Investitionsbedarf und Jahreskosten landwirtschaftlicher Betriebsgebäude

Im Rahmen des Projekts „Datensammlung Ökologischer Landbau“ wurden 11 Stallmodelle für Milchkühe, 6 Stallmodelle für Mutterkühe, 24 Stallmodelle für Zuchtsauen, 6 Stallmodelle für Aufzuchtferkel, 9 Stallmodelle für Mastschweine sowie je 3 Stallmodelle für Kleine Wiederkäuer und Legehennen für das Kalkulationsprogramm Baukost erarbeitet. Baukost ist eine Datenbank mit Baukostendaten von aktuell 188 landwirtschaftlichen Betriebsgebäuden. Die Modelle sind nach DIN 276 und funktionsbezogen nach Kostenblöcken gegliedert, lassen sich danach anpassen und kalkulieren. Die Datenqualität ermöglicht einen Vergleich mit Stallmodellen der konventionellen Tierhaltung. Für eine betriebswirtschaftliche Beurteilung ist eine Berechnung der Jahreskosten mit variablen Parametern möglich. Zur Datenänderung können die Modelle auf Elementebene editiert oder erweitert werden. Daneben sind Neuberechnungen durch Anpassungen an andere Bestandsgrößen oder Preisstände möglich. Auch bei den Jahreskosten können Nutzungsdauer und Zinssatz individuell festgelegt werden

Based on these inputs, the business orientation and the economic size of the company are determined. The regional standard output coefficients serve as the basis for determining the business orientation and business size. The classification results can be downloaded as a PDF document

BauKost - Greenhouse calculation tool

This tool allows calculations for a wide variety of greenhouses such as polytunnels, polyhouses, film greenhouses, Venlog greenhouses, convertible greenhouses or sales greenhouses - all building models are each described with a construction description and planning key figures. Individual values ​​can be adjusted individually, for example, the size of the models or even individual components. Changing the price level is also possible. To calculate the annual costs, the period of use and interest rate can be determined individually. This allows you to create your own calculations or modified models

Manure calculator

The online manure calculator tool helps determine the amount of manure produced on farms, estimated the nutrient content and determines the required size of the storage sites. Over 100 production methods of animal husbandry, husbandry methods can be selected and adapted, for example, the grazing rate, the amount and type of litter. The amount of nitrogen, phosphorus and potash produced per production process is calculated. Precipitation levels, paved yard areas and the amount of process water produced can be taken into account when planning the deposits. The results contain quantities of waste and nutrients as well as the investment requirements for the necessary deposits for the entire operation. The calculations are applicable for conventional and organic farmers, and the tool is interesting for farmers with a higher amount of livestock. Organic conversion planner

This tool helps farmers contemplating conversion their agricultural enterprise. The tool requires the internet to download the desktop application. The data entered by individuals is stored exclusively on the user’s computer and can only be viewed there. The target group of the tool is advisers and farmers who are considering conversion to organic or have already begun the conversion process

BauKost - Investment in farm buildings

BauKost contains stables for dairy cows, rearing calves, young cattle, suckler cows, sows, fattening pigs, rearing piglets, laying hens, fattening chickens, fattening turkeys, horses, ewes and dairy goats. The structural facilities include silage storage, liquid and solid manure storage, machine halls, training areas for horses and hygiene locks.
