El intelectual y el discurso de la política cultural cubana

The corpus of Cuban cultural policy after the triumph of the Revolution has been defined mainly by three documents contained practically in one decade, the decade of the sixties. Even when in later decades, in the 1990s and after the 2000s, debates on the subject were generated, they were basically based on those documents and ratified them as the pillar on which they were based. The figures of the intellectual and the artist, as symbolic elements and cardinal agents of the cultural sphere, have been at the center of the debate and their evolution, together with the aforementioned texts, make up the trajectory of the process.El corpus de la política cultural cubana luego del triunfo de la Revolución ha sido definido principalmente por tres documentos contenidos prácticamente en una década, la década de los años sesenta. Aun cuando en décadas posteriores, en los noventa, y después de los dos mil, se generaron debates sobre el tema, no vinieron básicamente estos más que a fundamentarse en aquellos y a ratificarlos como el pilar donde se asentaban. Las figuras del intelectual y artista, como elementos simbólicos y agentes cardinales del ámbito cultural, han estado en el centro del debate y su devenir conforma junto a los textos mencionados la trayectoria del proceso
