Conjugated Polymer-Based Chemical Tongues: Hypothesis-Free Sensor Arrays for the Discrimination of Chemical and Biological Analytes
This doctoral thesis is divided into four chapters. The main focus of this thesis is on the development of conjugated polymer-based chemical tongues and their sensory applications. In the first chapter, introductions on the synthesis of conjugated polymers and their sensory applications are summarized. In chapters 2-4, several types of polyelectrolyte-based chemical tongues have been constructed and been applied to the discrimination of small molecular analytes, complex mixtures and bioanalytes.
