What makes physics to attract students? In what way, some important concepts about dynamics can be shaped during secondary and higher education periods? The processes of learning "Newton\u27s law of motion" and "momentum and impulse" are both considered from one viewpoint that a formation of basic concepts about "inertia" has something to do with them. A tentative plan for the class for high-school students on, e.g., the law of motion that takes in momentum and impulse is proposed, in accordance with our questionnair for students concerning unit-by-unit understanding about dynamics. In addition to that consideration, some desirable environment for freshmen of mastering physical concepts is mentioned in that connection, too. In order to make further examination on the education of fundamental physics at the university for the future, an explanation is made about our practice of applicating personal computers, in a class on basic physics experiment for freshmen who don\u27t take a major in physics
