Possibilities of Financing of Fixed Assets Acquisition

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku financování dlouhodobého majetku. Teoretická část obsahuje charakteristiku a členění dlouhodobého majetku. Stěžejní část tvoří objasnění podstaty způsobů financování dlouhodobého majetku, jeho oceňování a opotřebení. V analytické části je charakterizován vybraný obchodní závod a jeho finanční situace. Analytická část dále srovnává vhodnost financovat majetek z vlastních peněžní prostředků, úvěrem a leasingem. V závěru práce je vyhodnocena nejvhodnější forma financování, kterou by vybraný podnikatelský subjekt mohl využít při financování dlouhodobého majetku.The master thesis is focused on issue of financing fixed assets. The theoretical part contains characteristics and the segmentation of fixed assets. Core of thesis is created with clarifying the nature of means of financing long-term assets, its valuation and detrition. In the analytical part, there is introduced and described selected commercial establishment and its financial situation. Analytical part also compares the offers of loans and financial leasing currently offered by financial institutions. In the conclusion, there is evaluated the most appropriate form of financing, which could company chose use to purchase long-terms assets.

Analysis of Debt Collection in the Zemědělské družstvo Hrotovice, družstvo

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku zajištění a vymáhání pohledávek po splatnosti. Teoretická část se zabývá vznikem pohledávek, jejich zajištěním, promlčením a zánikem. Stěžejní část tvoří objasnění podstaty mimosoudního a soudního vymáhání. Na pohledávky je nahlíženo z účetního, daňového a ekonomického pohledu. Analytická část charakterizuje vybraný podnikatelský subjekt a zabývá se rozborem současného způsobu zajištění a vymáhání pohledávek po splatnosti. V závěru práce jsou zahrnuta nejvhodnější opatření pro zefektivnění způsobu vymáhání pohledávek a návrhy na zkvalitnění jejich zajištění.This bachelor work focuses on the issue of security and the recovery of claims after their due date. The theoretical part concerns the creation of claims, their security, statutes of limitations and liquidation. The main part aims to clarify the essence of extra-judicial and judicial recoveries of claims. These claims are seen from the accounting, tax and economic perspective. The analytical part characterizes the selected business subject and features analysis of current securities and recoveries of claims after their due date. The final part of this work includes the most suitable arrangements for increasing the efficiency of methods of recovering claims and suggestions for improving their security.
