At the present stage of development of information technologies, the study of the need for qualified personnel is becoming more and more popular. At the same time, there is a problem of determining the compliance of specialists’ training level in the field of information technology with the requirements of employers. The article presents the results of a study of the demand for competencies in this field from leading Russian companies. The purpose of the study is to determine the generalized requirements for job seekers in the labor market and the formation of lists of key skills for each of the specialties (professional groups) in the field of information technology. An algorithmic solution is proposed for analyzing the demand for competencies and determining the most demanded skills for various areas. The proposed algorithm is implemented on the example of data on vacancies of the Yandex and VK Group companies, collected from open sources. Data collection was carried out by a modified method: the initial array was formed automatically using the ParseHub parser and corrected manually. The grouping of data was carried out according to the most demanded IT-specialties and according to the generalized formulations of the requirements for these specialties. The key skills of specialists in relevant IT-areas have been identified. The study uses a combination of theoretical and empirical methods. The above algorithm and the results of aggregating groups of vacancies for IT-specialists and their professional competencies demanded by employers can be used for a deeper analysis of demand in the labor market and taken into account when forming the competencies of students in information technology training programs

Features of using Cox regression in various instrumental environments

    Get PDF
The presence of large amounts of data in information and analytical systems makes it necessary to study them using machine learning and artificial intelligence methods. These models require the definition of tuning parameters related to the specifics of the subject area. The article presents a Cox regression model to solve the problem of customer churn. Cox regression is recognized as a model with high accuracy of predictions in healthcare. Therefore, it is interesting to use the model in other industries. The paper presents the results and comparative analysis of calculations on the Cox model using three tools: Statistical Package for the Social Sciences, programming language R and Russian software – analytical platform Loginom. A distinctive feature of the developed probabilistic model is the determination of the risk of event occurrence in conditions of incomplete data, as well as the identification of indicators that have a significant impact on the degree of its manifestation

Properties of Neutral Charmed Mesons in Proton--Nucleus Interactions at 70 GeV

The results of treatment of data obtained in the SERP-E-184experiment "Investigation of mechanisms of the production of charmed particles in proton-nucleus interactions at 70 GeV and their decays" by irradiating the active target of the SVD-2 facility consisting of carbon, silicon, and lead plates, are presented. After separating a signal from the two-particle decay of neutral charmed mesons and estimating the cross section for charm production at a threshold energy {\sigma}(c\v{c})=7.1 \pm 2.4(stat.) \pm 1.4(syst.) \mub/nucleon, some properties of D mesons are investigated. These include the dependence of the cross section on the target mass number (its A dependence); the behavior of the differential cross sections d{\sigma}/dpt2 and d{\sigma}/dxF; and the dependence of the parameter {\alpha} on the kinematical variables xF, pt2, and plab. The experimental results in question are compared with predictions obtained on the basis of the FRITIOF7.02 code.Comment: 9 pages, 9 figures,3 table

Search for Axionlike and Scalar Particles with the NA64 Experiment

    Get PDF
We carried out a model-independent search for light scalar (s) and pseudoscalar axionlike (a) particles that couple to two photons by using the high-energy CERN SPS H4 electron beam. The new particles, if they exist, could be produced through the Primakoff effect in interactions of hard bremsstrahlung photons generated by 100 GeV electrons in the NA64 active dump with virtual photons provided by the nuclei of the dump. The a(s) would penetrate the downstream HCAL module, serving as shielding, and would be observed either through their a(s)γγa(s)\to\gamma \gamma decay in the rest of the HCAL detector or as events with large missing energy if the a(s) decays downstream of the HCAL. This method allows for the probing the a(s) parameter space, including those from generic axion models, inaccessible to previous experiments. No evidence of such processes has been found from the analysis of the data corresponding to 2.84×10112.84\times10^{11} electrons on target allowing to set new limits on the a(s)γγa(s)\gamma\gamma-coupling strength for a(s) masses below 55 MeV.Comment: This publication is dedicated to the memory of our colleague Danila Tlisov. 7 pages, 5 figures, revised version accepted for publication in Phys.
