    Detonation Output Properties of D-shape Structure

    The detonation wave propagation and output properties have been analyzed for D-shape structure. Four initiation modes were designed to compare wavefront profiles and output pressure distribution. Simulation results show that three-array-nine-point initiation mode (Mode-III) brings about the most match-up wave front for D-shape structure. Detonation output properties have great influence on fragment ejection velocity and distribution density. The statistical results reveal that fragment parameters of Mode-III are the largest. Compared with Mode-III, the kinetic energies of other three modes decrease by 31.6 per cent, 19.6 per cent, 4.5 per cent, respectively. The computational values and normal curve of fragments distribution are obtained. From these analyses, it can be concluded that initiation mode has great influence on output parameters of fragments. With the optimal initiation Mode-III, ideal hitting angle should be within the range of -10° to 10°, the probability of distribution density would be close to 70 per cent.Defence Science Journal, Vol. 64, No. 5, September 2014, pp.484-489, DOI:http://dx.doi.org/10.14429/dsj.64.474

    Retrospective analysis of the impact on the nursing compliance to rehabilitation in elderly patients with stroke dysphagia and their family members

    目的  探讨脑卒中吞咽障碍患者及家属饮食护理的依从性对康复效果的影响。方法  对2014年1月14日—12月29日入院的老年脑卒中吞咽障碍患者43名,其中女性患者18名,脑出血8名,脑梗死10名;男性患着25名,脑出血11名,脑梗死14名进行SSA评分,根据误吸风险等级实施饮食分级护理,依据临床营养学知识为患者选择合理的饮食和进食方式进行针对性的饮食指导,强化安全意识,所有患者给予吞咽训练。比较患者住院期间饮食护理依从性与患者发生误吸、窒息、肺炎的关系,采用日常生活能力评估表评价对康复效果的影响。结果  2014年老年脑卒中吞咽障碍患者43例,依据SSA评定结果对吞咽障碍患者进行误吸风险分级,实施相应的个性化的饮食分级护理和吞咽指导8周,依从性好的患者中发生窒息1例,肺炎1例,误吸3例;依从性差的患者中发生窒息3例,肺炎5例,误吸8例,根据患者饮食护理依从性比较,误吸发生率比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论  提高患者饮食护理的依从性,保障了病人的饮食安全和生命安全,完善了护理安全预警系统。Objective: To investigate the effects of diet nursing compliance to the rehabilitation in stroke patients with dysphagia. Methods: SSA scale was assessed for 43 cases of elderly stroke patients with dysphagia. The patients were admitted from January 14 to December 29, 2014, including 18 female patients (cerebral hemorrhage 8 cases, cerebral infarction 10 cases) and 25 men patients (cerebral hemorrhage 11 cases, cerebral infarction 14 cases). According to the level of risk of aspiration, diet grading nursing was done. A reasonable diet and eating pattern were selected, which was based on clinical nutrition knowledge. Swallowing training was given to the patients, with targeted dietary guidance to strengthen safety awareness. The relationship of the diet care compliance and the aspiration, asphyxia, and pneumonia was studied, and daily living assessment table was used to evaluate the effect of rehabilitation. Results: 43 cases of elderly stroke patients with dysphagia in 2014 were included. According to the SSA evaluation results, patients were graded by aspiration hazard. After the implementation of appropriate personalized diet grading nursing and swallowing guidance for eight weeks, patients with good compliance occurred: asphyxia 1 case, pneumonia 1 case, aspiration 3 cases, but patients with poor compliance occurs : asphyxia 3 cases, pneumonia 5 cases, aspiration 8 cases. Aspiration incidence based on patient care compliance was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: It is important to improve diet nursing compliance in patients. It can provide protection for food safety and life safety, and improve the care and safety warning systems.

    目的  通过轮椅训练提高患者掌握轮椅的技巧,保证患者乘坐轮椅时的安全,提高患者日常生活能力及社会参与能力。方法  通过轮椅基本技术动作练习、轮椅技巧动作训练、轮椅体育项目训练、社会实践检测。结果  患者轮椅训练前后对照,躯干的控制能力较前好转,ADL能力明显提高,社会参与能力增强。结论  轮椅训练可以使残疾人参与康复体育和社会活动的机会明显增加。Objective: Training to improve patient’s master of wheelchair technology to ensure the safety of patients in wheelchairs things to improve patients' daily living skills and social participation skills. Methods: By practicing basic techniques wheelchair, wheelchair technology movement training, wheelchair sports training, social practice test. Results: Wheelchair patients before and after control technology, the ability to control the trunk before it gets better, ADL ability as well as social participation improved significantly. Conclusion: Wheelchair training increased opportunities for people with disabilities to participate in the rehabilitation of sports and social activities.

