    Self-organization of charge under pressure in the organic conductor (TMTSF)2ReO4

    (TMTSF)2ReO4 presents a phase coexistence between two anion orderings defined by their wave vectors q_2=(1/2,1/2,1/2) and q_3=(0,1/2,1/2) in a wide range of pressure (8-11kbar) and temperature. From the determination of the anisotropy of the conductivity and the superconducting transitions in this regime we were able to extract the texture which results from a self-organization of the orientations of the ReO4 anions in the sample. At the lowest pressures, the metallic parts, related to the q_3 order, form droplets elongated along the a-axis embedded in the semiconducting matrix associated with the q_2 order. Above 10kbar, filaments along the a-axis extend from one end of the sample to the other nearly up to the end of the coexistence regime.     1. Općenito postoje male razlike u frekvenciji vrsti mikrobne flore usne šupljine i parodontalnih džepova u slučajevima parodontopatija. 2. Korelacija između mikrobne flore parodontalnih džepova i flore usne šupljine općenito je pozitivna. 3. U slučajevima inflamirane, odnosno neinflamirane gingive, frekvencija različitih vrsti bakterija u usnoj šupljini i u parodontalnim džepovima razlikuje se samo kod nekih vrsti bakterija. 4. Između intenziteta patoloških promjena na gingivi i prisutnosti određenih vrsti bakterija u usnoj šupljini, odnosno u parodontalnim džepovima, ne postoji korelacija. 5. Između bakterijske flore plitkih i dubokih parodontalnih džepova postoji pozitivna korelacija. 6. Između bakterija u inflamiranim i neinflamiranim parodontalnim džepovima — s obzirom na frekvenciju pojavljivanja pojedinih vrsti — postoji srednja korelacija.1. There is no correlation between the intensity of the pathologic changes in the gingiva and the presence of certain types of bacteria in the orah cavity and in the parondontal pockets. 5. As regards the incidence of individual types — there is medium correlation between the presence of bacteria in the inflamed and the non-inflamed parodontal pockets.1.     Uvodno se raspravlja o virusu herpes simpleks, njegovim morfološkim karakteristikam a, aktivitetu i oboljenjim a koja izaziva. Prikazujući vlastite slučajeve herpetičkih gingivostom atitisa, autori po tvrđu ju opažanja drugih autora, da je herpetičko oboljenje, koje se manifestira u usnoj šupljini, neugodno i teško za pacijenta, jer se po javljuje s povišenom temperaturom , općom klonulošću, čestim glavoboljama, bolima i pečenjem sluznice usta za vrijeme uzimanja hrane. Bolest često recidivira. Herpes zahvaća sve predjele sluznice usne šupljine, no najčešće usne, obraznu sluznicu, zatim tvrdo nepce i jezik. Rjeđe je zahvaćena sluznica gingive, nosa i genitala.Kliničko iskustvo autora pokazuje da je terapija vrlo teška, a katkada i dugotrajna. Za lokalnu terapiju autori su upotrebljavali sprej s analgeticima prije jela, tuširanja gentiana violetom i Nystatinom, obloge antibiotsko-kortizonskim preparatim a širokog spektra te kompletnu sanaciju usne šupljine. U općoj terapiji primjenjivali su vitamine B-complexa osobito vitamina B12, acid filno mlijeko, (vitamin i B-complexa, folna i folinična kiselina ), te gamaglobuline.The morphological characteristics, the a ctivity and the diseases caused by herpes simplex are discussed in the introductory part. Reporting on their own cases of herpetic gingivo-stomatitis the authors confirm the observations made by other authors according to which herpetic conditions manifest in the oral cavity present a serious and awkward problem for the patient because these conditions appear with elevated temperature, general prostration, frequent headaches, pain and a stinging sensation of the mucosa while taking food. The disease is frequently recurrent. Herpes affects ali parts of the mucosa o f the oral cavity, but most frequently the lips, the buccal mucosa, the hard palate and the tongue. Less fre quently is the gingival, nasal and genital mucosa affected. Clinical experience of the authors showed that therapy presents a difficult problem and is often o f long duration . For local therapy the authors used an analgetics spray before meals, douching with gentian-violet and nystatin, compressions with broad spectrum antibiotics- cortisone preparations and complete treatment of the oral cavity. In the general therapy B -vitamin, especially B12 Vitamin and acidophile milk (B -vitamin , folic and folinic acid) were used and gamma globulins.Eingangs werden die morphologischen Eigenschaften des Herpes simplex Virus, seine Virulenz und die durch ihn verursachten Erkrankungen, besprochen. An eigener Kasuistik von herpetischen Gingivo-Stomatitiden, bestatigen die Autoren Beobachtungen anderer Autoren, dass die herpetische Erkrankung der Mundhohle einen schweren Zustand fur den Patienten darstellt, und dass sie sich mit erhohter Temperatur, allgemeiner Mattigkeit, haufigen kopfschmerzen, Schmerzen und Brennen der Mundschleim haut, manifestiert. Der Herpes kann die gesamte Mundschleim haut befallen, doch am haufigsten die Lippen, die VVangenschleimhaut, den harten Gaumen und die Zunge, seltener die Gingiva-propria und die Nassenschleimhaut. Die klinische Erfahrung beweist dass die Therapie schwierig und langwierig ist. Fur die lokale Therapie ist ein analgetischer Spray vor der Nahrungsaufnahme angezeigt, ferner Bepinseln mit Gentianaviolett und Nystatin, Umschlage mit antibiotischen und Cortison-Praparaten breiten Spektrums, und eine vollstandige Sanieriung der Mundhohle. Diese Therapie kann durch Vitamin B-Komplex, insbesondere B12 und Gammaglobulin erganzt werden
