    La presente investigaci贸n se encuentra orientada al estudio para el dise帽o de ampliaci贸n de campamento modular para la unidad minera Miski Mayo en la ciudad de Piura, esta ampliaci贸n es muy importante ya que la miner铆a es un sector que aporta significativamente a la econom铆a de nuestro pa铆s y ampliado la capacidad de empleados en el sitio, la producci贸n podr谩 ser mayor. Por lo antes mencionado, y para obtener el proyecto final referente a una construcci贸n no convencional, en el presente estudio se ha determinado los par谩metros y el dise帽o necesario de las distintas especialidades, tanto como el dise帽o arquitect贸nico, estructural, instalaciones el茅ctricas, instalaciones sanitarias y cronograma de suministro y ejecuci贸n de obra teniendo en cuenta la Norma T茅cnica Peruana, el Reglamento Nacional de Edificaciones y el Reglamento de Instalaciones Domiciliarias de Agua Potable y Alcantarillado desarrollando as铆 la propuesta m谩s 贸ptima para esta edificaci贸n. Como resultado, se propone la soluci贸n modular prefabricada en estructura met谩lica y paneles el cual responde a la necesidad del usuario tanto en traslado, suministro, montaje y puesta en marcha, logrando una edificaci贸n que brinda confort y seguridad para los trabajadores.     Aryl hydroxamic acid analogues as potential therapeutic agents /

    A new synthetic pathway to analogues of the aglucones of naturally occurring cyclic hydroxamic acids (2,4-dihydroxy-l,4-benzoxazin-3-ones) has been developed. The new pathway involves the coupling of substituted nitrophenols wdth /-propyl-abromo- O-methoxymethylglycolate. These materials were reductively cyclised to reveal the hydroxamic acid functionality. Removal of the C-2 0-methoxymethyl protecting group was achieved chemoselectively using boron trichloride. The analogue 7-methoxy-2,4-dihydroxy-l,4-benzoxazin-3-one (DIMBOA) was assayed with papain and a semilog plot of activity of papain in the presence of excess DIMBOA was found to be linear. A single exponential equation was suggested as the model for kinetic analysis. '^ Nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectra of a couple of hydroxamates were acquired as reference standards for future mechanistic studies of these compounds as thiol protease inhibitors. A 10% '^-labeled sample ofDIMBOA was also prepared for future mechanistic studies using NMR techniques
