Indirekte Messung der Oberflächentemperatur eines Glasstreifens mit einem Strahlungspyrometer

Es werden eine Methode und eine Versuchsanordnung zur Messung der Oberflächentemperatur eines sich bewegenden Glasstreifens aus beliebiger Entfernung beschrieben. Das Strahlungspyrometer wird dabei auf den vom Detektor aufgenommenen Strahlungsfluß geeicht und diese Werte zur Berechnung der Temperatur herangezogen. Der Durchmesser des Streifens wird indirekt mit einer in einem pendelnden Beobachtungsrohr montierten PbS-Zelle gemessen

Numerical modeling of foundation slab with concentrated load

Several nonlinear simulations of concrete and reinforced concrete slabs are performed using a layered model. Two Drucker-Prager criteria are employed to form a concrete plasticity model that is used for simulating the plastic yielding of layers. Moreover, an interaction with elastic Winkler-Pasternak subsoil model is considered for the case of a reinforced concrete foundation slab that is subjected to a concentrated loading force. All computations are done by the SIFEL solver using finite element method

The Role of Political Philosophy in the Process of Creating Immigration Policies

This article’s aim is to examine the role of political philosophy and the possibilities of how it can help policy- makers to create and evaluate immigration policies more carefully. It should be shown that just policy needs to deal not only with the consequences which affect citizens but also with other impacts on foreigners. Philosophers can at least find ideals which reflect relevant liberal values and analyse if immigration policies and their implantation do not harm important liberal principles. They can also point out the problematic aspects of realistic and idealistic approaches to immigration policy. Then the equality and freedom of citizens and immigrants could be more respected. It is important especially for refugees because their situation can be very difficult when they are able to find a country where they can live
