The legal regulation of a debtor’s solvency extrajudicial restoring under the russian legislation
Modern bankruptcy laws of most countries are mainly focused on the financial recovery of an insolvent debtor, and not its liquidation. In the legal regulation of extrajudicial restoration of solvency is given a higher priority than judicial procedures. This article examines the Russian bankruptcy law, the norms of which regulate extrajudicial restoration of the debtor's solvency.
