Du bon usage de la crise

Annie Kriegel : Vom richtigen Gebrauch der Krise. Die « neue Geschichte » — die anfangs der 30 iger Jahre in Frankreich zutage tritt und durch die Zeitschrift und die Bewegung der Annales vertreten wurde — strebte erfolgreich durch, den Prozess (das Ereignis, den Zufall) auszuklammern, um somit bequemer die Struktur erforschen zu können. Heute scheint der Zeitpunkt gekommen, auf diese Reduktion des geschichtlichen zum logischen, selbst zum provisorischen Gebrauch, zu verzichten. Das Ereignis — besonders, wenn es sich um eine Ersterscheinung und mehr noch um « das Grossereignis » handelt (Krise, Revolution) — setzt sich zusammen aus 1) dem Punkttrauma, 2) dem Zusammenbruch der vorher bestehenden Struktur, 3) dem Auswahlprozess, der zur dauerhaften Herstellung eines neuen Arrangements führt. Hieraus folgt, dass die Geschichte sich durch das chronologische, das kurzzeitige Ziel, das Politische und das Tatsächliche auszeichnet. Somit wird der « gluckliche Kern » des Leninismus erreicht: die Kenntnis vom « richtigen Gebrauch » der Krise.Annie Kriegel : О правильном использовании кризиса. Новая французская историческая школа начала 30-ых годов, движение которой иллюстрируют « Записки » (Annales) попыталась не без успеха взять в скобки процесс (событие, случай) для того чтобы как можно лучше использовать структуру. В настоящее время кажется приходится отказаться, даже временными методами, от ограничения исторического логическим. Событие, а главным образом когда оно представляется как знаменательное происшествие или еще более когда оно является « величественным событием » (кризис, революция) может быть только целостью, которое складывается из 1) отдельного ряда травматизмов 2) краха прежних структур и 3) процесса селекции, ведущего к прочной реконструкции новых соотношений. Вследствии этого оказывается что история отличается хронологией, коротковременностью, политикой и фактуальностью. Таким образом можно дойти до « счастливых плодов » ленинизма : правильне понимание « хорошего использования » кризисов.Annie Kriegel : Making good use of the crisis. «La Nouvelle Histoire», (meaning «The New History») — which came out in France in the early 30's around the periodical Annales — had tried, in an enriching approach, to put in parentheses the process (event or accident) in order to explore more easily the structure. Today it is time to give up, even as a temporary method, this reduction of the historical to the logical. The event and even more so the advent or the « event in all its majesty » (crisis or revolution) is a set made of: 1) punctual traumatism; 2) the breaking down of the earlier structure; 3) the selective process leading to a lasting reconstitution of a new order. It then follows that the specificity of history lies in the chronological, the short-term, the political and the factual. Thus is reached the « happy core » of leninism, i.e., the understanding of the « good use » of the crisis.Annie Kriegel : Acerca del buen empleo de la crisis. La Nueva Historia — que aparecio en Francia a principios del año 1930, ilustrada рог la revista y el rnovimiento de los Annales — habia propendido, de modo fecundo, a apartar el desarrollo (el acontecimiento, el accidente), para explorar más cómodamente la estructura. Hoy parace llegado el momento de renunciar, incluso por el método provisorio, a esa reducción de lo histórico a lo lógico. El acontecimiento y más aún « el acontecimiento supremo » (la crisis, la revolución) es un conjunto constituído por : 1) el traumatismo puntual; 2) el hundimiento de la estructura puntual; 3) el proceso de selección que conduce a la reconstitución duradera de nuevo arreglo. Se deduce que la historia se distingue por lo cronológico, el corto plazo, lo político y lo factual.
