СОВРЕМЕННЫЙ ВЗГЛЯД НА ЛЕЧЕНИЕ ТРОФИЧЕСКИХ ЯЗВ

Article is devoted to one of ancient sections of medicine treatment of wounds. However treatment is long not  healing  wounds and  now remains  to one of important problems of medicine.  Terms of  healing  of  ulcers at  the  majority  of  patients make  2–3  months, at  a number of patients they don’t begin to live for years,  and the  frequency of recurrence at conservative treatment reaches 60–70%. Big prevalence of trophic  ulcers and insufficient efficiency of  existing  conservative methods  of  treatment lead  to  the  huge  economic damage caused  by disability.Статья посвящена одному  из древних разделов медицины лечению  ран. Однако лечение длительно незаживающих ран и в настоящее время остаётся одной  из важных проблем медицины. Сроки заживления язв у большинства пациентов составляют  2–3 месяца, у ряда  больных  они не заживают годами, а частота рецидивов при консервативном  лечении достигает  60–70%. Большая  распространенность трофических язв  и недостаточная эффективность существующих  консервативных методов лечения  приводят к огромному экономическому ущербу, вызванному потерей трудоспособности

ПРИМЕНЕНИE МЕСТНОЙ ОЗОНОТЕРАПИИ В ЛЕЧЕНИИ БОЛЬНЫХ С ДЛИТЕЛЬНО НЕЗАЖИВАЮЩИМИ ЗАБОЛЕВАНИЯМИ МЯГКИХ ТКАНЕЙ

In  work  results  of  treatment of  patients are  presented with  is  long  not  healing purulent diseases  of soft  fabrics.  To therapy of the first group  of patients (27) along with traditional treatment carried out bandagings with drawing  the ozonized olive oil. As a result of  research it is revealed  that  application of  a method of  a local ozonoterapy allows to accelerate considerably healing process  to a wound  to reduce  stay terms  on a hospital  bed on the average by 20% with the localized is long not healing processes and for 16% with the unlimited is long not healing processes.В работе представлены результаты лечения  больных  с длительно незаживающими гнойными заболеваниями мягких тканей. В терапии первой группы больных  (27), наряду  с традиционным лечением проводили перевязки с нанесением озонированного оливкового масла. В результате исследования выявлено, что применение метода местной озонотерапии позволяет значительно ускорить процесс заживления ран и сократить сроки пребывания на больничной койке в среднем на 20% с локализованными, длительно незаживающими процессами и на 16% с неограниченными, длительно незаживающими процессами

Heliophysics and Amateur Radio:Citizen Science Collaborations for Atmospheric, Ionospheric, and Space Physics Research and Operations

The amateur radio community is a global, highly engaged, and technical community with an intense interest in space weather, its underlying physics, and how it impacts radio communications. The large-scale observational capabilities of distributed instrumentation fielded by amateur radio operators and radio science enthusiasts offers a tremendous opportunity to advance the fields of heliophysics, radio science, and space weather. Well-established amateur radio networks like the RBN, WSPRNet, and PSKReporter already provide rich, ever-growing, long-term data of bottomside ionospheric observations. Up-and-coming purpose-built citizen science networks, and their associated novel instruments, offer opportunities for citizen scientists, professional researchers, and industry to field networks for specific science questions and operational needs. Here, we discuss the scientific and technical capabilities of the global amateur radio community, review methods of collaboration between the amateur radio and professional scientific community, and review recent peer-reviewed studies that have made use of amateur radio data and methods. Finally, we present recommendations submitted to the U.S. National Academy of Science Decadal Survey for Solar and Space Physics (Heliophysics) 2024–2033 for using amateur radio to further advance heliophysics and for fostering deeper collaborations between the professional science and amateur radio communities. Technical recommendations include increasing support for distributed instrumentation fielded by amateur radio operators and citizen scientists, developing novel transmissions of RF signals that can be used in citizen science experiments, developing new amateur radio modes that simultaneously allow for communications and ionospheric sounding, and formally incorporating the amateur radio community and its observational assets into the Space Weather R2O2R framework. Collaborative recommendations include allocating resources for amateur radio citizen science research projects and activities, developing amateur radio research and educational activities in collaboration with leading organizations within the amateur radio community, facilitating communication and collegiality between professional researchers and amateurs, ensuring that proposed projects are of a mutual benefit to both the professional research and amateur radio communities, and working towards diverse, equitable, and inclusive communities

The authors present the investigation of inpatient treatment of 137 patients with trophic ulcers of venous aethiology. All the patients were hospitalized in the «Road clinical hospital» on the Krasnoyarsk station. A comparative analysis of treatment results of the patients with trophic ulcers using different medical methods was made.
