ALTERATION OF RHEOLOGICAL PROPERTIES OF BLOOD AT PATIENTS WITH TONSILLITIS

Get PDF
Complex research of rheological properties of blood at patients with lacunar tonsillitis lead depending on the period of disease. It is shown, that inflammatory process at patients to a great extent defines disturbances of rheological properties of blood. During normalization of a clinical presentation of disease there is no full recovery of rheological properties of blood due to preservation of blood raised viscosity and low deformability of erythrocytes membranes

CHANGES OF MICROCIRCULATION AND IMMUNE STATUS IN LATER POSTOPERATIVE PERIOD AFTER SURGERY ON THE TRAUMATIZED SPLEEN

Get PDF
The state of wall thomboresistance, hemocoagulation, rheologic properties of blood and immune status have been investigated in patients after various surgeries on spleen in later postoperative period. It has been estimated that the best results are obtained after organpreserving operations on spleen. Somewhat worse results have been observed after splenectomy and autospleentransplantation. The worst results have been revealed in the group of patients after splenectomy

Activation of р-450-depended monooxygenases changing immunotoxicity of phosphoroorganic compounds due to their metabolism character

It was established that the application of the monooxygenase system inductors (MSI) of phenobarbital and benzonal up to acute poisoning of animals by trichlorfom in a dose of 1,0 LD50, metabolized in the organism till production of compounds with higher toxicity caused its immunotoxic properties increase. The experiment was carried out on outbred white rats. the acute dimethyldichlorvinylphosphate (1,0 LD50) poisoning, biotransformation of which proceeded with formation of less-toxic and non-toxic compounds after MSI introduction, caused its decrease of suppression influence on immunity system indice

Numerical Algorithms and Computer Modeling for nonlinear Analysis of Shell Structures

Get PDF
The dynamic behaviour of shells, which are widely used in construction and mechanical engineering as critical components of machinery and 3-D structures, under static and dynamic loadings is described by system of deep nonlinear differential equations. Solution of these equations can be received with assistance of technique basing on a modern numerical algorithms and computer modeling.. The system of nonlinear differential equations of vibration of the shells is proposed taking into account the inertia forces in the tangential and normal directions. Its solution is based on combination of parameter prolongation method, finite-difference method and the Newton-Kantorovich iterative algorithm that allows plotting the loading trajectories and determination of bifurcation points on them. Package of Applied Programs >SEVSOR< is a computation means to be used in research of deformation, stability and vibration in thin axically-symmetric shells of complicated shape Input data include information on shell geometry, physical and mechanical properties, bearing conditions, types of loadings and load application. Frame output of motion forms in real time or either in decelerated or accelerated time scales for creating cartoons or video films is used for analysis of the compound dynamic processes in shell-type structures

ADAPTATION OF MICROCIRCULATION INTRAVASCULAR COMPONENT IN CADETS DURING THE COURSE OF THEIR MILITARY PROFESSIONAL STUDY

Get PDF
150 cadets ages 16 to 25years were under the obsrevation of adaptation of intravascular microcirculation component during the course of their military professional study. The research data proved that active erythrocyte aggregation, the size of thrombocyte aggregates and the speed of thrombocyte aggregation are higher in the first-, second- and third-year cadets than in senior students. These findings are to be used in the assessment ofcadets' adaptation to the military service and the prognosis of their professional capacity

Study of nerve fibers nature reinforcing duodenal contractions by electrical stimulation of sympathetic nerve

Get PDF
The subject of the article is to investigate the mechanism of increased reactions by electrical stimulation of the sympathetic nerve. Materials and methods: Experiments on dogs have shown that stimulant reactions during blockade of a-adrenergic by phentolamine and (3-adrenergic receptors with propranolol were completely eliminated by lizer-gol —the blocker of 5-HT12-receptors. Results: Infusion of lizergol did not influence on duodenal motor activity and the function of the vagus nerve. Conclusion: Effector neuron is found out to be serotonergic and its action is provided by 5-HT1 2 receptor

CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGY – ACTUAL DIRECTION IN GROUNDING OF HEALTH MANPOWER

Get PDF
In 90-ies years of last century in our country happened the crash of the system of values with transition to the standards of capitalistic society, and it lead to the formation of chronicle psychosocial stress of high and medium levels. Medics of all directions started to face functional psychosomatic diseases. Raised the necessity in grounding of health manpower in discipline of clinical psychology, with the learning of psychophisiological bases of diseases and possibilities if their correction. This direction of development of soviet medical education and health service in general seems progressive and prospective

Image of Mary Stuart in Tragedies of C. H. Spiess and F. Schiller

Get PDF
Features of the interpretation of events related to the life and death of the Queen of Scotland, Mary Stuart (1542-1587), in the works of the outstanding German playwright F. Schiller (1759-1805) and his contemporary, the famous writer Christian Heinrich Spiess (Spiess, 1755-1799) is considered. The originality in the image of the last days of Mary by C. H. Spiess and F. Schiller is emphasized. The question is raised about the various literary and aesthetic positions of both German writers. Attention is paid to the review of works in various genres and genres of art dedicated to Mary Stuart by Spiess and Schiller. First, an analysis of the work of the author, which is secondary in the framework of German and European literature, is presented, since Spiess wrote his tragedy many years before the great German playwright. It is shown that Schiller’s tragedy was written with a characteristic thirst for epic coverage of reality, while the stage play of Spiess is more focused on the events of the last days of Mary Stuart’s life and turns into a chamber work. The results of the study can be used when giving lecture courses on foreign literature of the XVIII-XXI centuries, special courses on the literature of Western European countries, on the problems of classical literature in Germany, as well as literature of the Western European Enlightenment and pre-romanticism

INTERACTION OF SPATIAL THIN-WALLED STRUCTURES WITH FLUID-SATURATED SOIL

Get PDF
Thin-walled spatial structures are broadly used in the modern technician and building. In fuel industry for long-term keeping of oil and gas are used reservoirs of various capacity, which on technological reasons can be shipped under the soil. Shells of reservoirs combine in itself high toughness and low specific consumption of materials. At the same time, being under the soil, they feel steady-state and dynamic loads from ambiance, which particularly in the event, when reservoir is empty, can bring about the loss of stability of its form. On the other hand contact interactions of shell and soil greatly depend on features of ambiance and its saturating of liquid. For building generalized porous springy ambiance models, saturated by the liquid, it is possible to use Bio equations of motion for displacement of hard and fluid phases. Elaboration of mathematical specified interaction models and theirs realization by means of modern computing software allows to study behaviour of spatial thin-walled designs on base of geometric nonlinear theory of shell
