Positivity and Hierarchical Structure of four Green Functions Corresponding to a Bending Problem of a Beam on a half line

We consider the boundary value problem for fourth order linear ordinary differential equation in a half line (0,∞), which represents bending of a beam on an elastic foundation under a tension. A tension is relatively stronger than a spring constant of elastic foundation. We here treat four self-adjoint boundary conditions, clamped, Dirichlet, Neumann and free edges, at x = 0. We show the positivity and the hierarchical structure of four Green functions

奈良県子ども家庭局少子化対策室が実施した奈良県少子化実態調査の独身調査データを用いて， 奈良県在住の未婚者について，その結婚に対する意欲はどのような要因と関連しているのか，重回帰 分析を実施した。使用した変数は，年齢，学歴，現在の就業状況，親との同居/別居，結婚すること や独身でいることに利点を感じているか，家族や子どもに関する意識である。男性においては，年齢以外の要因の影響が大きいこと，結婚や出産，子育てが大変だと聞くことが結婚意欲に対してマイナ スの効果を与えることなどがわかった。女性の場合は，高学歴の人の方が結婚意欲が高くなること， 就業形態ではなく，働いていることが結婚意欲を左右していること，保守的な家族観が強い人，子ど もがいた方がよいという価値観を持っている方が，結婚意欲が高くなることなどが明らかになった。 また，性別と関わりなく，親と同居しているかどうか，独身生活に利点を見いだしているかどうかは， 他の要因をコントロールすると結婚意欲との関連はないことがわかった。By using survey data of declining fertility conducted by Nara prefecture， about the never-married people living in Nara prefecture，1 conducted a multiple regression analy­ sis for what factors are related to the desire for marriage. Variables used were age，edu­ cation，current employment status，living with parentsjseparated，or feel the benefits to be married and being single，and a sense of family and children.About men， hearing about marriage and childbirth and parenting proved to be the negative effect on motivation for marriage.About women， the findings are following. The high - educated people desire to get married，and whether at work or not work，there is a difference in the desire for marriage. Who have conservative family values; have a high willingness to get married and those who have a good impression of having childrenIn addition，regardless of gender，there is no difference in the willingness to get married， whether people are living with their parents or not， whether they feel advantages of single life or not

母子家庭を対象とした福祉施策は，Iきめ細かな福祉サービスの展開」と「自立・就労の支援」 を中心とした施策に転換された。その背景としては，高齢社会化にともなう社会保障費の増大と政策 における思想的な背景としての新自由主義，市場主義の影響が指摘できる。母子家庭の経済的な現状 としては，国民生活基礎調査では，2003 年の母子家庭の 1 世帯当たりの平均所得は全世帯の平均所得 の半分以下しかない。シングルマザーの就業率は非常に高いが，非正規雇用者の割合は一般就労者よ り高く，近年進行した雇用の多様化は，就労する条件としては不利になりがちなシングルマザーによ り厳しい影響を与えている。岡山市のシングルマザーを対象とした聞き取り調査からえられた課題と しては，資格があっても残業や夜勤のある仕事には就きにくいこと，パソコンの練習をしたくても購 入しにくいこと，転職や就業条件のことなどで相談に行きたくても行きにくいこと，養育費の確保が 困難な場合が一定程度含まれると考えられることなどをあげることができ，特に相談機能の弱さを補っ ていくことと，母子家庭への情報提供のあり方として，情報が単にそのまま提供されるのではなく， 必要な情報をその意味するところも含めていか的確に伝えられるかが課題となるだろう。A welfare policy for the fatherless family was changed into the policy that it was placed around the work support. A NEW METHOD OF SURGICAL TREATMENT OF LUMBAR SPINAL STENOSIS

As the treatment of lumbar or lumbosacral stenosis, laminectomy with the preservation of tissues supporting the spine and the embracement of the exposed dura mater with thin silicone rubber to prevent the occurrence of restenosis due to exuberant fibrous tissue formation at the operative site have been performed over a period of seven years. Before the prevention of restenosis with silicone rubber, we had to reoperate in cases which developed recurrent symptoms resulting from restenosis of the lumbosacral canal. This operation that we describe is technically feasible and with practical benefit can be done routinely for spinal decompression not only in the lumbosaral, but also in cervical spinal region without requiring an extensive laminectomy

A set of possible actions in soccer game is decided in advance and the algorithm is able to select the best option, given some specific conditions

Inter-University Collaboration Aimed at Integrating Different Robotic Fields: Development of Underwater Robots and Soccer Robots Through these Competitions

In robotics, the problems and solutions to be focused on may differ due to the different fields of robots to be developed. In this research, we will verify the effect of exchanging opinions and sharing knowledge by collaborating with students aiming to participate in different robot competitions between underwater robots and soccer robots.
