Global Dynamics of Delayed Sigmoid Beverton–Holt Equation
In this paper, certain dynamic scenarios for general competitive maps in the plane are presented and applied to some cases of second-order difference equation xn+1=fxn,xn−1, n=0,1,…, where f is decreasing in the variable xn and increasing in the variable xn−1. As a case study, we use the difference equation xn+1=xn−12/cxn−12+dxn+f, n=0,1,…, where the initial conditions x−1,x0≥0 and the parameters satisfy c,d,f>0. In this special case, we characterize completely the global dynamics of this equation by finding the basins of attraction of its equilibria and periodic solutions. We describe the global dynamics as a sequence of global transcritical or period-doubling bifurcations
The Naimark-Sacker bifurcation and symptotic approximation of the invariant curve of a certain difference equation
We compute the direction of the Naimark-Sacker bifurcation for the difference equation (Formula presented.) where p is a positive number and the initial conditions x-1 and x0 are positive numbers. Furthermore, we give the asymptotic approximation of the invariant curve

Abstract Aim of the study To find out the relation between tumour necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α), immunoglobulin-E and antioxidant levels in the patients with mild or moderate/severe cases. Ninety subject (male , female) were enrolled in this study .Fifty patients with AR were subdivided into two groups i.e. mild (comprising 20 patients) with allergic rhinitis, moderate/ severe (comprising 30 patients) with allergic rhinitis. Forty subjects who are apparently healthy were taken as a control group. Serum TNF-α and IgE were determind by using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Malondialdehyde (MDA)levels and catalase activity were determined by using colorimetric method. Serum levels of TNF-α was significantly higher in mild and moderate/severe groups compared with control group (p<0.01). IgE and MDA were significantly higher in mild group ( p< 0.05) and in moderate/severe group(p< 0.01). Catalase was significantly decreased in mild and moderate/severe groups compared with control group (p<0.05) (p<0.01) respectively .A significant positive correlation between TNF-α , IgE and MDA in AR patients in mild and moderate/severe cases. A significant negative correlation between TNF-α ,IgE and catalase in AR patients in mild and moderate/severe cases. Oxidative stress stimulate the production of TNF-α and IgE in patients of AR. ‫الخالصة
Evaluation of platelet indices in cases of spontaneous abortion and recurrent pregnancy loss
Background: Spontaneous abortion is defined as a clinically recognized pregnancy loss before the 20th week of gestation, or an expulsion of an embryo weighing 500 g or less. .Pregnancy is a condition of hypercoagulation. study aimed to evaluate the change of platelet indices namely platelet count, platelet crit , platelet distribution width and mean platelet volume among patients . Methods: This study is observational case control study . participants were 135 and divided into three groups Group1: 45 women with spontaneous abortion. Group2: 45 women with recurrent pregnancy loss.Group3: 45 normally pregnant women Results At cut off 14.12, platelet distribution width diagnose abortion (P=0.008) with sensitivity, specificity, PPV, NPV and accuracy of 74.4%, 53.3%, 76.1%, 51.1%, 67.4% respectively. At cut off 6.98, Mean platelet volume diagnose abortion (P=0.002) with sensitivity, specificity, PPV, NPV and accuracy of 76.7%, 44.4%, 75.0%, 57.1%, 70.4% respectively. At cut off 0.31, Platelet crit diagnose abortion with sensitivity, specificity, PPV, NPV and accuracy of 31.1%, 97.8%, 96.6%, 41.5%, 53.3% respectively. There were univariate regression for value of platelet indices in prediction of abortion in the studied sample. Conclusions: Platelet indices are markers for the prediction of spontaneous abortion and recurrent pregnancy los
