The Current broadcasting enviroment is constally evolving in order to meet the various needs of the viewer such as ColorTV, 3D, HD, UHD TV serivce.  And they want to broadcasting the same quality in the fixed and mobile enviroment for high definition braodcasting serive. In this paper, we presnet a design and implementation  of muilplexing  system for fixed/mobile next generation broadcasting service in network free enivorment. Network free means receive both the broadcasting channel and communication chennel for various TV service. We introduce method to provide next generation convergence broadcating servies based on european standard which can transmit UHD content in network free envieroment.  As a result to this paper, we analyze the characteristics of the recieved signal from the commerical receiver device

    Decoherence in rf SQUID Qubits

We report measurements of coherence times of an rf SQUID qubit using pulsed microwaves and rapid flux pulses. The modified rf SQUID, described by an double-well potential, has independent, in situ, controls for the tilt and barrier height of the potential. The decay of coherent oscillations is dominated by the lifetime of the excited state and low frequency flux noise and is consistent with independent measurement of these quantities obtained by microwave spectroscopy, resonant tunneling between fluxoid wells and decay of the excited state. The oscillation's waveform is compared to analytical results obtained for finite decay rates and detuning and averaged over low frequency flux noise.Comment: 24 pages, 13 figures, submitted to the journal Quantum Information Processin

Primary adrenal Epstein-Barr virus-positive diffuse large B cell lymphoma of the elderly, mimicking pseudocyst

Primary adrenal lymphoma is rare, but clinically important. We report a unique case of adrenal lymphoma which showed extensive cystic change mimicking a pseudocyst. Seventy-three-year-old man visited our hospital for healthcare check-up, and was found to have a large adrenal cystic mass. He was received adrenalectomy on the impression of an adrenal pseudocyst. On gross examination, the mass was a unilocular cyst with no solid mass formation. Microscopically, the cyst wall had no epithelial lining, but was infiltrated by some atypical large lymphoid tumor cells. The cystic space was filled with coagulative necrotic material with the tumor cell shadow. The most of the tumor cells expressed leukocyte common antigen, CD20, PAX5, Ki-67, and Epstein-Barr virus (EBV)-encoded RNA, which was consistent with EBV-positive diffuse large B-cell lymphoma of the elderly. No extra-adrenal involvement was observed in imaging studies. We concluded that primary adrenal lymphoma should be considered as a rare but important cause of adrenal cysts. Cultural differences in early math skills among U.S., Taiwanese, Dutch, and Peruvian preschoolers

    No full text
East Asian children have consistently outperformed children from other nations on mathematical tests. However, most previous cross-cultural studies mainly compared East Asian countries and the United States and have largely ignored cultures from other parts of the world. The present study explored cultural differences in young children's early math competency prior to their school entry among U.S., Taiwanese, Dutch, and Peruvian four-year-olds. Results showed that the Taiwanese children performed better than U.S., Peruvian, and Dutch children. No difference was found between U.S., Peruvian and Dutch children. In addition, results revealed that more Taiwanese four-year-olds were able to count up to at least 21 when compared with children from the other three countries. We discuss varying cultural factors (e.g. language and parental support) as contributing reasons for East Asian children's high mathematical skills at an early age
