On decays of Z' into unparticle stuff
We study the decay of a Z' - boson into U -unparticle and a photon. The
extended Landau-Yang theorem is used. The clear photon signal would make the
decay Z' \rightarrow \gamma U as an additional contribution mode for study of
unparticle physics.Comment: 11 pages, 3 figures, paper accepted for publication by Advances in

Calculation of isotope shifts and relativistic shifts in CI, CII, CIII and CIV
We present an accurate ab initio method of calculating isotope shifts and
relativistic shifts in atomic spectra. We test the method on neutral carbon and
three carbon ions. The relativistic shift of carbon lines may allow them to be
included in analyses of quasar absorption spectra that seek to measure possible
variations in the fine structure constant, alpha, over the lifetime of the
Universe. Carbon isotope shifts can be used to measure isotope abundances in
gas clouds: isotope abundances are potentially an important source of
systematic error in the alpha-variation studies. These abundances are also
needed to study nuclear reactions in stars and supernovae, and test models of
chemical evolution of the Universe
Enhancement of the electric dipole moment of the electron in the YbF molecule
We calculate an effective electric field on the unpaired electron in the YbF
molecule. This field determines sensitivity of the molecular experiment to the
electric dipole moment of the electron. We use experimental value of the
spin-doubling constant to estimate the admixture of the configuration with the
hole in the 4f-shell of Ytterbium to the ground state of the molecule. This
admixture reduces the field by 7%. Our value for the effictive field is 5.1
