Corporate social responsibility and environmental management have emerged rapidly in recent years, this can be attributed to consumers who are increasingly demanding and concerned with the ecosystem, questioning not only the quality of products but demanding social quality and demonstrable environmental, that is why; The objective of this research is to analyze the impact of social and environmental certifications on the social and corporate responsibility of the Tuna company Manabita Marbelize S.A. The methodology was non-experimental in nature, based on descriptive and exploratory research, with documentary and bibliographic analysis techniques, observation and interview applied to the various related areas such as Management, Production and Integrated Management System, resulting in the initiation of actions to raise awareness about the importance of environmental care for society in general and the tuna company; captured in excel tables and graphics for greater compression.
La responsabilidad social de las empresas y la gestión ambiental ha surgido rápidamente en los últimos años, esto puede ser atribuido a los consumidores que son cada día más exigentes y preocupados con el ecosistema, cuestionando no solamente la calidad de los productos sino exigiendo una calidad social y ambiental demostrable. La presente investigación tiene como objetivo analizar el impacto de las certificaciones sociales y ambientales sobre la responsabilidad social y empresarial de la empresa atunera manabita Marbelize S.A. La metodología fue de carácter no experimental, basado en una investigación descriptiva y explorativa, con técnicas de Análisis documental y bibliográfico, observación y entrevista aplicada a las diversas áreas relacionadas como Gerencia, Producción y Sistema de Gestión Integrada, dando como resultado el inicio de acciones de concientización sobre la importancia del cuidado ambiental para la sociedad en general y la empresa atunera.

Prevención, diagnóstico y tratamiento del VIH en niños y jóvenes de Latinoamérica.
The Human Immunodeficiency Virus is defined as a retrovirus, which is characterized by infecting the cells of the immune system, mainly CD4 + T cells and macrophages, which are a key component of the cellular immune system. When this pathology is not controlled with antiretrovirals, this infection can gradually deteriorate the immune system. The objective of this study was to analyze the prevention, diagnosis and antiretroviral treatment of Human Immunodeficiency Virus in children and adolescents in Latin America. The methodology was documentary, and the type of study is informative. A relevant literature search was cover on the topic be treated. To have this information, page such as Pubmed, Dialnet, SciELO, Redalyc, ELSEVIER and Medigraphic were used. The filters used for the search were the terms meSH and the boleano. In the results and conclusions of the study, the following were obtained, there are different ways of prevention of the human immunodeficiency virus, among those are preventive talks, use of protection during sexual relations and having only one sexual partner. Likewise, diagnostic tests for the virus are numerous, among those are third and fourth generation ELISA tests, serological tests and rapid tests. Finally, antiretroviral treatment for human immunodeficiency virus is generally the same for everyone, including abacavir, nelfinavir, etravirine, kaletra, didanosine, and lamivudine.El Virus de Inmunodeficiencia Humana, se los define como un retrovirus, el cual se caracteriza por infectar a las células del sistema inmunitario, principalmente a las células T CD4+ y a los macrófagos, los cuales son un componente clave del sistema inmunitario celular. Cuando esta patología no se controla con los antirretrovirales, esta infección puede deteriorar al sistema inmunológico de una forma gradual. El objetivo del estudio fue analizar la prevención, diagnóstico y tratamiento antirretroviral del Virus de Inmunodeficiencia Humana en niños y adolescentes de Latinoamérica. La metodología de este fue documental y el tipo de estudio es informativo. Se realizó una búsqueda literaria relevante sobre el tema a tratar. Para poder tener dicha información se utilizaron bases de datos como: Pubmed, Dialnet, SciELO, Redalyc, ELSEVIER y Medigraphic. Los filtros utilizados para la búsqueda fueron los términos meSH y el boleano “and”. Como resultados y conclusiones del estudio, se obtuvieron los siguientes, Existen diferentes formas de prevención del virus de inmunodeficiencia humana, entre esas se encuentran las charlas preventivas, uso de protección durante las relaciones sexuales y tener solo una pareja sexual. Así mismo, las pruebas diagnósticas para el virus son numerosas, entre esas se encuentran las pruebas de ELISA de tercera y cuarta generación, pruebas serológicas y pruebas rápidas. Por último, el tratamiento antirretroviral para el virus de inmunodeficiencia humana generalmente suele ser el mismo para todos, entre eso se encuentran el abacavir, el nelfinavir, etravirina, la kaletra, didanosina y lamivudina
Factors associated with hopelessness, depression and anxiety in the Honduran-Central America population during the COVID-19 pandemic
"Introduction: The mental health of the population has been affected by
COVID-19, reporting in many populations higher levels of depressive, anxious and
stress symptoms, however, in Honduras there are no studies showing the impact
of COVID-19 on the mental health of the population.
Aim: To determine the factors associated with hopelessness, depression and
anxiety in times of COVID-19 in the Honduran population.
Methods: Cross-sectional analytical study. Three scales were used, Beck for
hopelessness, Hamilton for depression and anxiety, through interviews with
the population attending different levels of health care throughout the country.
