Accessibility in back-end development is often overlooked, with the majority of discussions and efforts centered on front-end design. To make applications usable for a wider audience, developers must also prioritize incorporating accessibility from the back-end. Back-end web accessibility encompasses the design and development of web-based systems and applications that are accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. This involves optimizing the underlying code and infrastructure for accessibility and implementing features that enable users with disabilities to navigate and interact with the site or application. Ensuring back-end web accessibility is crucial for creating an inclusive online environment accessible to everyone, regardless of their abilities. Presently, there is a significant gap in research regarding back-end accessibility specifics. This study investigates the challenges in implementing back-end accessibility, explores best practices, and aims to facilitate future research on its impact on user experience and system performance
Study of hydatid cyst in hospitalized patients with operation in Chaharmahal va Bakhtiary province (1988-2007)
زمینه و هدف: بیماری کیست هیداتید یکی از شایع ترین بیماری های مشترک انسان و دام است که ناشی از ابتلای انسان به مرحله لاروی انگل اکی نوکوکوس گرانولوزوس می باشد. شناخت جنبه های اپیدمیولوژیکی بیماری در کنترل و پیشگیری از بیماری ضروری است. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی ده ساله فراوانی بیماران مبتلا به کیست هیداتید جراحی شده در بیمارستان های استان چهارمحال و بختیاری انجام شد. روش بررسی: در این مطالعه توصیفی -تحلیلی، بیماران مبتلا به کیست هیداتید استان طی سالهای1386 -1377 که در بیمارستان های آیت اله کاشانی شهرکرد، سید الشهداء (ع)فارسان و ولی عصر بروجن (عج) بستری و جراحی شده بودند مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. اطلاعات به کمک پرسشنامه جمع آوری و با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و تحلیلی (کای دو) تجزیه و تحلیل گردیدند. یافته ها: از مجموع 144 بیمار بررسی شده 98 نفر (68) زن، 93 نفر (65) ساکن روستاها و عشایر و 51 نفر (35) شهرنشین بودند. دامنه سنی بیماری بین 92-11 سال و بیشترین شیوع در گروه سنی 41-27 سال (44 مورد) و کمترین شیوع در گروه سنی بالای 72 سال بود (6 مورد) دیده شد. بیشترین فراوانی در بین زنان خانه دار (60) و کمترین میزان در افراد کارمند (3) دیده شد. از نظر چگونگی محل قرار گرفتن کیست، کیست ها به ترتیب در لوب راست کبد (67) و لوب چپ کبد (10)، قسمت های راست و چپ ریه (6) بودند. نتیجه گیری: با توجه به شیوع بالای این بیماری در بین روستاییان و عشایر و همچنین ارتباط نزدیک انسان، دام و سگ در این مناطق ضرورت آموزش جهت شناخت بهتر بیماری در آنان و شناسایی سگ های آلوده عشایر و درمان آنها جهت کنترل بیماری اجتناب ناپذیر است
The Case Cover Sheet – A tool used for integration during Problem Based Learning (PBL) tutorials
An integrated medical school curriculum requires planning and coordination by the various course directors and teaching faculty to ensure seamless execution and avoid missed opportunities for interweaving. The UNLV School of Medicine preclinical curriculum includes various disciplines of medicine – Emergency response, Population health, Organ system-based basic-science, Problem-based Learning (PBL), Community outreach, Bioethics, Biostatistics, and Epidemiology. PBL comprises 20% of the curriculum, and it’s cases are written to reference material presented in all courses. PBL Facilitators, who are clinicians in practice, need notification of the students’ curricular activities in order to prompt and emphasize discussion that would allow for synthesis and application of concepts learned from the various courses. Thus, a concise graphic case cover sheet was created to summarize the students’ weekly course topics. The PBL Facilitators are encouraged to review this case cover sheet to help provide opportunities for discussion that intentionally integrates concepts learned from the various courses.https://digitalscholarship.unlv.edu/btp_expo/1103/thumbnail.jp

kemampuan penguasaan kosakata siswa.
Skripsi ini berjudul peningkatan kemampuan mengenal hanzi dengan menggunakan
media gamabar memory spiel bagi Siswa Kelas 5 SDS Bina Pelita Bangsa-Tambun Bekasi.
Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh permasalahan rendahnya penguasaan hanzi Bahasa
mandarin.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK).
