    Efficient technology of human resources management in the field of transport

    The authors of the article strive to give an analysis of the main aspects of human resource management technology in the practice of transport companies, to identify the problematic issues of their development and to find solutions. The article discusses the criteria for effective human resource management, analyzes the conditions for monitoring the quality of human resource use in a transport company, describes the characteristics of grading as an effective management technology for the motivational component of the personnel in the transport sector. As an experimental base of research, the authors used monitoring the quality of human resources in transport companies of the city of Tyumen - Evrobus 72, IntelInvest, ComfortAuto Tyumen, as well as textual and graphical materials of reports

    Legal aspect of social entrepreneurship

    The article discusses the main issues of definition of social entrepreneurship, both from economic and legal point of view. Since Russian legislature is only at the beginning of the way to create legal framework for activities, legislation on social entrepreneurship seems fragmentary and inconsistent. All of that adversely affects development of social entrepreneurship. Official city statistics (Nizhnevartovsk) show that less than a third of all entrepreneurs are interested in this type of activity; entrepreneurs who already have business in the field of social entrepreneurship mostly do not plan to expand current activities in this area. Analysis can contribute to creation of developed socio-economic relations in Russia. It can be achieved by building effective relations between social entrepreneurs and beneficiaries on the one hand, and also between social entrepreneurs and the state on the other

    Transformation of the column order in the Baroque architecture in St. Petersburg of the XVIII century

    The forms and proportions of the Baroque column order of the buildings in St. Petersburg of the XVIII century differ substantially from the Western European canonical designs. The independent order system was created in each historical period under the influence of European architectural concepts, local style preferences, and creative choice of architects, and is of undoubted interest to both historians of architecture and restorers of historic buildings. The authors made a comparative analysis of the construction and drawing of architectural orders of buildings in St. Petersburg with architectural orders of classical works of the Renaissance, architectural works of the XVII - XVIII century. The process of gradual formation and modification of the column order in the architecture of St. Petersburg in the first half of the XVIII century is expounded. The main features of the construction of architectural orders during the Peter’s, Ann’s, and Elizabethan Baroque periods are revealed

Based on the study of the evolution of theories concerning the human factor in the economy, the systematization and generalization of the provisions contained therein, the system of categories in the field of human resource management is substantiated. The basic principles of such management have been identified and supplemented, the tasks facing the enterprise management have been clarified, new tools for human resource management have been proposed, to ensure the completeness, continuity and validity of the decisions made in the field of human resources management in the restructuring of industrial enterprises

    Law on Environmental Protection 2014 of Vietnam was passed by the 13 National Assembly at the 7th session on June 23, 2014, effectived from January 1, 2015. The enactment of the Law on Environmental Protection 2014 has greatly contributed to the success of environmental protection in recent years. However,the implementation of the Law on Environmental Protection 2014 revealed limitations and shortcomings, including: Some provisions of the law on environmental protection are still inappropriate, not reality, lack of legal provisons for Environmental disasters, not keeping up with the requirements of practical development and international integration; mechanisms and policies on environmental protection are slow to innovate, not yet synchronized with the market economy institution; contents, responsibilities, assignment and decentralization of state management of environmental protection are still fragmented, overlapping and unreasonable, not suitable with capacity building and responsibilities; lack of appropriate mechanisms to promote the effective participation of society, enterprises and people in environmental protection. Based on Law on Environmental Protection 2014, the state management apparatus on environment is not commensurate with the assigned functions and tasks and unable to solve effectively inter-sectoral, inter-regional and transnational issues; violations of the law on environmental protection are still complicated and invalid; The administrative procedures are both insufficient, overlapping; Vietnam has not legal provisions to resolve some new issues arising on environmental protection such as: climate changes, metal pollution heavy (Cu, Zn, Cd), saline intrusion, dust pollution…This article focuses on the challenges of environment in Vietnam. It also provides causes and suggestion for Law on Environmental Protection 2014 to be revised for sustainable development in Vietnam

    The article deals with the main problems of reconstruction and adaptation to modern conditions of functioning of historical stations of the Finnish railway. The Finnish railway was the first railway created in the Northern direction in the Russian Empire. The article outlined historical information and the existing state of the preserved railway pavilions. The characteristic features of functioning and the reasons of destruction and degradation of buildings of railway stations are analyzed. Herein defined and proved necessity of reconstruction and adaptation of railway stations on the territory of Russia, consisting in a complex combination of different types of social functions. Design solutions include restoration, change of building function, reconstruction of structural and engineering structure of buildings, restoration of facades and historical interiors, development of improvement zones around railway stations

    Production strategy development for an energy company based on SADT

    The article presents an algorithm for choosing the type of production strategy and its development in a company performed by a formed working group. In order to clearly reflect the relationship between the production strategy under developed and other functional strategies of companies and to eliminate all kinds of errors that many developers encounter at the planning stage, it is proposed to implement SADT. The research demonstrates a breakdown of the original function “Development of the organization’s production strategy” based on the SADT diagram, which describes the input-output transformations and the rules for these transformations. So as to confirm the practical applicability of this tool, it was tested in the energy company OOO Gazspetsstroy. Based on the suggested work plan, the activities for the development of the company’s production strategy are distributed in accordance with the workload of the working group and the complexity of the work performed
