Changes in the parameters of free radical fluid oxidation in young people with chronic gastroduodenitis, depending on the duration of the underlying disease

The article presents the results of chemiluminescence of oral fluid in 155 patients of young age (from 19 to 25 years) with chronic gastroduodenitis. Depending on the duration of chronic gastroduodenitis, changes in the luminous sum of radiation and its maximum value in these patients were revealed. The relationship between the chemiluminescence of the oral fluid and the degree of inflammation of the gastroduodenal zone was determined.В статье приведены результаты хемилюминесценции ротовой жидкости 155 пациентов молодого возраста (от 19 до 25 лет) с хроническим гастродуоденитом. В зависимости от длительности хронического гастродуоденита выявлена изменения в показателях светосуммы излучения и ее максимального значения у данных пациентов. определена взаимосвязь между хемилюминесценцией ротовой жидкости и степенью воспаления гастродуоденальной зоны

Local immunity of the oral cavity at the employees of mining and processing works occupied with production and processing of copper-zinc ores

For the purpose of studying of local immunity of an oral cavity, studying of the dental status of employees of Uchalinsky Mining and Processing Integrated Works is carried out. Objects of a research were 235 male employees of Uchalinsky Mining and Processing Integrated Works aged from 18 up to 60 years and 90 people of control group who don't have professional harm and similar on age and sex sign. We have revealed the return correlation communication of indicators of local immunity of an oral cavity with severity of diseases of the parodont and with an experience of workers. Calculation of coefficient of balance of factors of local immunity at which borderline of local immunity has come to light at miners of UGOK has been made.С целью изучения местного иммунитета полости рта, проведено изучение стоматологического статуса работников Учалинского горно-обогатительного комбината. объектами исследования явились 235 работников мужского пола Учалинского горно-обогатительного комбината в возрасте от 18 до 60 лет и 90 человек контрольной группы, не имеющих профессиональной вредности и аналогичной по возрастно-половому признаку. Нами была выявлена обратная корреляционная связь показателей местного иммунитета полости рта со степенью тяжести заболеваний пародонта и со стажем работников. Был произведен расчет коэффициента сбалансированности факторов местного иммунитета, при котором выявилось у шахтеров УГОК пограничное состояние местного иммунитета

Methods of prevention and treatment of diseases of the oral cavity at the employees of mining and processing works occupied with production and processing of copper-zinc ores

Studying of the dental status of the employees of mining and processing works occupied with production and processing of copper-zinc ores is carried out. Objects of a research were 135 workers of Uchalinsky Mining and Processing Integrated Works occupied with production and processing of copper-zinc ores. At workers we have revealed high prevalence of caries of teeth, diseases of fabrics of the parodont and a mucous membrane of an oral cavity. In this regard there was a need of development of methods of treatment and prevention of dental diseases at workers of UGOK. We have created the program of prevention and treatment of dental diseases at employees of mining and processing works. Methods of treatment and prevention can be used for optimization of the existing system of protection of dental health of workers given and other similar enterprises.Проведено изучение стоматологического статуса работников горно-обогатительного комбината, занятых добычей и переработкой медно-цинковых руд. объектами исследования явились 135 рабочих Учалинского горно-обогатительного комбината, занятых добычей и переработкой медно-цинковых руд. У рабочих нами была выявлена высокая распространенность кариеса зубов, заболеваний тканей пародонта и слизистой оболочки полости рта. В связи с этим возникла необходимость разработки методов лечения и профилактики стоматологических заболеваний у работников УГОК. Нами была создана программа профилактики и лечения стоматологических заболеваний у работников горно-обогатительного комбината. Методы лечения и профилактики могут использоваться для оптимизации существующей системы охраны стоматологического здоровья работников данного и других подобных предприятий

Assessment of risk of development of diseases of the oral cavity in the employees of mining and processing works occupied with production and processing of copper-zinc ores

For the purpose of studying of risk of development of diseases of an oral cavity in the employees of mining and processing works occupied with production and processing of copper-zinc ores comprehensive dental examination of 235 workers and group of control of 90 people is conducted. Results of researches have shown that the dental incidence of workers of UGOK is caused by influence of harmful factors of production. In size of relative risk, the etiologichesky share has made 41-100% that corresponds to professionally caused and occupational diseases.С целью изучения риска развития заболеваний полости рта у работников горно-обогатительного комбината, занятых добычей и переработкой медно-цинковых руд, проведено комплексное стоматологическое обследование 235 рабочих и группы контроля из 90 человек. результаты исследований показали, что стоматологическая заболеваемость работников УГОК обусловлена влиянием вредных факторов производства. По величине относительного риска, этиологическая доля составила 41-100%, что соответствует профессионально обусловленным и профессиональным заболеваниям

Use of the 3D collagen matrix FibroMATRIX for the regeneration of soft tissues of the oral cavity in the treatment of Miller class I gingival recessions

Aim. Evaluation of the effectiveness of the use of 3D collagen matrix FibroMATRIX for the regeneration of soft tissues of the oral cavity in the surgical treatment of Miller Class I gingival recessions.Materials and methods. 25 patients were examined and treated. All patients underwent surgical treatment of gingival recession using two-layer methods for eliminating gingival recession using the “FibroMATRIX 3D collagen matrix” to regenerate soft tissues of the oral cavity. The result was evaluated after 7.14 days, 1 and 3 months. Statistical processing of the studies was carried out in the GraphPadPrism v.6.0 program, using the t-test. Differences were considered significant at p < 0.05.Results. Assessment of the closure of the gingival recession and showed its significant (p < 0.05) increase, both groups. The best clinical results were achieved in eliminating gingival recessions in the frontal part of maxilla and corresponded to 100% efficiency.Conclusions. The use of FibroMATRIX 3D collagen matrix for the regeneration of soft tissues of the oral cavity is an effective method for treating Miller Class I gingival recession
