    Spectroscopic signatures of magnetospheric accretion in Herbig Ae/Be stars. I. The case of HD101412

    Models of magnetically-driven accretion and outflows reproduce many observational properties of T Tauri stars. This concept is not well established for the more massive Herbig Ae/Be stars. We intend to examine the magnetospheric accretion in Herbig Ae/Be stars and search for rotational modulation using spectroscopic signatures, in this first paper concentrating on the well-studied Herbig Ae star HD101412. We used near-infrared spectroscopic observations of the magnetic Herbig Ae star HD101412 to test the magnetospheric character of its accretion disk/star interaction. We reduced and analyzed 30 spectra of HD101412, acquired with the CRIRES and X-shooter spectrographs installed at the VLT (ESO, Chile). The spectroscopic analysis was based on the He I lambda 10,830 and Pa gamma lines, formed in the accretion region. We found that the temporal behavior of these diagnostic lines in the near-infrared spectra of HD101412 can be explained by rotational modulation of line profiles generated by accreting gas with a period P = 20.53+-1.68 d. The discovery of this period, about half of the magnetic rotation period P_m = 42.076 d previously determined from measurements of the mean longitudinal magnetic field, indicates that the accreted matter falls onto the star in regions close to the magnetic poles intersecting the line-of-sight two times during the rotation cycle.     Business digital transformation effects on entrepreneurial vocational map in Russia

    Relevance: The relevance of the study is designated by the development of digital technologies which are increasingly being used to optimize business processes. At the current stage of entrepreneurial development transformation of companies is being observed and representatives of digital businesses achieve the greatest capitalization. Employees of banking organizations are replaced by bots and artificial intelligence. In this regard, the requirements for entrepreneurs and mercenary managers are changing. This requires the search for new educational approaches to training of specialists. Purpose: to develop an author model of digital business transformation on the results of a survey (research method) conducted among the students of the Faculty of Engineering Business and Management of the Bauman State University and from Plekhanov Russian University of Economics. To reflected the modern vision of future entrepreneurs and managers for a new concept of skills mix vital for business development in the cause of digital transformation and competitive sustainability and to identify both positive and negative aspects of start-up entrepreneurs’ performance in digital economy. Methods and methodological units of research: comparative content analysis, empirical study, polling. The main results: Contradictions of digital business through an entrepreneur prism and consumer position were revealed. The conclusion is drawn that digital economy, on the one hand, is boiled to self-reliance of subsystems (state, business, society) of the system (digital economy). On the other hand, the state, business and society are premised on the scope of competencies, as far as the role of a human in digital economy may be minimized but no completely abandoned. The key factors that affect digital transformation were defined: process optimization, data, business models, infrastructure and tools, people and competencies, culture and interaction. Scientific novelty of the study lies in the author’s concept, according to which the key role in the digital economy era is assigned to the state (state as a platform), business (digital platforms, ecosystems, radical business models), society as a key factor in digitalization. In this regard, an assessment of the digital transformation is provided through the lens of a positive, critical and pragmatic view of society (experts and respondents). Practical relevance: The research results can be used by higher educational institutions to adapt their educational programs to the interests of economists and entrepreneurs, taking into account the growing informatization and digitalization of business processes

This review is a primer of the methods commonly used for the simulation of high energy physics events at particle colliders. We provide brief descriptions, references, and links to the specific computer codes which implement the methods.     The psychophysiological peculiarities of system of information processing in sportsmen of different sex were studied.Training in speed-strength sports (conventionally referred as “men’s sports”) causes changes in mental processes, namely in behaviour, character and emotional characteristics. Assuming that mental reactions during training and competitions determined mainly by changes in cognitive functions, we can hypothesize different structure of information processing system in men and women.The influence of sexual dimorphism on mental characteristics in elite athletes, 24 sportsmen (17 men and 7 women members of National Judo Team of Ukraine) has been determined.Obtained results confirmed significant difference of sexual dimorphism indices in athletes and sedentary people. It was determined the sexual dimorphism manifestations in athletes. Obtained results indicate influence of sexual dimorphism on psychophysiological functions.В работе представлены результаты исследований психофизиологических особенностей системы переработки информации у спортсменов разного пола.Исследовано проявление нейродинамических и когнитивных функций у 24 спортсменов, членов сборной команды Украины по дзюдо (17 мужчин и 7 женщин). Установлено, что проявления полового диморфизма у спортсменов и лиц, не занимающихся спортом, достоверно различаются. У спортсменов проявление полового диморфизма проявляется в наличии более высоких значений показателей когнитивных функций. Изучение системы переработки информации свидетельствует о наличии полового диморфизма при формировании различной организации психофизиологических функций.В роботі представлені результати досліджень психофізіологічних особливостей системи переробки інформації у спортсменів різної статі.Досліджено прояв нейродинамических і когнітивних функцій у 24 спортсменів, членів збірної команди України по дзюдо (17 чоловіків та 7 жінок). Встановлено, що прояви статевого диморфізму у спортсменів і осіб, які не займаються спортом, вірогідно розрізняються. У спортсменів прояв статевого диморфізму проявляється при наявності більш високих значень показників когнітивних функцій. Вивчення системи переробки інформації свідчить про наявність статевого диморфізму при формуванні різної організації психофізіологічних функцій