    The X-Ray Variation of M81* Resolved by \u3cem\u3eChandra\u3c/em\u3e and \u3cem\u3eNuSTAR\u3c/em\u3e

    Despite advances in our understanding of low-luminosity active galactic nuclei (LLAGNs), the fundamental details about the mechanisms of radiation and flare/outburst in hot accretion flow are still largely missing. We have systematically analysed the archival Chandra and NuSTAR X-ray data of the nearby LLAGN M81*, whose Lbol ∼ 10−5LEdd. Through a detailed study of X-ray light curve and spectral properties, we find that the X-ray continuum emission of the power-law shape more likely originates from inverse Compton scattering within the hot accretion flow. In contrast to Sgr A*, flares are rare in M81*. Low-amplitude variation can only be observed in soft X-ray band (amplitude usually ≲2). Several simple models are tested, including sinusoidal-like and quasi-periodical. Based on a comparison of the dramatic differences of flare properties among Sgr A*, M31*, and M81*, we find that, when the differences in both the accretion rate and the black hole mass are considered, the flares in LLAGNs can be understood universally in a magnetohydrodynamical model

    N-butanol Extract from Melilotus Suaveolens Ledeb Affects Pro- and Anti-Inflammatory Cytokines and Mediators

    Melilotus suaveolens Ledeb is a traditional medicinal plant for treating inflammation-related disease. This explores the inner anti-inflammatory mechanism of n-butanol extract from M. suaveolens Ledeb. Inflammatory cellular model was established by lipopolysaccharide intervention on RAW264.7 cell line. Levels of secreted cytokines TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6, NO and IL-10 in supernatant, mRNA expression of TNF-α, COX-2, iNOS and HO-1, protein expression of COX-2 and HO-1, activation of NF-κB and ingredients in the extract were assayed by ELISA, real time quantitative PCR, western blot, immunocytochemical test and HPLC fingerprint test, respectively. As a result, the extract could not only markedly reduce the production of pro-inflammatory mediators to different extents by blocking NF-κB activation but also promote the release of anti-inflammatory mediator HO-1 significantly. Each 1 g extract contained 0.023531 mg coumarin and another two high polar ingredients, probably saponins. It can be concluded that the extract has similar effects on antagonizing pro-inflammatory mediators and cytokines like Dexamethasone, and has effects on promoting the production of anti-inflammatory mediators

    Study on the quality of life and influencing factors in patients with diabetic retinopathy

    AIM: To research the quality of life(QOL)and influencing factors in patients with diabetic retinopathy(DR). METHODS: A total of 103 diagnosed case of diabetic retinopathy from January 2017 to August 2017 in Daping Hospital of Chongqing were enrolled in this study. The questionnaire survey was conducted using Scale of Quality of Life in Patients with Visual Impairment(SQQL-VI)and social support revalued scale. The factors influencing their quality of life were also analyzed. The data were analyzed by SPSS 25.0 software. Proportions were compared by using the chi-square test and the means were compared by using the t-test. The factors of DR such as age, gender, education and social support were analyzed using stepwise multiple linear regression. RESULTS: The scores in the patients with diabetic retinopathy included total quality of life 63.59±9.58, symptoms and visual function 53.13±8.51, body function 28.39±3.86, social activities 27.95±3.63, psychological aspects 27.78±3.85. The single factor analysis showed that there were significant differences in age, education level occupation, monthly income, the style of medical cost, course of disease, and social support(PPCONCLUSION: To improve the quality of life of DR patients, it is essential to reduce the financial burden and increase the social support

    Distinguishing Smilax glabra and Smilax china rhizomes by flow-injection mass spectrometry combined with principal component analysis

    Flow-injection mass spectrometry (FIMS) coupled with a chemometric method is proposed in this study to profile and distinguish between rhizomes of Smilax glabra (S. glabra) and Smilax china (S. china). The proposed method employed an electrospray-time-of-flight MS. The MS fingerprints were analyzed using principal component analysis (PCA) and orthogonal partial least squares discriminant analysis (OPLS-DA) with the aid of SIMCA software. Findings showed that the two kinds of samples perfectly fell into their own classes. Further predictive study showed desirable predictability and the tested samples were successfully and reliably identified. The study demonstrated that the proposed method could serve as a powerful tool for distinguishing between S. glabra and S. china
