The main goal of this thesis is a determination of an idle additional losses in an electric rotary machines and a calculation of these losses for induction machine. The additional losses are caused especially by the eddy currents on the surface of stator and rotor, further by a pulsation of these currents owing to the periodical change of air-gap permeance, magnetic induction in stator and rotor teeth and a differential leakage.

The main goal of this thesis is a determination of an idle stray losses in induction machine and creation calculation program in MATLAB. Barite is a relatively uncommon phase in vein and amygdule mineralizations hosted by igneous rocks of the teschenite association in the Silesian Unit (Western Carpathians). In macroscopically observable sizes, it has been reported from 10 sites situated only in the Czech part of the Silesian Unit. Microscopic barite produced by the hydrothermal alteration of rock matrix and also by the supergene processes is more abundant. We examined four samples of barite by mineralogical and geochemical methods. Electron microprobe analyses proved pure barites with up to 0.038 apfu Sr and without remarkable internal zonation. Fluid inclusion and sulphur isotope data suggests that multiple sources of fluid components have been involved during barite crystallization. Barite contains primary and secondary aqueous all-liquid (L) or less frequent two-phase (L+V) aqueous fluid inclusions with variable salinity (0.4-2.9 wt. % NaCl eq.) and homogenization temperatures between 77 and 152 °C. The higher-salinity fluid endmember was probably Cretaceous seawater and the lower-salinity one was probably diagenetic water derived from surrounding flysch sediments during compaction and thermal alteration of clay minerals. The δ34S values of barite samples range between -1.0 ‰ and +16.4 ‰ CDT suggesting participation of two sources of sulphate, one with a near-zero δ34S values probably derived from wall rocks and another with high δ34S values being most probably sulphate from the Cretaceous seawater. All results underline the role of externally derived fluids during post-magmatic alteration of bodies of rock of the teschenite association.Web of Science68212911

Objective. To characterize GEP-NENs in routine biopsies and surgical specimen in the Czech Republic and to evaluate how WHO Classification (2010) is acceptable in diagnostic practice. Methods. Paraffin-embedded blocks and bioptic reports were collected from 17 departments of pathology. Histologic slides were stained with H&E and immunohistologically for CgA, synaptophysin, and Ki-67. Results. Out of 28 gastric NENs, there were 22 NETs, G1, 5 NETs, G2, and 1 NEC. Ten duodenal NENs were NETs, G1. Among 27 NENs of jejunum and ileum, 23 were NETs, G1, 2 NETs, G2, and 1 NEC and 1 mixed adenoneuroendocrine carcinoma (MANEC). Among 42 appendiceal “incidentalomas”, 39 were NETs G1, 2 goblet cell carcinoids, and 1 MANEC. Out of 34 large intestinal NENs, 30 were NETs, G1, 3 NETs, G2, and 1 NEC. One small intestinal and 6 large bowel neoplasms were reclassified as poorly differentiated adenocarcinomas. In 12 pancreatic NENs, there were 7 NETs, G1, 3 NETs, G2, and 2 NECs. Conclusions. Our study demonstrates differences in GEP-NENs frequency in sites of origin in our region, comparing to other countries. Regarding routine bioptic diagnostics, we gave evidence that the WHO 2010 classification of NENs is fully acceptable for exact categorisation of tumours

User Preference Web Search -- Experiments with a System Connecting Web and User

    Get PDF
We present models, methods, implementations and experiments with a system enabling personalized web search for many users with different preferences. The system consists of a web information extraction part, a text search engine, a middleware supporting top-k answers and a user interface for querying and evaluation of search results. We integrate several tools (implementing our models and methods) into one framework connecting user with the web. The model represents user preferences with fuzzy sets and fuzzy logic, here understood as a scoring describing user satisfaction. This model can be acquired with explicit or implicit methods. Model-theoretic semantics is based on fuzzy description logic f-EL. User preference learning is based on our model of fuzzy inductive logic programming. Our system works both for English and Slovak resources. The primary application domain are job offers and job search, however we show extension to mutual investment funds search and a possibility of extension into other application domains. Our top-k search is optimized with own heuristics and repository with special indexes. Our model was experimentally implemented, the integration was tested and is web accessible. We focus on experiments with several users and measure their satisfaction according to correlation coefficients

This thesis deals with process of producing of pure hydrogen. The partial method of oxidation is used. The high temperature process in the reactor with oxygen and vapour is used during the operation of oxidation of black oil. A mixture of various gases rises in this procedure. Carbon monoxide is dominant. A few essential operations must be made. Washing processes, hydrolysed, converting and methane procedures are applied to obtain final product- hydrogen. There must be 99 per-cent of hydrogen in the final product. The plant producing hydrogen is very important manufactory of the Unipetrol RPA Ltd. The home company itself uses the final products of POX. Other companies buy them too.Prezenční542 - Institut hornického inženýrství a bezpečnostivýborn

Comparison of regulation of property transfer tax and the tax on the acquisition of immovable property This diploma thesis is devoted to comparison of real estate transfer tax based in act n. 357/1992 Sb. and tax on the acquisition of immovable property based in statutory measure of Senate n. 340/2013 Sb. This legal act of Senate was enacted due to the recodification of private law in Czech republic in 2014. Thesis is based on comparation of particular tax elements and specific legal provisions. The aim is to identify the reasons for these changes, check the possibility of applying historical judgments on new regulation and consider the legislation in terms of de lege ferenda. The work contains only substantive part of legislation. The first chapter deals with general introduction to tax theory. It defines the term tax, its properties and tax elements. This chapter also displays tax system. The second chapter is devoted to a general description of both taxes and the fundamental reasons for adopting the new regulation. It also discusses new institutes of the new Civil Code, for which it was necessary to adopt new legislation. Speculates also about the form of a statutory measure of the Senate codification. The third chapter is dedicated to the comparison of the specific statutory provisions contained..
