Background driving distribution functions and series representation for log-gamma selfdecomposable random variables
For the selfdecomposable distributions (random variables) we identified
background driving probability distributions in their random integral
representations. For log-gamma and their background driving random variables
series representations are found
On Relations Between Urbanik and Mehler Semigroups
It is shown that operator-selfdecomposable measures, or more precisely their
Urbanik decomposability semigroups, induce generalized Mehler semigroups of
bounded linear operators. Moreover, those semigroups can be represented as
random integrals of operator valued functions with respect to stochastic L\'evy
processes. Our Banach space setting is in the contrast with the Hilbert spaces
on which so far and most often the generalized Mehler semigroups were studied.
Furthermore, we give new proofs of the random integral representation.Comment: 14 page
On a method of introducing free-infinitely divisible probability measures
Random integral mappings give isomorphisms between the
sub-semigroups of the classical and the free-infinite divisible
probability measures. This allows us to introduce new examples
of such measures and their corresponding characteristic functionals.Comment: 16 page
