A Case of Unerupted Lower Primary Second Molar Associated with Compound Odontoma

Odontoma is the most common type of benign odontogenic tumor, and often causes disturbances in the eruption of its associated tooth. Odontomas usually occur in the permanent dentition, and rarely occur solely in the primary dentition.
