Meningkatkan Aktivitas Belajar Siswa Kelas IV Pada Pembelajaran PKn Melalui Metode Pemberian Tugas Di SD
Permasalahan mendasar pada penelitian ini adalah aktivitas belajar siswa yang rendah maka akan ditingkatkan melalui penerapan metode pemberian tugas di kelas IV SD Inpres I Kasimbar.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penggunaan metode pemberian tugas dalam meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa kelas IV SD Inpres 1 Kasimbar pada mata pelajaran PKn. Jenis data yang diambil adalah data kualitatif yaitu meliputi data penelitian dan analisis. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode pemberian tugas. Teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh dari observasi guru dan siswa serta evaluasi proses dan hasil pembelajaran. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 15 orang siswa kelas IV SD Inpres 1 Kasimbar. Proses penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilaksanakan 2 siklus dengan prosedur tindakan 1 perencanaan, 2 pelaksanaan, 3 observasi, 4 refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa aktivitas guru yang telah baik dan sangat baik adalah memberikan motivasi, menyediakan sarana dan prasarana pada kegiatan inti, menjelaskan cirri pokok, menjelaskan beberapa contoh pemerintahan kabupaten, membagikan tugas LKS pada siswa, menjelaskan cara kerja LKS, meminta siswa untuk mengerjakan tugas, menulis judul, mengerjakan tugas, memberikan kesempatan pada siswa untuk bertanya, membimbing siswa mengerjakan tugas, kegiatan akhir membimbing siswa menyimpulkan materi dan evaluasi. Kemudian pada aktivitas belajar siswa yang sudah baik adalah kesiapan siswa dalam mengikuti pelajaran, perhatian siswa dalam belajar, berani bertanya pada guru, bertanya antar siswa, mengerjakan tugas dengan baik, antusias mengikuti pelajara
APPLICATION OF NPK 15-10-12 FERTILIZER TO INCREASE THE YIELD OF PADDY FIELD, FERTILIZATION EFFICIENCY, AND EFFECTIVITY OF FERTILIZING IN INCEPTISOL
The quality and effective fertilizers support site-specific nutrient management of paddy fields, which can increase yields and efficiency of fertilizer. Fertilizer formulas should be based on soil nutrient status and crop requirements. This study aims to examine the reformulation of compound NPK fertilizers for lowland rice. The study was conducted in Cibungbulang, Bogor Regency from October 2020 - March 2021. The experimental design was carried out using a randomized complete block design with 10 treatments, and 3 replications. The treatments consisted of five levels of NPK 15-10-12 fertilizer doses, plus control treatment, NPK 15-15-15 and single NPK as standard, and additional treatment with the addition of straw compost. The plots were made measuring 5 m x 5 m. The results showed that statistically, the application of NPK 15-10-12 fertilizer gave the same effect on plant height, the number of tillers, weight of dry grain harvested, the weight of dry milled grain, and weight of dry straw compared to single NPK fertilizer and NPK 15-15-15. The optimum dose of NPK 15-10-12 fertilizer for lowland rice is 220 kg ha-1 combined with Urea at a dose of 225 kg ha-1. At the same dose (300 kg ha-1) the efficiency of NPK 15-10-12 fertilizer (9.70 kg grain kg-1 fertilizer) was higher than NPK 15-15-15 fertilizer (8.47 kg grain kg-1 fertilizer). Higher efficiency is indicated by lower fertilization doses. The RAE value of NPK 15-10-12 (142%) was higher than that of NPK 15-15-15 at the same dose and single NPK. This research implies that the formula for compound NPK 15-10-12 fertilizer can be used as a substitute for compound NPK 15-15-15 fertilizer
The Characterization of Beta Chain Fibrinogen (FGB) Gene From Maleo (Macrocephalon Maleo S. Muller 1846) Tuva Village Gumbasa Sub-District Sigi Regency Central Sulawesi
The FGB gene is a gene that plays a role in synthesizing b-fibrinogen proteins and is often used as a molecular marker because it is useful for studying bird phylogenetics. The purpose of this study was to describe the character sequences of the FGB gene in Maleo birds (Macrocephalon maleo S. Muller 1864). This study uses laboratory exploratory methods. Alignment is done using the MEGA6 program (Clustal W). Phylogeny trees are constructed based on the Neighbor-Joining algorithm and the Juke-Cantor evolution model of the MEGA6 program. The sample in this study was 0.3 ml of blood from Maleo birds and members of the Megapodiidae group species used as a comparison. The results of this study indicate the length of the FGB 576 bp sequence and was identified with a base composition of 32.2% A, 30.4% T, 17.0% C and 20.3% G. Nucleotide composition of the sequence of Adenine-rich FGB genes. Analysis of the FGB gene sequence phylogeny tree produced a tree topology that was quite good and had the power to split at the interspecies level and place the maleo bird in its own line compared to other Megapoda genera.

