Formation of Future Teachers’ Leadership Competence at a Higher Education Institution
The article substantiates the need to form leadership competence among future teachers in the
conditions of university education. The authors generalized and concretized the concept of
“leadership competence” of the future teacher, defining it as a particular competence, namely the
meta-competence. The research aimed to define the possible ways to form future teachers’ leadership
competence in mastering the educational program “Pedagogy and Psychology.” The algorithm for
future teachers’ leadership competence development is suggested in the given article.
The confirmation of the accepted hypothesis is justified by the presented results of the study, which
showed positive dynamics in the level of formation of the studied competence. The effectiveness of the
consistent and purposeful formation of the future teacher’s leadership competence in studying
psychological and pedagogical disciplines and passing pedagogical practice has been prove

Reactivation of HBV infection is a life-threatening condition observed in patients with CHB receiving chemotherapy or other medications. Although HBV reactivation is commonly attributed to immune suppression, other factors have long been suspected to play a role, including intracellular signaling activated in response to DNA damage. We investigated the effects of DNA-damaging factors (doxorubicin and hydrogen peroxide) on HBV reactivation/replication and the consequent DNA-damage response. Dose-dependent activation of HBV replication was observed in response to doxorubicin and hydrogen peroxide which was associated with a marked elevation in the mRNA levels of ataxia-telangiectasia mutated (ATM) and ATM- and RAD3-related (ATR) kinases. Downregulation of ATM or ATR expression by shRNAs substantially reduced the levels of HBV RNAs and DNA. In contrast, transcriptional activation of ATM or ATR using CRISPRa significantly increased HBV replication. We conclude that ATM and ATR are essential for HBV replication. Furthermore, DNA damage leading to the activation of ATM and ATR transcription, results in the reactivation of HBV replication.publishersversionPeer reviewe
Mathematical modeling of tomographic scanning of cylindrically shaped test objects
The paper formulates mathematical relationships that describe the length of the radiation absorption band in the test object for the first generation tomographic scan scheme. A cylindrically shaped test object containing an arbitrary number of standard circular irregularities is used to perform mathematical modeling. The obtained mathematical relationships are corrected with respect to chemical composition and density of the test object material. The equations are derived to calculate the resulting attenuation radiation from cobalt-60 isotope when passing through the test object. An algorithm to calculate the radiation flux intensity is provided. The presented graphs describe the dependence of the change in the [gamma]-quantum flux intensity on the change in the radiation source position and the scanning angle of the test object
Formation of Methodical Approach to the Assessment of Coherence of Socio-economic Space of Agglomeration
The research context lays around the issues of coherence of socio-economic space of agglomerations in aspects of the balanced development of the country. The vector of the study is interfaced with the increasing course of Russian regions towards formation of agglomerations and with insufficient study of coherence of the properties of socio-economic space in this regard. Formation of methodical approach to the assessment of coherence of social and economic space in agglomerations makes the scientific and practical novelty of research. The paper is based on a case study of Tomsk agglomeration. The study concludes that coherence of socio-economic space acts as the defining factor of formation and development of agglomerative processes.

INSTABLE MOTION OF FLEXIBLE PROFILE SYSTEM IN INCOMPRESSED STREAM
The approximated analytical solution of the integro-differential equation system describing the free vibrations of the flexible profile system in the ideal incompressed liquid has been obtained. The finite analytical relations for determination of the deflections, values of the speed breakages behind profiles, pressure distribution on the profiles, elevating and suction forces acting on the profiles have been specified. The transients arising in the system of the overhanging-fastened flexible profiles for different variants of the initial conditions have been constructed. The stability field has been constructed for the investigated system on the plane of the parameters. The actuality of the similar problems has been connected with practical need of the shipbuilding industry. The problems which arise at movement of the ships of different designs can be solved with use of the methods stated in the work. The catamarans, hydrofoil ships, vertical after rudders, ship stabilizers with two and more pairs of the board rudders and half-submerged ships are related to such oblectsAvailable from VNTIC / VNTIC - Scientific & Technical Information Centre of RussiaSIGLERURussian Federatio
Housing sector development in socio-economic space of agglomeration
The paper is aimed at studying the influence of balanced housing sector development on the cohesion level of the socio-economic space (SES) in agglomerations. Statistical and comparative analytical techniques are used as the basic methods in this research. The paper presents indicators that measure the level of integration and balance in the housing sector. It proposes a set of mechanisms aimed at promoting a more balanced development of the housing sector in order to achieve SES cohesion in the Tomsk agglomeration. The relevance of the study is associated with intensification of agglomeration processes and the need for new methods and techniques to assess the balanced state of housing sector development in agglomeration SES