    Solid dispersion complex triclabendazole preparations with succinic acid and their fasciolocidal activity

    The purpose of the research is to test the efficacy of triclafascid and two solid dispersion complex preparations based on the triclabendazole substance against fasciolosis in cattle and sheep. Materials and methods. Complex preparations of triclabendazole (TCB) formulations: Succinic Acid (SA): Polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) (1: 1 : 8) and TCB: SA: Arabinogalactan (AG) (1: 1 : 8) were obtained by combined solid-stategrinding of the components in a fiber drum on an LE-101 ball mill at a roll rotation speed of 60 rpm with a process module of 1: 17 for 1 to 6 hours with sampling for analysis (HPLC) for changes in the TCB solubility. A comparative test of the efficacy of triclafascid and new solid dispersions (SD) of TCB complexes with SA against fascioliasis of sheep and cattle was conducted in the North-Eastern Federal District of the Caucasus in March-April 2023. To determine the Fasciola infection rate in animals, fecal samples were individually taken and examined by the Fülleborn methods using saturated aqueous NaCL solution and sequential washing. The drug efficacy was recorded at 25-30 days after deworming in analogy with "critical test". The results were statistically processed by the Student-Fisher method using Microsoft Excel 2007. Results and discussion. The resulting TCB and SA complexes with polymers had an increased solubility (up to 59–70 times) that depended on the polymer nature. The efficacy of new TCB dosage forms against fascioliasis in sheep at a dose of 1.5 mg/kg, i.e. 0.5 mg/kg less than the therapeutic dose as compared with oral triclafascid was 90.0 and 100%, respectively, and 85.7% in cattle at a dose of 2.0 mg/kg for the active substance

    To establishing the possibility of assessing genetic iinherited predisposition to various sports, the differences in the distribution of genotypes of the complex polymorphisms in groups of athletes, specializing in sports with different types of energy supply of muscular work were studied. The paper examined the DNA 332 persons, of which 110 athletes involved in speed- power sports, 85 - in endurance sports , 51 - in sports that require a combination of strength and endurance, 86 - with no experience regular exercise.C целью установления возможности оценки наследственной предрасположенности к занятиям различными видами спорта, изучены различия в распределении генотипов по комплексу полиморфизмов в группах спортсменов, специализирующихся в видах спорта с разным характером энергообеспечения мышечной работы. В работе обследовано ДНК 332 лиц, из которых: 110 спортсменов, занимающихся скоростно-силовыми видами спорта, 85 - видами спорта з перимущественным развитием выносливости, 51 - видами спорта, требующими сочетанногопроявления силы и выносливости, 86 - не имеющих стажа регулярних занятий спортом.З метою встановлення можливості оцінки спадкової схильності до занять різними видами спорту вивчено відмінності у розподілі генотипів за комплексом поліморфізмів у групах спортсменів, які спеціалізуються у видах спорту з різним характером енергозабезпечення м’язової роботи. Використовуючи комплексний аналіз поліморфізмів генів та метод мультифакторної просторової редукції, створено моделі міжгенної взаємодії при оцінці схильності до швидкісно-силових видів спорту та видів спорту з вимогами поєднаної дії сили та витривалості. Встановлено, що І/D поліморфізм гена ACE, Т-786→С поліморфізм гена еNOS, R577X поліморфізму гена ACTN3, G/C поліморфізму 7-го інтрона гена PPARA є інформативними маркерами для визначення спадкової схильності до прояву високої фізичної працездатності у швидкісно-силових видах спорту, а Т-786→С поліморфізм гена еNOS є маркером схильності до занять видами спорту з вимогами поєднаної дії сили та витривалості
