in all subjects. Independent samples t-test was used to compare the group's characteristics, whereas Pearson correlation test was used to analyse the correlation between study variables.RESULTS: Of the total number of the subjects, 730 (76.8 %) were females, whereas 221 (23.2%) were males. The average age was 51.3, y/o while the most of them were between 40 - 49 y/o (32.6%). The prevalence of coxitis was 14.2%, mostly found in males (19.46%). The echosonografic prevalence of changes was 21.45%, while the radiological changes were 16.3%; in both cases, the changes were more expressed in males. The analysis showed that inflammatory parameters were significantly higher in patients with coxitis.CONCLUSION: Coxitis has high economic cost because it ends up with a mandatory need for a total hip joint prosthesis. Thus the results of this study can serve to plan and initiate early preventive measures
Poststaphylococcal coagulase negative reactive arthritis: a case report
We report a case of a 49-year-old patient who developed poststaphylococcal coagulase negative reactive arthritis. The woman presented with constitutional symptoms, arthritis, urinary infection and conjunctivitis. The blood culture was positive for the staphylococcal coagulase negative infection. Erythrocyte sedimentation rate and C-reactive protein were elevated, whereas the rheumatoid factor was negative. Radiographic findings confirmed diagnosis of pleuropneumonia, and one year later of chronic asymmetric sacroileitis. Physicians should be aware of possible reactive arthritis after staphylococcal coagulase negative bacteremia
