    PENGEMBANGAN INSTRUMEN PENGUKUR KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL SISWA BERBAKAT INTELEKTUAL

    This research study aims for finding of: (1) the construct underlying the instrument to measure the emotional intelligence of the intellectually gifted students, (2) the measurement instrument satisfying the construct validity requirement, (3) the factors being constructed from the measurement instrument, and (4) the measurement instrument satisfying the reliability requirement. Conseptually, the construct of the emotional intelligence of the gifted students consists of two domains, namely: (1) the emotional intelligence qualified as being intrapersonal along with self-awareness, self-regulation, self motivation dimensions, and (2) the emotional intelligence qualified as being interpersonal along with emphaty dimensions and working together. Of the items being validated by using expert judgement with the coefficient reliability of 0,89 and the other eighty six items are selected for the instrument to measure the emotional intelligence of the intellectually gifted students. Empirically, the factor analysis using the method of Maximum Likelihood successfully has extracted sixty nine factors in the first try out and sixty five factors in the second try out. The reliability test suggests that bacause the alpha stratified coefficient for multidimensions is 0,815 of the measurement instrument is strongly reliable. The most significant finding of this research is the instrument to measure the emotional intelligence of the intellectually gifted students has an appropriate construct validity and internal consistency.Temuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) konstruk yang melandasi instrumen pengukuran kecerdasan emosional siswa berbakat intelektual, (2) faktor-faktor yang terbentuk dari konstruk yang mendasari instrumen kecerdasan emosional siswa berbakat intelektual, dan (3) instrumen pengukur kecerdasan emosional siswa yang memenuhi persyaratan validitas dan reliabilitas. Secara konseptual, konstruk kecerdasan emosional siswa berbakat intelektual terdiri dari dua ranah, yakni: 1) kecerdasan emosional yang bersifat  intrapersonal dengan dimensi pengaturan diri dan motivasi diri, dan 2) kecerdasan emosional yang bersifat interpersonal dengan dimensi empati dan kerjasama. Berdasarkan butir-butir yang telah terpilih melalui telaah pakar dan validitas panelis pakar dengan nilai koefisien reliabilitas 0,89 dan menghasilkan 86 butir terpilih. Secara empiris melalui ujicoba pertama dan ujicoba kedua melalui pengujian analisis faktor metode Maximum Likelihood (ML) berhasil diekstraksi 69 faktor pada ujicoba pertama dan 65 faktor pada ujicoba kedua. Hasil uji reliabilitas menunjukkan nilai koefisien reliabilitas alpha berstrata sebesar 0,815 yang berarti tingkat reliabilitas instrumen pengukur kecerdasan emosional siswa berbakat intelektual tergolong bagus. Hasil yang paling signifikan dari penelitian ini adalah diperolehnya instrumen pengukur kecerdasan emosional siswa berbakat intelektual yang telah dikembangkan telah memiliki validitas konstruk dan reliabilitas yang baik

    This study aims to: 1) describe the input of student recruitment at SMPIT Al Fityan School Gowa; 2) describe the process of student recruitment at SMPIT Al Fityan School Gowa; 3) describe the output of student recruitment at SMPIT Al Fityan School Gowa. This research uses descriptive qualitative research method. The sources of research data are the secretary of the foundation, the headmaster, vice principal of student affairs, vice principal of curriculum affairs, administration, chairman of the PPDB committee, secretary of PPDB, and parents of students. The data collection method used is the interview, observation and documentation method, with data processing and analysis techniques carried out through three stages, namely data reduction (data reduction), data presentation (data presentation) and Conclusion Drawing or Verification (drawing conclusions or levers). The results of this study indicate that: 1) the student recruitment input at SMPIT Al Fityan School Gowa, including the formation of a committee, analysis of student needs, making announcements of new students, posting/sending announcements of new students; 2) the student recruitment process at SMPIT Al Fityan School Gowa, carried out in accordance with the school's PPDB procedures including registration of new students, selection of new students, meeting of accepted students, announcement of accepted students, and re-registration of new students; 3) the output of student recruitment at SMPIT Al Fityan School Gowa includes the average knowledge and skill score of students above 80; attitude assessment includes character, creative, critical reasoning, independent, nationalist, mutual cooperation, discipline, honest, caring for the environment, confident, likes to read; SMPIT quality standards as seen through the qualityreport card

    The problem of this research is on the roles and functions of madrasah supervisors in improving the quality of Madrasah Aliyah in Tanete Riattang district of Bone regency. It’s important to know the understanding of supervisors on their roles and functions in improving the quality of schools, the planning of supervisors in conducting their roles and functions, and the implementation of supervision in improving the quality of Madrasah Aliyah in Tanete Riattang district of Bone regency. This reseach was a qualitative research where the main sources of the research data were the head of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Bone, Madrasah supervisors, Principals, teachers, and staffs of Madrasah Aliyah in Tanete Riattang district. Data processing and analysis techniques were carried out through three stages of data reduction, data display, and data conclusion drawing. The results of this research showed that the supervisors’ understanding was monotonous in which the supervisors prepared their programs according to the supervisory standard. In addition, the supervisors merely made a one-time visit to 24 different madrasas which could be considered to be inefffective

