Results of intensive phase tretament of tuberculosis treatment according to CYP2E1 genotype
The polymorphism of the gene of cytochrome P-450 2E1 (CYP2E1) that participate in metabolism of antituberculosis agent isoniazid may influence on effectiveness of tuberculosis (TB) treatment. Aim of research: to detect the peculiarities of pulmonary TB course and outcome after in -patient treatment according to CYP2E1 genotype of the patients with primary TB. Materials and methods: analysis of medical cards from 86 patients with primary pulmonary tuberculosis at the end of hospital treatment in Odessa regional antituberculosal dispensary was conducted in 2012 year with consideration of CYP2E1 genotype. Results: the obtained data has proved that at the beginning of treatment there was no significant difference between TB patients concerning the signs of destruction, infiltration and disintegration according to CYP2E1 polymorphism, however the patients with CD, DD genotype more frequently had sings of dissemination and destruction in pulmonary tissues than the patients with CC genotype. At the end of in-patient treatment the patients with CD, DD genotype more often exhibited signs of infiltration of pulmonary tissues and longer remained smear-positive according to cultural method, than the patients with CC genotype. Despite of CYP2E1 genotype around 25% of tuberculosis patients had multidrug resistant strains of M.tuberculosis in the end of in-patient treatment. It will be important to check in coming researches an influence of CYP2E1 polymorphism in TB-patients on toxicity of antituberculosis therapy
Outcomes of tuberculosis treatment depending on CYP2C19 genotype
As proven earlier, in patients with tuberculosis (TB) the concentration of antituberculosis drugs like isoniazid and rifampicin may differ depending on polymorphism of CYP2C19. The aim of the research was to determine the peculiarities of the pulmonary TB course and its outcome after the in-patient treatment depending on CYP2C19 genotype of the patients. The analysis of medical cards from 83 patients with the primary pulmonary tuberculosis at the end of the in-patient treatment
in Odessa regional TB dispensary was conducted in 2012 with consideration of CYP2C19 genotype. At the beginning of the treatment the processes of disintegration were 3 times less in patients with *1/*1 genotype than in patients with *1/*2 genotype (10.3% versus 31.8%; P<0.05; χ2=5.40), and 6.5 times less than in individuals with *2/*2 genotype (10.3% versus 66.7%; P<0.05; χ2=7.94). At the end of the in-patient treatment the signs of pulmonary destruction were 6.5 times more
common in individuals with *1/*1 genotype than in individuals with *1/*2 genotype (29.3 versus 4.5; Р<0.05; χ2=5.61). The signs of resorption and consolidation in the pulmonary tissue were observed in 74.1% of the patients with *1/*1 genotype, 95.5% of the patients with *1/*2 genotype and 66.7% of the patients with *2/*2 genotype. There were no significant differences between groups in relation to duration of the treatment and development of drug-resistance

Особлива увага приділяється навчанню професійно-орієнтованого писемного спілкування іноземною мовою та формуванню у студентів іншомовної професійно-спрямованої комунікативної компетенції, компонентам системи навчання іноземної мови професійного спрямування, визначенню змісту і мети навчання іноземної мови у немовному вузі, процесу професійної підготовки спеціалістів видавничо-поліграфічної галузі спрямовано на підготовку інтелектуального та кваліфікованого фахівця. У статті досліджується жанровий підхід як різновид когнітивно-комунікативного підходу, такі поняття жанрового підходу як жанр та жанрова компетенція, визначається їх місце у методиці навчання писемного мовлення. Обґрунтовується доцільність використання жанрового підходу у навчанні студентів та у відборі матеріалів для навчання писемного мовлення англійською мовою.The article is devoted to the problems of teaching foreign languages in non-linguistic universities in the process of professional education. Special attention is paid to teaching professionally oriented written communication in English and developing professional communicative competence of students, defining components in the system of teaching foreign languages for professional communication, content and objectives of teaching foreign languages to future specialists in the publishing and printing industry. This article examines the genre and cognitive-communicative approaches, analyzes the notions of genre and genre competence and defines their place in the methodology of teaching writing. It stresses the importance to motivate students and to create favorable learning conditions for mastering educational and professional material and to encourage intellectual development and creativity of students. The usefulness of genre approach in teaching students and in the selection of materials for teaching writing in English is explained. The groups of genres that are typical for written communication of future specialists and the classification of genres of the periodical press are analyzed.Статья посвящена проблемам обучения иностранным языкам студентов нелингвистических вузов и профессиональному образованию специалиста. Определенное внимание уделяется обучению профессионально-ориентированному письменному общению на иностранном языке и формированию у студентов профессионально-направленной коммуникативной компетенции, компонентам системы обучения иностранному языку профессиональной направленности, содержанию и целям обучения языку в неязыковом вузе, процессу профессиональной подготовки специалистов издательско-полиграфической отрясли, которое направлено на подготовку интеллектуального и квалифицированного специалиста. Рассматриваются жанровый и коммуникативный подход, и такие понятия жанрового подхода как жанр и жанровая компетенция, определяется их место в методике обучения письменной речи. Обосновывается целесообразность использования жанрового подхода в обучении студентов и в отборе материалов для обучения письменной речи на английском языке
Critical behavior of three-dimensional magnets with complicated ordering from three-loop renormalization-group expansions
The critical behavior of a model describing phase transitions in 3D
antiferromagnets with 2N-component real order parameters is studied within the
renormalization-group (RG) approach. The RG functions are calculated in the
three-loop order and resummed by the generalized Pade-Borel procedure
preserving the specific symmetry properties of the model. An anisotropic stable
fixed point is found to exist in the RG flow diagram for N > 1 and lies near
the Bose fixed point; corresponding critical exponents are close to those of

Critical exponents for 3D O(n)-symmetric model with n > 3
Critical exponents for the 3D O(n)-symmetric model with n > 3 are estimated
on the base of six-loop renormalization-group (RG) expansions. A simple
Pade-Borel technique is used for the resummation of the RG series and the Pade
approximants [L/1] are shown to give rather good numerical results for all
calculated quantities. For large n, the fixed point location g_c and the
critical exponents are also determined directly from six-loop expansions
without addressing the resummation procedure. An analysis of the numbers
obtained shows that resummation becomes unnecessary when n exceeds 28 provided
an accuracy of about 0.01 is adopted as satisfactory for g_c and critical
exponents. Further, results of the calculations performed are used to estimate
the numerical accuracy of the 1/n-expansion. The same value n = 28 is shown to
play the role of the lower boundary of the domain where this approximation

Silicon films and nanoparticles were prepared by pulsed laser deposition under irradiation of crystalline silicon targets in residual inert gas atmosphere. Properties the prepared samples were investigated by means of the scanning probe microscopy.
