Petrography and bulk composition of Miller Range 05035: a new lunar VLT gabbro
Miller Range (MIL) 05035 is a crystalline lunar mare gabbroic meteorite collected in Antarctica in 2005 [1]. It is an important new sample in the lunar meteorite (LM) collection as it is only one of ~8 to be classified as basaltic in nature. MIL 05035 is coarsely grained with large pyroxene grains ( 8mm) subophitically enclosing plagioclase grains ( 6mm), and accessory ilmenite, spinel, silica and sulphide phases
Magnetic phase transitions in SmCoAsO
Magnetization, x-ray diffraction and specific-heat measurements reveal that
SmCoAsO undergoes three magnetic phase transitions. A ferromagnetic transition
attributed to the Co ions, emerges at TC=57 K with a small saturation moment of
0.15muB/Co. Reorientation of the Co moment to an antiferromagnetic state is
obtained at TN2=45 K. The relative high paramagnetic effective moment Peff=1.57
MuB/Co indicates an itinerant ferromagnetic state of the Co sublattice. The
third magnetic transition at TN1=5 K is observed clearly in the specific-heat
study only. Both magnetic and 57Fe Mossbauer studies show that substitution of

Responsible innovation for digital identity systems
Digital identity (eID) systems are a crucial piece in the digital services ecosystem. They connect individuals to a variety of socioeconomic opportunities but can also reinforce power asymmetries between organizations and individuals. Data collection practices can negatively impact an individual’s right to privacy, autonomy, and self-determination. Protecting individual rights, however, may be at odds with imperatives of profit maximization or national security. The use of eID technologies is hence highly contested. Current approaches to governing eID systems have been unable to fully address the trade-offs between the opportunities and risks associated with these systems. The responsible innovation (RI) literature provides a set of principles to govern disruptive innovations, such as eID systems, toward societally desirable outcomes. This article uses RI principles to develop a framework to govern eID systems in a more inclusive, responsible, and user-centered manner. The proposed framework seeks to complement existing practices for eID system governance by bringing forth principles of deliberation and democratic engagement to build trust amongst stakeholders of the eID system and deliver shared socioeconomic benefits

Shared values and organizational citizenship behavior of generational cohorts: A review and future directions
The literature implies that in the contemporary workforce, one of the interesting and challenging tasks of the management is to effectively handle different generations who possess various value systems. Hence, the foremost aspiration of the current study is to present the empirical evidence on the diverse characteristics and values of generational cohorts; the interests of HR specialists, managers and researchers in dealing with multigenerational workforce and their impact on work-related outcomes, the responsibility of management; the influence of values on behavior (especially, in-role and extra-role behaviours) and various positive outcomes to employees and organizations. This article also reviewed the previous studies related to shared values or P-O fit, OCB and highlighted that very little research was conducted in academic institutions. This study shows the generational categories from the Western context and the Indian context. It also intends to identify the gaps in the generational research and pave the way for further investigation. Finally, based on the research gaps identified, this article suggests and discusses the importance of generational difference on shared values and OCB in academic field in the Indian context as well as reframes the list of shared values from academic perspective for further investigation. Moreover, academic field is one of the predominant workplaces where intergenerational communication is at a high rate. Thus, the more attention needs to be given to the behaviours of generational cohorts in order to attain the goal of the institution