Descriptive and analytical statistics were obtained. For hopelessness, the Beck
Hopelessness Scale was used; for depression and anxiety, the Hamilton Scale was
used.
Results: Of the 8,125 participants, the population in general showed results
of hopelessness 14.9%, depression 12.9% and anxiety 1.2%, there was less
hopelessness among women (p = 0.004), university students (p < 0.001), but greater
among those who had a family member deceased by COVID-19 (p < 0.001),
among those who had diabetes mellitus (DM) (p < 0.001), history of mental illness
(p < 0.001) or had consumed drugs in the last 6 months (p < 0.001). There was more
depression among those with arterial hypertension (p = 0.002), obesity (p = 0.019),
DM (p = 0.004), history of mental illness (p < 0.001) or had consumed drugs
in the last 6 months (p < 0.001). There was more anxiety among those infected
with COVID-19 (p = 0.023), according to having a family member deceased by
COVID-19 (p = 0.045) and in those with a history of mental illness (p < 0.001).
Discussion: The Honduran population presented important differences in the
socio-pathological, according to the loss of family members or having previous
illnesses, this according to the presentation of problems in the mental sphere.
Conclusion: We found factors associated with hopelessness, we found factors
associated with hopelessness, depression and anxiety in times of COVID-19 in the
Honduran population
UV-induced degradation of securin is mediated by SKP1-CUL1-βTrCP E3 ubiquitin ligase
Securin is a chaperone protein with bifunctional properties. It binds to separase to inhibit premature sister chromatid separation until the onset of anaphase, and it also takes part in cell-cycle arrest after UV irradiation. At metaphase-to-anaphase transition, securin is targeted for proteasomal destruction by the anaphase-promoting complex or cyclosome (APC/C),
allowing activation of separase. However, although securin is reported to undergo proteasome-dependent degradation after UV irradiation, the ubiquitin ligase responsible for securing ubiquitylation has not been well characterized. In this study, we show that UV radiation induced a marked reduction of securin in both the nucleus and cytoplasm. Moreover, we show that GSK-3β inhibitors prevent securin degradation, and that
CUL1 and βTrCP are involved in this depletion. We also confirmed that SKP1-CUL1-βTrCP (SCFβTrCP) ubiquitylates securin in vivo, and identified a conserved and unconventional βTrCP recognition motif (DDAYPE) in the securin primary amino acid sequence of humans, nonhuman primates and rodents. Furthermore, downregulation of βTrCP caused an accumulation of securin in non-irradiated cells. We conclude that SCFβTrCP is the E3 ubiquitin ligase responsible for securing degradation after UV irradiation, and that it is involved in securin turnover in nonstressed cells.Ministerio de Educación y Ciencia SAF 2005-07713-C03-0
Arabidopsis SWC4 Binds DNA and Recruits the SWR1 Complex to Modulate Histone H2A.Z Deposition at Key Regulatory Genes
Deposition of the H2A.Z histone variant by the SWR1 complex (SWR1-C) in regulatory regions of specific loci modulates transcription. Characterization of mutations in Arabidopsis thaliana homologs of yeast SWR1-C has revealed a role for H2A.Z exchange in a variety of developmental processes. Nevertheless, the exact composition of plant SWR1-C and how it is recruited to target genes remains to be established. Here we show that SWC4, the Arabidopsis homolog of yeast SANT domain protein Swc4/Eaf2, is a DNA-binding protein that interacts with SWR1-C subunits. We demonstrate that the swc4-1 knockout mutant is embryo-lethal, while SWC4 RNAi knockdown lines display pleiotropic phenotypic alterations in vegetative and reproductive traits, including acceleration of flowering time, indicating that SWC4 controls post-embryonic processes. Transcriptomic analyses and genome-wide profiling of H2A.Z indicate that SWC4 represses transcription of a number of genes, including the floral integrator FT and key transcription factors, mainly by modulating H2A.Z deposition. Interestingly, SWC4 silencing does not affect H2A.Z deposition at the FLC locus nor expression of this gene, a master regulator of flowering previously shown to be controlled by SWR1-C. Importantly, we find that SWC4 recognizes specific AT-rich DNA elements in the chromatin regions of target genes and that SWC4 silencing impairs SWR1-C binding at FT. Conduits for myocardial revascularization grafts: the importance of morphology and imaging
The therapeutic options for patients with multivessel coronary artery disease, consist of pharmacological treatment, percutaneous coronary intervention and coronary artery bypass graft surgery. The ultimate goal of this surgery is to achieve complete revascularization with conduits that remain permeable for the remainder of the life of the patient. Some of the conduits used in this type of surgery, are the great saphenous vein, the internal thoracic artery, the radial artery and the ulnar artery. For a vascular conduit to be selected as a coronary revascularization graft, it must exhibit the following characteristics: sufficient length, lumen diameter and thickness of the vessel wall. It must also have minimal in situ ischemic consequences and an acceptable permeability over time of the conduit.

