The article presents the results of complex treatment of experimental periodontitis on the author's model of the disease. The animals underwent the LANAP procedure using a SiroLaser diode laser. Then they were divided into two groups: the control group and the study group, which was treated with injections of enriched autoplasma. Dynamics of dental and laboratory health indicators in children age 5, 12 , 15. Yekaterinburg.

The state of children health is one of the most acute medical and social problems. It is known, that dental diseases provoke changes not only in the profile of the oral fluid, but also morphological changes in the oral tissues. Aim of our study is to assess the health status of children 5,12,15 years using non-invasive methods. With the aim of predicting the use of non-invasive assessment methods in a comprehensive health survey, planning and evaluating the effectiveness of prevention programs, we held clinical and laboratory examination of 179 children 5,12,15 years. We studied the changes with age in the oral fluid, basal epithelium and dental status of children. It is noted, that the state of dental health of children 5,12,15 years is satisfactory, and the dental, biochemical and cytological health indicators deteriorate with age. Non-invasive methods for assessing the dental status of patients can be used in a comprehensive examination of children's health, planning and evaluating the effectiveness of prevention programs.Состояние здоровья детей и подростков является одной из наиболее острых медико-социальных проблем. Известно, что при стоматологических заболеваниях возникают изменения не только иммунологического профиля ротовой жидкости, но и морфологические изменения в тканях. Задача исследования - провести оценку состояния здоровья дошкольников и школьников 5,12,15 лет неинвазивными методами. Изучить изменение стоматологического статуса пациентов, показателей ротовой жидкости и базального эпителия с возрастом, с целью прогностического использования неинвазивных методов оценки в комплексном обследовании здоровья, планировании и оценки эффективности программ профилактики. Было проведено клинико-лабораторное обследование 179 детей 5,12,15 лет. Отмечено, что состояние стоматологического здоровья детей 5,12,15 лет можно оценить, как удовлетворительное, при этом с возрастом ухудшаются стоматологические, лабораторные и цитологические показатели здоровья. Неинвазивные методы оценки стоматологического статуса пациентов могут быть использованы в комплексном обследовании здоровья детей, планировании и оценке эффективности программ профилактики
