Due to lack of time, they intake more junk food than healthy options, which leads to an increase in the total calorie rate in their body. which is a major cause of obesity a calorie is the rate of energy stored and energy expenditure. People nowadays want quick solutions to every problem they want to exercise less and get more results, so to check the level of improvement and the burnt calories level after exercise in the human body we came up with this machine Learning System which takes some attributes as input and gives approximate calories burnt value which will motivate people to do more exercise and will show their daily growth The project is nourished with more than 15,000 data and its MAE (Mean Absolute error) is 1.48 which will enhance over time for better Results

    Nanostructured functionalised niobium oxide as chemoselective catalyst for acetalation of glucose

    Developing a chemoselective catalyst for the acetalation of biomass-derived glucose to alkyl glycosides has been recognised as an emerging field due to its wide range of applications. The present study focuses on synthesising sulfate functionalised niobium oxide-based (NbOx-DS) catalyst to introduce medium/strong acidic sites that contribute to the catalytic activity towards glucose acetalation, which has not been explored previously. The nanosized NbOx-D is prepared via a precipitation approach using niobium chloride and diethylamine as a precursor and precipitating agent, respectively. The sulfate groups incorporated NbOx-DS gives a good yield of ethyl glucosides (60%) with excellent selectivity (97%) in ethanol. On the other hand, the sulfate groups incorporated into the commercial niobium oxide (NbOx-CS) exhibits poor catalytic activity, yielding 6% ethyl glucoside with a low selectivity (8%). FTIR analysis corroborates the incorporation of sulfate groups in the NbOx-DS matrix, unlike NbOx-CS. XRD pattern of NbOx-DS shows a lower angle shift of a peak to 23.5° compared to parent NbOx-D (24.32°), indicating lattice expansion due to the incorporation of sulfate groups, and no such a shift in the case of NbOx-CS is observed. NH3- temperature programmed desorption ( NH3-TPD) reveals that NbOx-DS possess a 2.1-fold higher number of acidic sites than NbOx-D, whereas NbOx-CS possess a negligible number of acidic sites, indicating the significance of the synthesis procedure of NbOx-D for efficient incorporation of sulfate groups. NbOx-DS displays recyclability for at least three runs with minor loss in the activity. In a nutshell, the current study reflects that NbOx-DS obtained via precipitation followed by sulfate groups incorporation increases the medium/strong acidic sites, which contributes significantly to enhancing the ethyl glucoside selectivity (97%)

    Metal-free adsorption and photodegradation methods for methylene blue dye removal using different reduction grades of graphene oxide

    The release of organic pollutants and dyes into the environment by industries has had profound and harmful effects on both humans and ecosystems. Graphene oxide (GO) and its reduced form have been investigated for their effectiveness in removing pollutant dyes. GO nano-powder was synthesized using an improved version of Hummer's method and subsequently thermally reduced at various temperatures, including 125, 150, 175, and 200 °C, under vacuum conditions. In the X-ray diffraction spectra, an intense (001) diffraction peak was initially observed at 9.136° (2θ) for pristine GO. This peak gradually shifted towards higher angles as the reduction process took place and eventually disappeared when the GO was reduced at 200 °C. The intensity ratio of the D and G bands (ID/IG ratio) for GO nano-powder in the Raman spectra decreased from 0.94 to 0.76 due to the reduction process. The FTIR spectra of GO and reduced graphene oxide (rGO) also illustrated the reduction process. The bandgap of pristine GO significantly decreased from 2.31 to 0.73 eV, as determined by ultraviolet–visible (UV–Vis) diffuse reflectance spectrophotometry during the reduction process. The surface area and pore volume of both pristine GO and rGO-150 were determined using the BET (Brunauer-Emmett-Teller) and BJH (Barrett-Joyner-Halenda) methods. The results indicated an increase in the BET surface area from 6.61 to 7.86 m2/g and a corresponding enhancement in pore volume from 0.118 to 0.128 cc/g after reduction. The adsorption and photocatalytic degradation behavior of pristine GO and reduced graphene oxides (rGOs) were examined using methylene blue dye. The pristine GO demonstrated impressive adsorption capability, effectively removing the dye by 85.78 % within just 15 min and achieving nearly 97 % removal after 4 h. In contrast, the highest photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue, about 47.58 %, was attained for the rGO sample reduced at 150 °C under the illumination of visible light
