Radioanatomy of Arterial Pots of a Uterus in Age Aspect
Purpose: To study age features of architectonics of intraorganic uterus vesseles.Materials and Methods: 120 preparations of a uterus of women from 16 till 80 years with the help рентгеноанатомического and морфометрического research methods are investigated. Results: Qualitative and quantitative characteristics of arterial pots of a uterus in age aspect are received.Summary: The taped features of vascularization of covers of a uterus are bound both to age changes, and with functional rearrangement of arterial pots at giving birth women
90 Years to the Society of Anatomists, Histologists and Embryologists
Scientific research of the members of society in 90 years are diverse and they are numerous, they dedicated to questions of ethnic and integrative anthropology, to study of versions and anomalies in different systems of the organs of man, to study of cardiovascular and nervous systems in the aspect dependent on age and with the pathology, to development and the regeneration of the cardiovascular system, to questions of anatomical and anthropological equipment, comparative and veterinary anatomy. The members of society actively participated in the work of the forums of morphologists and clinicians. Was formed the sufficiently authoritative Rostov school of morphologists, whose representatives led departments in Russia cities and abroad
140 years to faculty of normal anatomy Rostov State Medical University
Scientific researches of employees of faculty for 140 years are various and numerous, they are devoted to questions ethnic and integrative anthropology, studying of variants and anomalies in various systems of bodies of the person, to studying of cardiovascular and nervous systems in age aspect and at a pathology, to questions of anatomic and anthropological technics, comparative and veterinary anatomy. For the 140-years period of work of the Rostov faculty of normal anatomy by its employees it has been published more than 2000 scientific works, 23 monographies, they took part in a writing of 16 textbooks, atlases, dictionaries and 83 manuals and methodical recommendations for students. Under direction of its managers for this period employees had been executed 27 doctor’s and 76 master’s theses. Employees of faculty actively participated in work of forums anatomists and clinical physicians. Authoritative enough Rostov school of anatomists which representatives supervised over anatomic faculties in 14 cities of Russia and abroad was generated. On faculty numerous pupils who expanded have been brought up and multiplied achievements of the Rostov anatomic school
Angiography of Arterial Bed of the Uterine in Age Aspect
Purpose: To study the characteristics of uterine intraorgan vessels architectonics at different age periods and functionality.Materials and Methods: The investigation was performed in 120 uterus preparations of the 16-80 years women without pathology of the internal sexual organs. Used rentgenoanatomic and morphometric methods. Results: In elderly and senile age stretches of the uterine arteries intraorganic appear tortuous, contraction and expansion, uneven contours. Arteriouterine index in each age group is much larger in parous women than nulliparous. The morphological asymmetry of the arterial bed of the uterus in women giving birth is defined as differences in diameter, right and left uterine artery, and the index arteriouterine right and left halves of the uterus.Summary: The changes of the uterine wall vascularization associated with aging as well as the functional reconstruction of blood vessels in parous women
Structural Organization of the Splenic Vascularization in Age Aspect
Purpose: To evaluate the morphometric characteristics of age-structural organization of the human spleen and architectonics of intraorganic arterial bed.Material and Methods: 86 human splen of people of various ages are investigated. A complex of morphological and morphometrical methods was used. Results: Changes of arterial architectonics intraorgannyh spleen arteriosplen index, relative amount of tissue elements.Summary: In elderly and old age reduced the relative content of blood vessels and red pulp reduction defines adaptive capacity vessels of the arterial bed spleen
Peculiarities of the Anatomy of the Valve of Coronary Sinus of Human
Purpose: To study the characteristics of the anatomical structure of the valve of the coronary sinus Materials and Methods: The investigation was perfomed in 120 the human heart preparations (60 women and 60 men). Used cell, constitutional diagnostic and statistical methods of research. Results: The damper coronary sinus found at 67.5% of the cases. For all types of Constitution prevails valve of coronary sinus Crescent shape. Catheterizations valves of the coronary sinus found in 82,7 % of cases. Summary: The data on the variability of the anatomical structure of the flaps of the coronary sinus people with different types of Constitution will determine the tactics when performing catheterization of the coronary sinus
Variant anatomy of the coronary sinus and left inferior phrenic vein in the aspect of interventional arythmology
Objective: to study the variants of the structure of the coronary sinus valves and the left inferior phrenic vein in the aspect of interventional arythmology. Materials and methods: We studied 30 preparations of hearts and 120 preparations of the veins of the diaphragm of people who died between the ages of 22 and 75 and the left inferior phrenic vein in 30 patients of both sexes of the same age. Sectional, dissection, injection, morphometric, angiographic and statistical methods of investigation were used. Results: Analysis of the results obtained with the help of various sectional and clinical methods of investigation revealed that in 13% of cases an alternative way of conducting the left ventricular electrode through the left inferior phrenic vein with cardiac resynchronization therapy is possible. Conclusions: Venous sinus as the main pathway for implantation of the left ventricular electrode may be suitable for catheterization in 86% of patients, and for 13% of patients an alternative route for conducting the left ventricular electrode is needed. Th e left inferior phrenic vein, which fl ows into the inferior vena cava in 60% of cases, is freely or conditionally catheterized and can serve as an alternative route for conducting the left ventricular electrode
FEATURES OF THE PATHOGENESIS OF VISCERAL PAIN
Peculiarities of visceral pain and its pathogenesis are analyzed in the article. The article presents role of receptor apparatus, which accepts algogenic information, conducting structures role of spinal cord and brain in the formation of visceral pain. The pain mediators, neurotransmitters of spinal cord, and the theory of referred pain are analyzed
Combined anomalies of axial skeleton
Detection of the combined anomalies of the axial skeleton, including anomalies of the craniovertebral junction, cervical spine and ribs, is rare, and the differential diagnosis of such anomalies is a difficult task. Clinical cases of combined congenital malformations of the craniovertebral junction, cervical spine and ribs are described. Two clinical cases confirm the appearance of the first complaints and neurological syndromes in patients with combined anomalies of the axial skeleton at the age of 20-40 years after minor traumatic injuries. In the third case, there is no correspondence between the severity of radiological changes and clinical manifestations, when radiological findings were regarded as accidental
Combination of CAKUT-syndrome and axial skeletal abnormalities
Combined anomalies of the urinary system and axial skeleton, including an L-shaped kidney, obstruction of the ureteropelvic junction (CAKUT syndrome, congenital anomalies of the kidney and urinary tract syndrome) and spinal anomalies, are extremely rare. The clinical case gives a description of a similar combined developmental anomaly