These efforts have yielded positive results, although they are still not optimal during the adaptation period of this new habit, but they are available. Yes, attractive booths and the use of social media such as Whatsapp, Facebook, and Instagram as promotional media have been successfully realized, by developing both the appearance of photo designs, writing or narration and the promotional content displayed

Contextual, Conceptual, and Procedural Knowledge of Vocational High School Students in Solving Distance Contexts
This study aims to describe the contextual, conceptual, and procedural mathematical knowledge of vocational students in solving mathematical tasks presented in the context of distance. This study used a qualitative approach by focusing on data collection techniques through interviews and observations. Participants involved in this study were 20 students of Vocational High School, Motorcycle engineering and business expertise, in Ciamis, Indonesia. Students solve the mathematical tasks on topics of equality and inequality of absolute values in the context of distance. The analysis is carried out on contextual, conceptual, and procedural knowledge by students. The results show that students who can connect contextual knowledge to their conceptual knowledge successfully solve mathematical tasks. This shows that contextual knowledge has the first role in determining the mathematical concepts needed in solving tasks, which are supported by procedural knowledge that will lead students to get the right solution
Efek Ekstrak Metanol dan Partisi dari Kulit Batang Kayu Jawa (Lannea Coromandelica Houtt. Merr.) terhadap Pertumbuhan Sel HeLa dan MCF-7
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menentukan efek ekstrak metanol dan partisi kulit batang kayu jawa dalam menghambat pertumbuhan sel kanker HeLa dan sel kanker MCF-7. Simplisia kulit kayu dimaserasi menggunakan pelarut metanol. Ekstrak kemudian dipartisi secara partisi cair padat menggunakan pelarut heksan. Pemisahan menghasilkan partisi larut heksan dan partisi tidak larut heksan. Pengukuran aktivitas inhibisi pertumbuhan sel dilakukan menggunakan metode MTT Assay terhadap sel HeLa, sel MCF-7 dan sel Vero. Senyawa yang dikandung diidentifikasi dengan beberapa pereaksi golongan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak metanol, partisi tidak larut heksan dan partisi larut heksan dapat menghambat pertumbuhan sel kanker Hela dengan nilai indeks selektivitas, berturut-turut, 2,04; 1,85 dam 4,19. Sedangkan untuk sel MCF-7, indeks selektivitas, berturut-turut, 1,91; 1,44 dan 2,13. Partisi larut heksan dapat memiliki potensi sebagai antikanker dengan selektivitas yang baik
Development of SMART-P to improve parental locus of control and children’s social-emotional development
Child social-emotional development is improved by parental locus of control. Parents with a healthy locus of control can teach children about social-emotional development. Parents require training to improve their parenting skills. This study will create, administer, and evaluate the seamless mobile-assisted real training for parent (SMART-P) application on parental locus of control and children’s social and emotional development. The mixmethod study used an analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation (ADDIE) model and experimental quantification research strategy. An explanatory study with a non-equivalent control group design and control-experiment classes is used. This study includes analysis, design, development, research instrument development, implementation, and assessment. This study sampled 150 parents of 4-year-olds and 6 experts, including 714 from Posyandu (Integrated Service Post) in five Malang City areas. The data was collected via questionnaires and observation checklists. This study analyzes data using descriptive percentages and SPSS. The findings showed that i) SMART-P is valid and acceptable as a training medium; ii) parental locus of parental control is significantly influenced before and after receiving SMART-P parenting training; iii) children’s social and emotional development is significantly impacted before and after parents receive care using the program; and iv) there is a significant difference between the experimental and control groups in the influence on parental continuous.
