In the article the key issues of strategic management of medium and large businesses in Ukraine. Typical methodological errors of strategic management indicated in the article. In the article there is scheme that showed connection and interplay of the resource potential of the company, its market strategy and sustainable competitive advantage. State of strategic planning in Ukraine is quite low for a number of barriers and error management, discrepancy management philosophy demands of today's market environment, and a lack of relevant experience in leadership. Today, the basic principles and approaches to strategic management of Ukrainian companies mostly borrowed from foreign scientists and development practices of American, Japanese and European corporations.В статье определены ключевые проблемы стратегического менеджмента среднего и крупного предпринимательства в Украине. Указано характерные методологические ошибки стратегического управления. Также приведена схема связи и взаимовлияния ресурсного потенциала предприятия, его рыночной стратегии и устойчивых конкурентных преимуществ.В статті визначено ключові проблеми стратегічного менеджменту середнього та великого підприємництва в Україні. Activación alcalina de cenizas volantes. Relación entre el desarrollo mecánico resistente y la composición química de la ceniza

Alkali-activated fly ash is the primary component of a new generation of high-strength, durable binders with excellent mechanical properties and durability (on occasion bettering traditional Portland cement performance). Moreover, development of these cements may contribute to mitigating CO2 emissions, since the base material is an industrial by-product. The present study was conducted to determine the effect of the composition of the initial materials (SiO2/Al2O3 and Na2O/Al2O3 ratios) on the mechanical properties, nature and composition of the reaction products. The results obtained indicate that there is no linear relationship between these ratios and mechanical strength, but rather a series of optimal values above and below which strength declines. In the specific case of the ratios studied in the present paper, these values were: SiO2/Al2O3= 4.0 and Na2O/Al2O3= 1.0 (molar ratios).Las cenizas volantes activadas alcalinamente constituyen la base de una nueva generación de cementos con muy interesantes propiedades mecánicas, adherentes y durables (a veces incluso mejores que las de los cementos Portland tradicionales). Adicionalmente el desarrollo de estos cementos podría contribuir a mitigar las emisiones de CO2 a la atmósfera, ya que el material base de los mismos puede estar formado por subproductos industriales. En la presente investigación se realizó un estudio para determinar la influencia de la composición de los materiales iniciales (ratios SiO2/Al2O3 y Na2O/Al2O3) en las propiedades mecánicas y en la naturaleza y composición de los productos de reacción. Los resultados obtenidos indican que no existe una relación lineal de dichas ratios con las resistencias mecánicas, sino que existen unos valores óptimos, por encima y debajo de los cuales las resistencias mecánicas disminuyen. Високонаповнені лужні ніздрюваті бетони на основі промислових відходів

Designed insulation materials with a high degree of filling waste. Alkaline cements were used as alkaline substances, namely: slag-alkali cement, alkali alkali cement and alkaline portland cement, from which non-autoclaved hardening foam concrete was made, and the main calcium-containing component was blast furnace granulated slag.The resulting foam concrete based on the proposed alkaline systems are effective and in demand in the conditions of modern construction.Розроблено теплоізоляційні матеріали з високим ступенем наповнення відходом. В якості лужної речовини  використовували такі лужні цементи, а саме: шлаколужний цемент, зололужний цемент і лужний портландцемент, з яких виготовляли пінобетони неавтоклавного тверднення, а основним кальцієвміщуючим компонентом був доменний гранульований шлак. PHYSIOLOGICAL AND REPARATIVE OSTEOGENESIS IN THE NORM AND UNDER CONDITIONS OF SELENIUM DEFICIENCY

The study presents the results of investigation of selenium deficiency condition on the bone tissue and healing post-traumatic bone defects under conditions of selenium deficiency.The experimental part of the study was performed on 63 randomized brand albino male rats of 3-month age. Peculiarities of the reparative osteogenesis were studied on the model of a traumatic injury simulated one-type in the proximal meta-diaphysis of the femoral bone irrespective of the experimental conditions in the frontal plane in the form of perforated defect. The defect was made by means of a drill 1mm in diameter.The results of the study are indicative of a negative effect of selenium deficiency produced on physiological and reparative osteogenesis manifested by inhibition of the process and associated with disorders in the formation of osseous regeneration, deterioration of the structural-functional state of the osseous tissue, development of degenerative-necrotic changes in the osseous tissue and epiphyseal cartilage.The study presents the results of investigation of selenium deficiency condition on the bone tissue and healing post-traumatic bone defects under conditions of selenium deficiency.The experimental part of the study was performed on 63 randomized brand albino male rats of 3-month age. Assessment of cognitive characteristics in intelligent systems and predictive ability

The article proposes a universal dual-axis intelligent systems assessment scale. The scale considers the properties of intelligent systems within the environmental context, which develops over time. In contrast to the frequent consideration of the 'mind' of artificial intelligent systems on a scale from 'weak' to 'strong', we highlight the modulating influences of anticipatory ability on their 'brute force'. In addition, the complexity, the 'weight' of the cognitive task and the ability to critically assess it beforehand determine the actual set of cognitive tools, the use of which provides the best result in these conditions. In fact, the presence of 'common sense' options is what connects the ability to solve a problem with the correct use of such an ability itself. The degree of 'correctness' and 'adequacy' is determined by the combination of a suitable solution with the temporal characteristics of the event, phenomenon, object or subject under study

Leading Order QCD Shear Viscosity from the 3PI Effective Action

In this article we calculate the leading order shear viscosity in QCD using the resummed 3PI effective action. We work to 3-loop order in the effective action. We show that the integral equations that resum the pinching and collinear contributions are produced naturally by the formalism. All leading order terms are included, without the need for any kind of power counting arguments.Comment: 23 pages, 27 figure

Synthesis of Capped AIIBVI Nanoparticles for Fluorescent Biomarkers

The conditions for growing CdS nanoparticles suitable for the visualization of biological tissues were theoretically studied and experimentally checked. The optimal ranges for pH values and precursors’ concentrations were determined. The applicability of the mercaptoethanol-capped nanoparticles for in vitro luminescence visualization of several cellular forms in histological specimens of human placenta has been prove