    Development of atlases needs to be developed through teaching material based on local potential. This study aims to (1) Determine the steps for developing teaching materials atlas kingdom plantae morphology of mangrove plants based on local potential at PPLH Puntondo Takalar; and (2) Test the level of validity, practicality, and effectiveness of teaching materials atlas kingdom plantae morphology of mangrove plants based on potential at PPLH Puntondo Takalar. The ADDIE research model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The development model is used in this type of research and development. Validity, practicality, and effectiveness are evaluated during the product development process. Twenty six (26) students of class XI IPA MA Muhammadiyah Salaka were used as research objects. Product validity is assessed using media validation sheets, practicality the product is assessed using responses from students and educators, and the effectiveness of the product is assessed. The level of data validity is 3.6, meaning it is very valid. The practicality level of the answer is 92%, which means it is very practical. the results of the research, the Magic Box teaching materials should be used because they meet the valid, useful, and effective requirements.Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui langkah-langkah pengembangan bahan ajar atlas kingdom plantae morfologi tumbuhan mangrove berbasis potensi lokal di PPLH Puntondo Takalar (2) menguji tingkat kevalidan, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan bahan ajar atlas kingdom plantae morfologi tumbuhan mangrove berbasis potensi lokal di PPLH Puntondo Takalar. Model Penelitian ADDIE (analisis, desain Model pengembangan digunakan dalam jenis penelitian dan pengembangan ini. Validitas , kepraktisan, dan efektivitas dievaluasi selama proses pengembangan produk.26 Siswa kelas XI IPA MA Muhammadiyah Salaka dijadikan sebagai subjek . Validitas produk dinilai menggunakan lembar validasi media, kepraktisan produk dinilai menggunakan tanggapan dari siswa dan pendidik, dan keefektifan produk dinilai. Tingkat validitas data 3,6 artinya sangat valid Tingkat kepraktisan jawaban 92%  artinya sangat praktis Siswa yang mengikuti tes hasil belajar baan ajar atlas  mendapat skor 86,3 artinya sangat efektif .     KARAMBI: LEARNING MEDIA EXCRETION SYSTEM FOR HIGH SCHOOL CLASS XI

    Karambi learning media is a board game played by several people and there is an element of teamwork. Karambi learning media has several advantages such as training focus, fostering curiosity, increasing interest and motivation and increasing student activity in learning. This research is included in Research and Development to develop a valid, practical and effective Karambi learning media. This study adapts the development model of Tjeerd Plomp (1997) which consists of several stages, namely preliminary research (Preliminary Investigation), design phase (Design), realization/construction phase (Realization/construction), test phase, evaluation and revision (Test, Evaluation and Revision), as well as the implementation phase (Implementation) . However, at the implementation stage it was only carried out on a limited scale, namely in class XI MIPA SMAN 5 Soppeng.  The target of this research is the students of class XI MIPA 1 SMAN 5 Soppeng, totaling 28 students. The research instrument used is a questionnaire and items. Questionnaires are used to measure practicality, while items are used to measure the effectiveness of Karambi's media. The results of the study indicate that the Karambi learning media developed on the excretory system material has a validity value of 3.78 with a very valid category, the level of practicality based on the results of the questionnaire shows a practical category with a total value of 3.48. While the level of effectiveness of the media based on the test of student learning outcomes is categorized as effective because it reaches 100% completeness value. The implications of this research are 1) Karambi learning media on the excretory system material can be used as a media to support learning. 2) Karambi learning media is feasible to be applied as a learning medium to increase student activity. 3) Karambi learning media can be implemented in other schools with various biological materials.  Media pembelajaran Karambi merupakan permainan papan yang dimainkan oleh beberapa orang dan terdapat unsur kerja sama tim. Media pembelajaran Karambi memiliki beberapa kelebihan seperti melatih fokus, menumbuhkan rasa ingin tahu, meningkatkan minat dan motivasi serta meningkatkan keaktifan peserta didik dalam belajar. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam Research and Development untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran Karambi yang valid, praktis dan efektif. Penelitian ini mengadaptasi model pengembangan Tjeerd Plomp (1997) yang terdiri atas beberapa tahapan yaitu penelitian awal (Preliminary Investigation), fase desain (Design), fase realisasi/kontruksi (Realization/construction), fase tes, evaluasi dan revisi (Test, Evaluation and Revition), serta tahap implementasi (Implementation). Subjek uji coba penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XI MIPA 1 SMAN 5 Soppeng yang berjumlah 28 siswa. Adapun instrument penelitian yang digunakan adalah angket dan butir soal. Angket digunakan untuk mengukur kepraktisan, sedangkan butir soal untuk mengukur keefektifan media Karambi. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran Karambi yang dikembangkan pada materi sistem ekskresi memiliki nilai validitas 3,78 dengan kategori sangat valid, tingkat kepraktisan berdasarkan hasil angket menunjukkan kategori praktis dengan nilai total 3.48. Sedangkan tingkat keefektifan media berdasarkan tes hasil belajar peserta didik dikategorikan efektif karena mencapai 100% nilai ketuntasan.
