Effects of lipoperoxidation and mitochondrial state on milk yield of dairy cows under technological stress
Evaluation of the physiological state of cattle is crucial in creating healthy, high-performing dairy cattle herds. Technological stress is one of the most critical factors determining the biological potential of higher-yielding cows. This work aimed to assess the effect of technological stress on various oxidative parameters and mitochondrial states in dairy cows' blood, milk yield and milk composition. The study was conducted on the black-and-white breed of healthy herds. Regrouping, changing service personnel, and carrying out veterinary and sanitary manipulations were considered technological stress factors. The concentration of cortisol in the blood serum was studied by the immunological method. The concentrations of malonic dialdehyde (MDA), diene conjugates (D.C.), Schiff bases (S.B.), reduced glutathione and catalase activity were measured spectrophotometrically. The mitochondrial state was estimated by laser interference microscopy. While the milk yield, protein and lipid composition of cow milk were studied using an ultrasound analyzer. The researched indicators were analyzed before and for 30 days after the effect of technological stress. Results of the study suggested that technological stress caused an increase in oxidative processes, along with a reduction of antioxidant activity of blood and milk at the initial stages of registration (1-7 days). The concentration of glutathione remained reduced for 30 days after technological stress. A decrease in mitochondrial refractoriness and disintegration accompanied these processes. The milk yield indicator decreased was not restored to the values of intact animals by 30 days after technological stress. Further, the protein and lipid composition also reduced. Thus, a decrease in the quantity and quality of milk under technological stress may be mediated by the development of oxidative stress, which the refractoriness and disintegration of mitochondria might trigger

Optical Properties of Pure and Eu Doped ZnSe Films Deposited by CSVS Technique
Pure (ZnSe) and europium doped (ZnSe:Eu) zinc selenide films were evaporated onto glass substrates
using the close-spaced vacuum sublimation (CSVS) technique at different deposition conditions (substrate
temperature). The fundamental optical parameters such as optical density, extinction coefficient, refraction index, real and imaginary parts of optical dielectric constant, band gap were evaluated in transparent
region of transmittance and absorbance spectrum. Optical spectroscopy analysis shown that in both cases
deposited films had a high level of transmittance values (55-65 % for ZnSe films and 80-90 % for ZnSe:Eu
films). Moreover, evaluated values of the films optical band gap were in the range of Eg = (2.63-2.69) eV for
ZnSe films and Eg = (2.77-2.81) eV for ZnSe:Eu for films with increasing of the films substrate temperature. Fourier-transformed infra-red (FTIR) analysis of deposited ZnSe and ZnSe:Eu films shown that all
investigated samples are well-crystalline and identified vibrations are typical for II-VI semiconductors
A new type of (TiZrNbTaHf)N/MoN nanocomposite coating: Microstructure and properties depending on energy of incident ions
A novel (TiZrNbTaHf)N/MoN nanocomposite coatings, which consist of the nitride of the high-entropy alloy and
the binary nitride, were synthesized by vacuum-arc deposition at various substrate biases. The elemental
composition, chemical bonding state, phase structure, microstructure and mechanical properties of the coatings
were studied by high-resolution experimental methods: SIMS, GDMS, XPS, XRD, HR-TEM and nano-indentation.It was found that the chemical state of the (TiZrNbTaHf)N/MoN coatings has a complex nature, which consist of a mixture of nitrides of constituting elements. It was also shown that the coatings are based on B1 NaCl-structured γ-Mo2N-phase with a mixture of crystallographic orientations (111), (200), (220) and (311) together with the B1NaCl-structured (TiZrNbTaHf)N solid-solution phase. First-principles calculations demonstrated that the metal sub-lattice of the (TiZrNbTaHf)N solid solution can be based on Ti1-xHfyTa1-x-y, Zr1-xHfyTa1-x-y, Zr0.25Ti0.25Ta0.5 ternary alloys, which have the lowest mixing energy. The HR-TEM results showed that the nanocomposite nitride coatings have nano-scale multilayer structure with modulation periods ranged from 20nm to 25nm. The maximum hardness of approximately 29GPa demonstrated the coating deposited at a higher energy condition (−200V) with the thinnest modulation period of bilayer of 20nm (15nm of
(TiZrNbTaHf)N and 5nm of Mo2N)
The interconnection of learning ability and the organization of metacognitive processes and traits of personality
Patterns of the relationship between the development of learning ability as one of the general abilities and metacognitive traits of personality are considered in the article. The necessity of appeal to this issue arises from the peculiarities of the current state of research in the theory of abilities and modern metacognitivism. Despite the ever-increasing number of studies in the field of general abilities and learning ability in particular and in the field of metacognitive processes of the personality, the possible interconnection of this class of processes and the level of learning ability and, therefore, the interpretation of this interconnection are rarely considered. To date these crucial areas are not in sufficient contact with each other. The purpose of this study is to identify and interpret the possible relationship of the level of learning ability with metacognitive processes and qualities of the individual and their organization. The research procedure was based on a comparison of the individual measures of the development of learning ability as a general ability with the diagnostics of the main parameters of the metacognitive sphere of personality, including features of its organization and implementation in relation to the methodology of structural-psychological analysis. This procedure is based on the determination of matrices of intercorrelation and the subsequent interpretation of correlograms of the metacognitive parameters of a person. The main result is that there exists a mutual dependence of characteristics of the level of learning ability and basic parameters of the metacognitive sphere of personality (metacognitive processes and traits). This dependence lies in the fact that an increase in the level of development of learning ability increases the intensity of separate metacognitive personal qualities and the general level of their structural organization. An interpretation of the data is presented. According to it, learning ability, as a significant factor in the level of development of metacognitive processes and personality traits, acquires an additional and quite powerful resource to enhance at the same time its own level because of the organization of these processes and traits. © Lomonosov Moscow State University, 2017
DYNAMICS OF METACOGNITIVE DETERMINANTS OF MANAGEMENT ACTIVTY IN THE PROCESS OF PROFESSIONALIZATION
The study is devoted to the research of identification of characteristics and patterns of development of metacognitive processes and personal qualities of management activity during professionalization. Hypothesis of the existence of a direct connection between the level of professionalization of the subject and the degree of coherence of the structural organization of the main metacognitive parameters was verified in this study. Using diagnostic and experimental techniques of the study of metacognitive processes and qualities (G. Shraw, R. Dennison, M. Grant, D. LaCosta, R. Dixon, S. Haltch, D. Everson, Z. Tobias), in combination with the author's methods of structural-psychological analysis, in particular method for determining structural indices of the matrices of intercorrelations, we discovered and interpreted new features and regularities of dynamics of development of metacognitive processes and personality traits in the course of professionalization. It is revealed that professiogenetic restructuring of the parameters of the cognitive sphere are carried out simultaneously on two complementary levels (analytical and structural), and the most important transformations take place at the structural level. In the course of professionalization, the integrativity of basic metacognitive parameters significantly increases along with reduction of their divergence (differentiation). We substantiates the position, according to which mechanisms of the integration plan and resulting synergistic effects, leading to expansion of cognitive and metacognitive potential of the subject, are the main tool of discovered transformations