Estudo analítico de publicações sobre EaD na educação especial como ferramenta pedagógica
O presente estudo teve como objetivo analisar a educação à distância no Brasil e seu uso na educação especial como inclusão escolar. Para tanto foi realizado um estudo e levantamento bibliográfico sobre o assunto em periódicos, revistas científicas nacionais e livros para a presente discussão. Observa-se que a educação à distância é uma modalidade em constante crescimento no Brasil, e as novas tecnologias de informação e comunicação podem contribuir na educação, sendo uma possibilidade de inclusão no processo de ensino e aprendizagem. Entretanto, a inclusão dos sujeitos com alguma deficiência, ainda está acontecendo, pois diante das possibilidades e perspectivas, e dos avanços, requer maior participação dos agentes públicos através de políticas públicas. Para que a educação especial e a inclusão escolar aconteçam de forma efetiva, se faz necessário que o professor possa permanecer na formação continuada, com isso, atender o deficiente nos processos de ensino e aprendizagem, ou seja, o professor educador deve estar em constante aprendizado. A educação à distância tem se mostrado uma alternativa com bons resultados na formação do professor da educação especial. Porém, diante do levantamento, observamos que não há relatos do uso da EaD como possibilidade na educação especial para acesso e inclusão dos sujeitos com alguma deficiência, mas para a formação inicial e continuada do professor e educador a EaD tem sido utilizada como meio possível para alcançarmos profissionais com mais habilidades e competências na educação especial
Estudo analítico de publicações sobre EaD na educação especial como ferramenta pedagógica
This study aimed to analyze distance learning in Brazil and its use in special education as school inclusion. For this, a study and a bibliographic survey on the subject were carried out in periodicals, national scientific magazines and books for the present discussion. It is observed that distance learning is a modality in constant growth in Brazil, and the new information and communication technologies can contribute to education, becoming a possibility of inclusion in the teaching and learning process. However, the inclusion of subjects with some deficiency is still happening, because before the possibilities and perspectives, and the advances, it requires greater participation of the public agents through public policies. In order for special education and school inclusion to take place in an effective way, it is necessary for the teacher to be able to remain in a continuous formation, thereby attending to the disabled in the teaching and learning processes, that is, the teacher must be in constant learning . Distance learning has proved to be an alternative with good results in the education of the special education teacher. However, according to the survey, we observed that there are no reports of the use of distance learning as a possibility in special education for access and inclusion of subjects with some disability, but for the initial and continued formation of distance learning teacher and educator, it has been used as a possible means to professionals with more skills and competences in special education.El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo hacer un análisis de la educación a distancia en Brasil y su uso en la educación especial y en la inclusión escolar. Por tanto, fue realizado un estudio y levantamiento bibliográfico acerca del asunto en periódicos, revistas científicas nacionales y libros para la discusión. Se observa que la educación a distancia es una modalidad en constante crecimiento en Brasil, y que las nuevas tecnologías de información y comunicación pueden contribuir en la educación, siendo una posibilidad de inclusión en el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje. Entretanto, la inclusión de los sujetos con alguna discapacidad aún está ocurriendo, pues delante de las posibilidades y perspectivas, y de los avances, requiere mayor participación de los agentes públicos a través de políticas públicas. Para que ocurra la educación especial y la inclusión escolar de manera efectiva, se hace necesario que el profesor esté capacitado para atender al alumno con deficiencia de manera adecuada, es así que el profesional tiene que estar en un constante aprendizaje. La educación a distancia se ha mostrado como una alternativa con buenos resultados en la capacitación del profesor de educación especial. Sin embargo, delante del levantamiento, observamos que no hay relatos del uso de la EaD como posibilidad en la educación especial para el acceso e inclusión de los sujetos con alguna discapacidad, pero para la formación inicial y continuada del profesor y educador, la EaD ha sido utilizada como medio posible para que alcancemos profesionales con más habilidades y competencias en la educación especial.O presente estudo teve como objetivo analisar a educação à distância no Brasil e seu uso na educação especial como inclusão escolar. EVOLUCIÓN CLÍNICA DE DEFECTOS QUIRÚRGICOS FACIALES REHABILITADOS CON MEMBRANA RICA EN FIBRINA
La membrana rica en fibrina es una novedosa herramienta terapéutica que ha revolucionado el mundo de la medicina debido a los recientes éxitos de esta terapia de la medicina regenerativa. El objetivo de la investigación estuvo encaminado a describir la evolución clínica de la membrana rica en fibrina colocada en defectos quirúrgicos faciales. Se realizó un estudio de tipo observacional, descriptivo, longitudinal y prospectivo desde febrero de 2015 a febrero de 2018 en la consulta de Cirugía Maxilofacial de la Facultad de Estomatología de la Universidad de Ciencias Médicas de Villa Clara. La aplicación de la membrana rica en fibrina permitió a la mayoría de los pacientes un postoperatorio aceptable, sin signos de dolor e inflamación. Además, el tiempo de cicatrización osciló entre 7 y 15 días para casi la totalidad de las membranas y el resultado estético fue maravilloso
