The impact of the aluminum industry wastes on the environment is established. The resource efficient method of aluminum industry fluorine-containing wastes processing, which includes wastes oxidizing roasting to remove carbon component and the interaction of fluorine- containing particles with sulfuric acid in order to produce hydrogen fluoride, is considered. The economic and environmental effect of the proposed processing method is substantiated

Abstract: The reaction of cyclohexylidenecyanothioacetamide with N,N-dimethylformamide dimethyl acetal was studied. This transformation, depending on the reaction conditions, leads to different results: when the starting reagents are refluxed without a solvent, 3-(methylsulfanyl)-5,6,7,8-tetrahydroisoquinoline-4-carbonitrile is formed, and refluxing in benzene leads to 2-cyano-3-(dimethylamino)prop-2-enethioamide. The structure of these products was studied by XRD analysts. © 2022, Pleiades Publishing, Ltd

Abstract: The alkylation of malononitrile and its dimer with α-bromoketones was studied. Substituted furans and pyrroles were synthesized. Their molecular and crystal structures were studied by XRD. © 2022, Pleiades Publishing, Ltd

Synthesis of 2-Alkylsulfanyl-6-amino-4-aryl-5-cyanonicotinonitriles by Recyclization of 2,6-Diamino-4-aryl-3,5-dicyano-4Н-thiopyrans with Alkyl Halides

2,6-Diamino-4-aryl-3,5-dicyano-4Н-thiopyrans in DMF in the presence of bases recycle into pyridine derivatives. After adding of haloalkanes diverse 2-(alkylsulfanyl)-6-amino-4-aryl-5-cyano-nicotinonitriles are formed. © 2018, Pleiades Publishing, Ltd

Abstract: The multicomponent condensation of aromatic aldehydes, cyanothioacetamide, 1-(cyclohex-1-en-1-yl)azepine, and α-halocarbonyl compounds was studied. As a result, new derivatives of partially hydrogenated quinolines were synthesized. The molecular and crystal structures of a number of the synthesized heterocycles were studied X-ray analysis. © 2021, Pleiades Publishing, Ltd

[Figure not available: see fulltext.] A new, effective method has been developed for the synthesis of functionalized thieno[2,3-b]pyridines by multicomponent condensation reactions of aromatic and heteroaromatic aldehydes, cyanothioacetamide, acetoacetanilides, and alkylating agents containing activated methylene groups. The structures of 3-amino-2-benzoyl-4-(furan-2-yl)-6-methyl-N-phenylthieno[2,3-b]pyridine-5-carboxamide, 3-amino-N2-(4-bromophenyl)-N5-(4-chlorophenyl)-6-methyl-4-(3-methylthiophen-2-yl)thieno[2,3-b]pyridine-2,5-dicarboxamide, and 3-amino- 4-(2-chlorophenyl)-N-(4-chlorophenyl)-6-methyl-2-(4-methylbenzoyl)thieno[2,3-b]pyridine-5-carboxamide were studied by X-ray structural analysis. © 2019, Springer Science+Business Media, LLC, part of Springer Nature

Abstract: The condensation of salicylaldehyde with CH acids [p-methoxyacetoacetanilide, ethyl3-amino-3-sulfanylidenepropanoate, 3-amino-N-aryl-3-sulfanylidenepropanamides, and ethyl 2-(1,3-thiazol-2- and-4-yl)acetates] afforded 3-substituted chromen-2-ones. Some properties of theproducts were studied. The structures of3-[4-(4-chlorophenyl)-1,3-thiazol-2-yl]-2H-chromen-2-one, 2-oxo-2H-chromene-3-carboxamide, and 2-imino-N-(2-methoxyphenyl)-2H-chromene-3-carboxamide were determined by X-ray analysis. © 2020, Pleiades Publishing, Ltd
