Structuring Human Rights: Lessons for Central and Eastern Europe

The article deals with a large spectrum of issues concerning human rights in the Central and Eastern Europe, including post-Soviet republics. Firstly, the author depicts the historical background of nowadays human rights’ defense, including the most important international bodies and conventions. Secondly, the scholar identifies the basic types of human rights and then their tensions and restructuring
