Sposoby ochrony wiedzy w przedsiębiorstwie sektora high-tech – case study
The resources which guarantee gaining competitive advantage should be under protection in con-temporary enterprises. The protection concerns not only external hazards and but also internal, accidental and intentional ones. In order to elaborate suitable knowledge protection in an enterprise, it is essential to identify its extent, which includes assessment of acceptable risk. Due to formaliza-tion of procedures in an enterprise, knowledge and skills of its employees are registered and become its property. High-technology enterprises, also known as high-tech, produce independently and make an intensive use of their own unique knowledge in various fields, bringing innovative solu-tions, such as new generations of products or applied manufacturing technologies, onto the market. Taking this aspect into consideration, independently produced and unique knowledge should be under special protection. Identification of Values and Evaluation of the Application of the Management by Values in Selected Scandinavian Enterprises in Poland
Niniejsza publikacja przedstawia przykłady zastosowania koncepcji zarządzania przez wartości w międzynarodowych firmach skandynawskich. Badaniom poddane zostały trzy szwedzkie podmioty gospodarcze, które prowadzą swoją działalność także w Polsce. W trakcie badań zidentyfikowano wartości w tych przedsiębiorstwach oraz sprawdzono ich wpływ na funkcjonowanie i rozwój. Po debacie dotyczącej pojęcia oraz interpretacji wartości opisano działalność trzech firm skandynawskich w Polsce. Następnie dokonano analizy wybranych podmiotów gospodarczych w aspekcie zarządzania przez wartości oraz przedstawiono wyniki przeprowadzonego badania.This publication presents examples of the application of the value management concept in international Scandinavian companies. Three Swedish business entities which have their branches also in Poland have been included to the research.. During the research, the values in these enterprises were identified and their impact on functioning and development of the companies was investigated. After the debate on human resource management in the company and presentation of the concept and interpretation of values, the activities of three Scandinavian companies in Poland are described. Then, selected enterprises were analyzed in terms of value management and the results of the research were presented
