Control of the Hardening Process of Cement Binder for Building 3D-Printing by Introducing Building Gypsum

Рассмотрено, что одной из ключевых характеристик смеси для строительного 3Dпринтера является окно печати. Теоретически обоснована возможность применения строительного гипса в качестве материала, регулирующего процесс твердения цементного вяжущего. Экспериментальным путём установлено влияние строительного гипса на сроки схватывания и проанализирована зависимость от В/Ц отношения. Определена прочность на сжатие в возрасте 28 суток.It is considered that one of the key characteristics of the mixture for a construction 3D printer is the print window. The possibility of using building gypsum as a material regulating the process of cement binder hardening is theoretically substantiated. The influence of building gypsum on the setting time was experimentally established and the dependence on the W/C ratio was analyzed. The compressive strength was determined at the age of 28 days
