    The article is devoted to the analysis of the process of commercialization of the innovations in the Republic of Belarus. The author analyzes the experience of European countries in the field of innovative development, as well as highlights a number of advantages received by the countries of the European Union. Also in the article are listed the normative legal documents defining the process of commercialization of innovations in the Republic of Belarus. The goal of improving the process of commercializing the results of scientific activity is to increase the competitiveness of the national economy, increase the number of scientific research proposed for financing, and accelerate the process of innovative development of the state. The author considers the benefits that states receive in the effective implementation of the process of commercialization of innovations. The article also draws attention to problems in the field of innovation development infrastructure. Conclusions were drawn with an emphasis on problem issues in the field of commercialization of innovations.Статья посвящена анализу процесса коммерциализации инноваций в Республике Беларусь. Автором проанализирован опыт европейских стран в области инновационного развития, а также выделен ряд преимуществ, полученных странами Европейского Союза в области коммерциализации результатов научно-технической деятельности. Также в статье приведены нормативные правовые документы, определяющие процесс осуществления коммерциализации инноваций в Республике Беларусь. Цель совершенствования процесса коммерциализации результатов научной деятельности — повышение конкурентоспособности национальной экономики, увеличение количества предложенных к финансированию научных исследований, а также ускорение процесса инновационного развития государства. Автор рассматривает те выгоды, которые получает государство при эффективном осуществлении процесса коммерциализации инноваций. В статье также привлекается внимание и к проблемам в области инфраструктуры инновационного развития. В завершение сделаны выводы с акцентом на проблемные вопросы в области коммерциализации инноваций

    Collective and fractal properties of pion jets in the four-velocity space at intermediate energies

    Experimental results are presented for study of collective and fractal properties of soft pion jets in the space of relative four-dimensional velocities. Significant decreasing is obtained for mean square of second particle distances from jet axis for pion-proton interactions at initial energies 3\sim 3 GeV in comparison with hadron-nuclear collisions at close energies. The decreasing results in power dependence of distance variable on collision energy for range 24\sim 2 - 4 GeV. The observation allows us to estimate the low boundary of manifestation of color degree of freedom in pion jet production. Cluster dimension values were deduced for pion jets in various reactions. Fractional values of this dimension indicate on the manifestation of fractal-like properties by pion jets. Changing of mean kinetic energy of jet particles and fractal dimension with initial energy increasing is consistent with suggestion for presence of color degrees of freedom in pion jet production at intermediate energies.Comment: The conference "Physics of fundamental interactions". The severity of state in children is determined by the caliber of the affected ones. У части детей раннего возраста туберкулез внутригрудных лимфатических узлов осложняется прорывом лимфатического узла с расплавленным казеозом в просвет бронха с развитием обтурации плотными казеозными массами и грануляционной тканью. Тяжесть состояния обуславливается калибром пораженного бронха.

    Measurement of the top quark mass using the matrix element technique in dilepton final states

    We present a measurement of the top quark mass in pp¯ collisions at a center-of-mass energy of 1.96 TeV at the Fermilab Tevatron collider. The data were collected by the D0 experiment corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 9.7  fb−1. The matrix element technique is applied to tt¯ events in the final state containing leptons (electrons or muons) with high transverse momenta and at least two jets. The calibration of the jet energy scale determined in the lepton+jets final state of tt¯ decays is applied to jet energies. This correction provides a substantial reduction in systematic uncertainties. We obtain a top quark mass of mt=173.93±1.84  GeV

    We present the first measurements of the differential cross section d sigma/dp(T)(gamma) for the production of an isolated photon in association with at least two b-quark jets. The measurements consider photons with rapidities vertical bar y(gamma)vertical bar < 1.0 and transverse momenta 30 < p(T)(gamma) < 200 GeV. The b-quark jets are required to have p(T)(jet) > 15 GeVand vertical bar y(jet)vertical bar < 1.5. The ratio of differential production cross sections for gamma + 2 b-jets to gamma + b-jet as a function of p(T)(gamma) is also presented. The results are based on the proton-antiproton collision data at root s = 1.96 TeV collected with the D0 detector at the Fermilab Tevatron Collider. The measured cross sections and their ratios are compared to the next- to- leading order perturbative QCD calculations as well as predictions based on the k(T)- factorization approach and those from the sherpa and pythia Monte Carlo event generators

    Limits on anomalous trilinear gauge boson couplings from WW, WZ and Wgamma production in pp-bar collisions at sqrt{s}=1.96 TeV

    We present final searches of the anomalous gammaWW and ZWW trilinear gauge boson couplings from WW and WZ production using lepton plus dijet final states and a combination with results from Wgamma, WW, and WZ production with leptonic final states. The analyzed data correspond to up to 8.6/fb of integrated luminosity collected by the D0 detector in pp-bar collisions at sqrt{s}=1.96 TeV. We set the most stringent limits at a hadron collider to date assuming two different relations between the anomalous coupling parameters Delta\kappa_\gamma, lambda, and Delta g_1^Z for a cutoff energy scale Lambda=2 TeV. The combined 68% C.L. limits are -0.057<Delta\kappa_\gamma<0.154, -0.015<lambda<0.028, and -0.008<Delta g_1^Z<0.054 for the LEP parameterization, and -0.007<Delta\kappa<0.081 and -0.017<lambda<0.028 for the equal couplings parameterization. We also present the most stringent limits of the W boson magnetic dipole and electric quadrupole moments.Comment: 10 pages, 5 figures, submitted to PL
