stazione è il titolo di un intervento pubblico ideato dall'artista palestinese Emily Jacir per un progetto collaterale della 53a Biennale di Venezia dal titolo Palestina c / o Venezia nel 2009 ma mai realizzato. L'idea iniziale di Jacir era di tradurre i nomi di ognuna delle 24 fermate di vaporetti lungo il percorso n. 1 del percorso del vaporetto in arabo e di posizionare le traduzioni arabe su tutte le fermate accanto alle loro controparti italiane.stazione is the title of a public intervention conceived by Palestinian artist Emily Jacir for a collateral project of the 53rd Venice Biennale titled Palestine c/o Venice in 2009 but never realised. Jacir’s initial idea was to translate the names of each of the 24 vaporetti stops along route #1 of the water bus route into Arabic and to place the Arabic translations on all the stops next to their Italian counterparts
