    The study aimed to determine the effect of ethical leadership on the individual work performance of employees. To deepen the concept of the study and establish theories of the study, literature was reviewed. The study used a descriptive assessment and correlational research design. The population of the study was all the employees of the Divine Word College of Laoag and the data were gathered through research questionnaires. To analyze the data, the weighted mean and Pearson r correlation was used. The results suggest that ethical leadership is significantly correlated with the task performance and counterproductive work behavior and no correlation with the contextual performance

    The Effect of Entrepreneurial Work Environment on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior

    Abstract: The study aimed to examine the effect of entrepreneurial work environment on organizational citizenship behaviour. To deepen the concept of the study, literature that is related to the current topic was reviewed. The study applied the assessment and correlational research design. The population of the study was all the employees of the Divine Word College of Laoag and total enumeration sampling was used. To gather the data, adopted research questionnaires were used and weighted mean and analysis of variance were used to analyze the data. The study found that the entrepreneurial work environment and organizational citizenship behaviour of the employees are considered high and the analysis of variance suggests that there is a significant correlation between entrepreneurial work environment and organizational citizenship behaviour. This suggests that positive changes in the entrepreneurial work environment are necessary for enhancing organizational citizenship behaviour.

    The study aims to examine the effect of innovative leadership of administrators, innovative knowledge, and innovative skills of employees on the innovative work behaviour of employees. To deepen the concept of the study, the literature was reviewed. The study used a descriptive assessment and correlational research design. The population of the study was all the employees of the two colleges (DWCL & DWCV). To gather the data, validated research questionnaires were used. The results of the statistical analysis suggest that the innovative leadership of administrators, innovative knowledge, innovative skills and innovative work behaviour of the employees are considered high. The Pearson r correlation found that there is a significant correlation between innovative leadership, innovative knowledge, innovative skills and innovative work behaviour of the employees. The result of the study contributes to enriching the current discussion on the innovative work behaviour of employees

    The study aimed to examine the effect of organizational climate on the individual work performance of the e mployees. To deepen the understanding of the concepts of the study, the literature was reviewed. The study used descriptive assessment and correlational research design and used descriptive and inferential statistics to analyze the data. The population was all employees of the Divine Word College of Laoag and therefore total enumeration was applied. The study found that all dimensions of organizational climate were high, but not very high and this is the same true with individual work performance. Analysis of Variance suggests that there is a significant correlation between organizational climate and individual work performance. &nbsp

    The study intended to examine the effect of innovative leadership on the innovative work environment of the Divine Word College of Laoag. To carry out the study, the literature was reviewed and the study used the descriptive research design. The questionnaires were used to gather the data and the respondents were the employees of the Divine Word College of Laoag. The study found that the innovative leadership of administrators and the innovative work environment of the Divine Word College of Laoag is considered high. However, the correlation test found that there is no correlation between innovative leadership and an innovative work environment. Thus, the hypothesis is rejected. It just means that innovative leadership has nothing to do with the innovative work environment. The innovative work environment can be caused by other factors not included in the current study

    The study aimed to measure the effect of employees' trust in management on the work engagement of employees. Deepening the concepts of the study, the literature was reviewed and appropriate research methodology was applied. The study used assessment and correlational research design. The population of the study was employees of the institution (DWCL) and the data was gathered through research questionnaires. The finding of the study demonstrates that employees have a high trust in management competency, integrity and the working relationship and employees also have a high work engagement. However, the result of the ANOVA indicates that employees' trust in management is not associated with the work engagement of the employees. Thus, the hypothesis of the study is rejected. The high work engagement of employees can be influenced by other factors not considered in the study

Total enumeration sampling was taken as the sampling design of the study. Therefore, the population of the study was all employees of Divine Word College of Laoag, a total of 169 employees. Questionnaires were used to gather the data and to determine the correlation, the ANOVA was used. The results indicate that entrepreneurial mindset and work environment and individual work performance are high and the result of the correlation found that both, entrepreneurial mindset and work environment are significantly correlated to the individual work performance
