The irrigated park "Askania-Nova" is located in the extreme steppe south of Ukraine in the buffer zone of the Biosphere Reserve "Askania Nova". During the long period of the park's functioning, the changes in the age, taxonomic, phytocenotic, and landscape plan have occurred in its plantations which must be constantly adjusted, especially in the plantations of the old park. Therefore in the research the authors have carried determination of the taxonomic composition and vital-ecological state of the old arboretum collection in 2016. They developrd the wood inventory on the base of the species' interpretation of V.L. Komarov and A. Rehder, forms and cultivars according to H. Kriussman; plant names – according to the international codes of the botanical nomenclature and cultivated plants, as well as the developments of A.L. Takhtadzhyan, S.K. Cherepanov, S.L. Mosyakin, M.M. Fedorchuk, S. Ya. Sokolov, N.A. Kokhno and others according to common methods of taxation, vital ecological status of plants as good, unsatisfactory, depressed. According to the results of the inventory, the authors have defined that 220 species, 44 forms and wood cultivars of 89 genera, 44 families (1032 specimens) grow in the Dendropark "Askania Nova". The list of families and genera of the park dendroflora is given. Of them, Pinophyta is represented respectively by 30, 26, 12, 5, 202; Magnoliophyta by 190, 18, 77, 39, 830. Taxation parameters of collection specimen are identified in addition to the botanical identification; their classification of plants by biomorphes, categories of vital environmental sustainability, vegetationgroups, the flowering, fructification are given. The ways of using of the research results are targeted for the development of reconstruction project of the old arboretum as the park, collectible exposition. Conclusions are as follows. Collectible plantations of the OA, created in the period 1949-1961 on the area of 2.5 hectares of introducents, there are 405 species and forms, 127 genera, 51 families of wood. They are destroyed and are subject to restoration by reconstruction. According to the results of the wood inventory, the extant taxonomic composition of the OA includes 220 species, 44 forms and cultivars, 89 genera, 44 families (1032 specimens). Of them Pinophyta is represented respectively by 30, 26, 12, 5 (202); Magnoliophyta by 190, 18, 77, 39 (830). Along with botanical identification, the taxonomic parameters of the collection specimen have been determined, their classification has been given according to biomorphes, categories of vital ecological sustainability, and stages of vegetation, flowering, and fruiting. The authors have outlined the ways of using the research results for the development of reconstruction project of the OA as a park exposition.
Occupational stress as a result shift system of work as a risk factor for health problems of workers
On the basis of analysis of modern domestic and foreign publications the risks of occupational stress as a result of shift work in different professional groups has been considered. Brief description of shift work of different forms in various countries and possible role in the deterioration of work quality are presented. The bidirectional relationship between sleep disorders and work-related psychosocial risks was identified (including work style, high requirements and low level control, duration of working hours and shift work and imbalance between work and remuneration). It is shown that desynchronosis in conditions of shift mode of work, especially with rotation of shifts, has a negative stress effect on physical and mental health, and may lead to increased risks of obstructive sleep apnea, cardiovascular diseases, metabolic syndrome, diabetes, mental health and nervous system disorders, and even certain forms of cancer. A brief analysis of the data of increased health risks of different professional groups, including the security forces, doctors and nurses, railway workers, etc. was done. The dependence of the development of pathological changes on the shift work experience with rotating shifts was noted. Presented data show the potential risk of shift work, especially with shift rotation, for health and longevity. Legislative regulation improvement is necessary for decreasing of potential danger of shift work to health of workers
