    Dynamics of Welded Rails Gap and Hardness of Rail Base

    The problem of gap estimation for a break of a continuous welded rail is studied. The track is represented as a semi-infinite rod on elastic-based damping. Static and dynamic solutions are obtained. It is shown that during the rail break, the dynamic factor does not exceed 1.5. We derive equations for thermal deformation of the welded rail of jointless track on an elastic foundation in the presence of the insert into the base with another characteristic stiffness. It is shown that the presence of the insertion of up to 20% of the length of the rail, with both large and small stiffness, has a little effect on the stress-strain state (SSS) of the track. The presence of a rigid insert may increase the clearance of an accidental break of the rail, which has a negative effect on traffic safety

    Experience in using systemic retinoids in the treatment of acne in adolescents with comorbid skin diseases

    Acne is one of the most common diseases with which young men and girls turn to dermatologists and cosmetologists. Often acne is combined with such comorbid conditions, such as seborrheic dermatitis, psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, and others. The approach to their treatment includes the use of systemic and topical means, as well as therapeutic and preventive cosmetics, dieting, cosmetic procedures, correction of concomitant pathology. We present the clinical experience of systemic retinoid isotretinoin Lidose in the treatment of acne in adolescents with comorbid skin diseases. The results of our observations indicate the safety and good tolerability of this drug and allow recommending it as a drug of choice for the treatment of severe acne, including in patients with comorbid skin diseases. © 2020, Media Sphera Publishing Group.     Method of intraosseous prosthesis based on the principle of osseointegration that was introduced by Prof. Per-Ingvar Branemark is one of the most perspective approaches in contemporary reconstructive surgery This method helps to achieve increased functional activity and to improve patients quality of life in comparison to conventional treatment. In presented article the results of prosthetic treatment of amputees of different localizations, application of this technology in cranio-fascial surgery, finger joint prostheses are discussed.Метод внутрикостного протезирования, основанный на принципе остеоинтеграции, который был предложен проф. Per-Ingvar Branemark, является одним из перспективных направлений в современной реконструктивной хирургии. Описанный подход позволяет достичь более высоких показателей функциональной активности пациентов и повысить качество жизни по сравнению с традиционной технологией протезирования.