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan media pembelajaran dengan
menggunkan media gambar memory spiel dapat meningkatkan kemampuan penguasaan
kosakata siswadalam pelajaran Bahasa mandarin. Hal ini terbukti dari perolehan hasil belajar
siswa yang terus meningkat. Dari 13 orang siswa, hasil kondisi awal sebelum menggunakan
media gambar memory spiel hanya mencapai rata-rata 30% kemudian pada tes siklus I yang
sudah menggunakan media gambar memiliki rata-rata 73,07% serta pada siklus II rata-rata
nya menjadi 90,00%

Romance em deformação: a solidão debochada na literatura de Marcelo Mirisola
No ensaio “A literatura brasileira na era da multiplicidade”, a crítica contemporânea Beatriz Resende localiza a multiplicidade como marca da literatura brasileira de nosso tempo, fator esse que aparece como resistência às forças homogeneizadoras do mundo globalizado. Dentro desse pluralismo de vozes, elegemos a literatura de Marcelo Mirisola que acreditamos utilizar-se de um recurso que valida esse fenômeno de formas múltiplas na criação literária: uma narrativa marcada pela utilização de recurso mnemônico e de reconstrução da identidade dentro do lugar pessoal, do privado. Há também um forte tom de lirismo que aparece impregnado por uma linguagem suja e escatológica, que aparece muito fortemente nos seus romances O azul do filho morto e Bangalô, tendo como horizonte uma perspectiva de “romance em deformação”, numa perspectiva da contemporaneidade em franco diálogo ao termo alemão Bildungsroman, o romance de formação da modernidade. Ademais, o projeto literário de Marcelo Mirisola é fortemente calcado no procedimento literário da autoficção. O presente trabalho buscou examinar como a temática recorrente da exposição do sujeito em sua solidão cínica, debochada é feita e se utiliza do procedimento da autoficção para compor narrativas ficcionais. Para tanto, meu estudo tem como referência as contribuições de Philippe Lejeune – e seu estudo do pacto autobiográfico – e de Diana Klinger e suas contribuições sobre as escritas da autoficção e como propõe uma noção de performance de autor dentro desse cenário
Phytochemical screening, nutritional value, antioxidant and antimicrobial activities and acute toxicity of Scolymus hispanicus: a wild edible plant in Morocco
Scolymus hispanicus L. (Golden thistle) is a well-known wild edible plant (WEP) in Morocco. However, the species value is not well investigated and its economic value is considerably low. Therefore, the aim of this work was to evaluate the phytochemical composition, the biological activities, and the acute toxicity of crude extract of S. hispanicus aerial parts. The mineral composition was assessed using an ICP-AES spectrometer and, the contents in polyphenol, flavonoids and tannins using colorimetric methods. The antioxidant activity was tested by DPPH assay. Disc diffusion and broth micro dilution methods were used to evaluate the antimicrobial activity. Moreover, the safety of the plant extract was validated by performing acute toxicity. The findings revealed that this plant is a rich source of protein, carbohydrates and minerals especially iron and, have high contents of polyphenols, flavonoids and tannins. The biological evaluation of the plant extracts exhibited a remarkable antioxidant content and, a wide antibacterial activity and yeast inhibition. The results indicated also that the tested extract is safe with an LD50 higher than 5000 mg.kg-1. The study data suggest that S. hispanicus could be a promising functional and nutraceutical food with antioxidant and antimicrobial potential and can contribute to a balanced diet.info:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersio
Modelling the barriers to multi-stakeholder collaboration for COVID-19 pandemic response: evidence from Sub-Saharan Africa
The aim of this study is to develop a model describing the interactions and interdependence between the obstacles to effective implementation of a collaborative model of pandemic preparedness and response. A comprehensive review of the relevant literature highlighted 15 key variables. The contextual interactions between these barrier variables were identified based on the opinions of experts with COVID-19 pandemic experience and analysed to determine their driving and dependence powers using interpretive structural modelling. The findings indicate that the lack of guidelines and procedures for coordinated actions, differences in organisational culture (working habits) and funding constraints are the most critical barriers to effective multi-stakeholder collaboration. Managers of collaborative programmes, policymakers and researchers should carefully focus on these hindrances because any improvement in them can significantly affect the overall system
